L'hotel è molto nuovo, il hall è molto caldo in un giorno di pioggia freddo, e il vantaggio del nuovo hotel è un momento conveniente per l'ingresso.Il posto sbagliato è che entrando nella stanza sono due chicchi di acqua, tre dollari per chilo di acqua, davvero fuori dalla stanza.

I booked the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Canton after searching Boston and surrounding areas for a hotel that had a working hot tub. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We both enjoy American History and since we had not been to the New England area, we thought Boston would be a great place to start. The hotel room prices in Boston were outrageous and even at over $500+ per day, I could not find a place with a working hot tub. I was pleased to find the Homewood Suites in Canton had what I was looking for. The Sales Manager Rebecca emailed me to confirm our reservation and asked what she could do to make our stay special. She sent me some information about the area. I let her know about our anniversary plans and that the reason I wanted the hot tub was because of all the walking I expected we would be doing would take a toll on our “old bones”. I also explained that I was only able to find a room with a king bed and that because I suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome 2 Queen beds would prevent my poor husband from getting kicked all night. When we arrived, I was so pleased to find that Rebecca did find us a 2 Queen bed suite. The room was in close proximity to the pool and hot tub. Rebecca also presented us with a very thoughtful canvas bag full of snacks and a special “Happy Anniversary” box of cookies. Every morning, we enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast. My husband especially liked the fact that coffee was available 24/7. We drove down to Plymouth for a very nice day touring the Mayflower II and the Pilgrim village and had lunch at the Lobster Hut. When we flew into Boston/Logan airport our plane landed around 2:30pm. The map I looked at showed Canton to be about 34 miles south of Boston. We took the interstate highway system which was horrendous. My husband has driven in New York and Chicago and tells me Boston is worse. After bumper to bumper traffic on the highway and going through tunnels, we finally arrived at the hotel around 6pm. That experience made us decide to take the train to Boston instead of driving. When we got to Boston, I was so grateful that I booked the Homewood Suites in Canton instead of getting a room in Boston. We expected Boston to be a wonderful historical area, but found it overgrown with high-rises and narrow over congested streets. Although we took the “Hop on Hop Off” Trolley tour, it was very disappointing as the old historical buildings were hidden between the skyscrapers. We were lucky to catch glimpses of the rooftops that were pointed out by the trolley conductor. The best part of the tour was the Boston Harbor Tea Party. We ended up at Abigails tea house. The chocolate chip cookies were yummy, and I was able to try the different teas that they said were the same as the ones that were tossed into the harbor. The good: Room was reasonably clean and the beds were satisfactory and the front desk staff were very nice. However overall the room was in poor repair and the sink and closet areas were tiny (see photo) and absolutely unacceptable for a room with even 1 guest let alone the 4 it could legally house. The sink area had no room for toiletries so fixing hair and makeup had to occur at the weird desk area with a hand mirror and horrible lighting as there was no mirror at all in the bedroom area. The sink and closet were a fraction of the size shown in the website pictures. Our luggage had to stay in the room floor because there was no way it fit in the closet. Electrical outlets over the only bedside table (between the double beds) were so loose they wouldn’t hold the plugs in place to our CPAPs so we had to run the cords across the mattress behind the pillows from wall plugs on the opposite side of the bed. The hang up button on the phone is broken and stuck all the way down so when we needed to use the room phone we had to pry it up with a nail file to get dial tone. The shower curtain isn’t wide enough to cover the entire shower and kept sagging in the middle causing water in the floor. The towels were incredibly thin and rough as if they were line dried. And the biggest annoyance of all is we had to have our keys reprogrammed multiple times while we were there because according to three different front desk members the keys become deprogrammed if they are placed by a cell phone or other electronic device. We’ve used lots of electronic keys and never had to be sure to segregate our key cards from anything. If the management saw how many people we ran into over the weekend who were annoyed by being unable to get in the rear door or their rooms they would fix that immediately. We were there for a wedding weekend and supposedly got a better block room rate than normal but family who stayed at a nearby Holiday Inn Express had MUCH better rooms, free breakfast, free parking and their rate was significantly less. I am a long time Marriott traveler but would have moved to a different hotel had we been staying for more than 3 days. I keep reading they are going to renovate but I saw no signs of that on the side of the hotel we stayed on although they did appear to be working on a drainage issue in the back.

L'intero hotel è molto bello per coppie o famiglie. Hanno un bel piccolo ristorante. Hanno una pantella che caffè gratuito. Ci siamo fermati lì a causa di un evento che si stava svolgendo all'hotel con altre famiglie e amici. La nostra camera aveva un letto di grandezza re. La stanza non era grande ma aveva tutte le attrezzature di cui avete bisogno. Un piccolo frigorifero, caffè, comodo letto e cuscini. Bella TV e le persone molto amiche che lavorano lì e l'hotel era molto pulito. Molte cose ancora in atto che erano in corso durante la cova per assicurarsi che le cose fossero pulite e sane.

L'auto è stata spazzata, maleducata

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per tre notti, perchè ha annunciato un caricatore di EV, ma quando siamo arrivati, dove abbiamo dovuto caricare la mia macchina, abbiamo trovato il caricatore involto in una barriera gialla. Fratturato. E l'unico. Abbiamo dovuto andare a Canton in un'ora di traffico di fretta al più vicino caricatore, il problema più grande, ma abbiamo dovuto anche fare docce fredde per due giorni. Non ci è stato fatto alcun sforzo per dare accesso ad un'altra stanza o almeno prendere parte del costo dal nostro conto. Poi il personale di pulizia condivideva il nostro ascensore mentre trasportava le lavande sporche. Non hanno ascensore di servizio. Non mi interessa guidare con ”l'aiuto”, che è assolutamente buono. Non voglio viaggiare con lavanderia sporca. Il personale era sconvolto: ovviamente infelice. Mio marito ha chiesto acqua dal personale del buffet per colazione e ha appena detto: “siamo fuori”, non “scusate che siamo fuori: lasciatemi portare qualche parte dal desk front. « Uova in polvere (la maggior parte Hilton/Hamptons serve uova fresche reali), offerte di yogurt, frutta, caffè, ecc. L'ultima cosa che ho notato prima di lasciare era il tappeto del corridoio, come marrone in tutto il centro, mentre i bordi mostravano il colore reale del tappeto era originariamente. I puliziatori di cartello non sono costosi e sono disponibili per noleggiare, acquistare o avere un servizio in arrivo periodicamente.Quindi. Grosso. Altrimenti l'aspetto generale del posto era buono. Ma nessuno sembrava meno incline a risolvere alcun problema. Non abbiamo mai visto una cattiva proprietà Hilton. Viviamo quasi solo con Hilton/Hampton, ma questo cambierà.

La stanza era la mia preferita a lungo. Mi piaceva la zona della piscina. Il tubo caldo era esattamente quello che mi serviva. Sarò sicuramente un cliente ripetuto.

Ann at the front desk is the best employee at front desk! This hotel is the best! The service is exceptional. I am always so happy with the service and price. The breakfast is also amazing. They also offer free breakfast. Parking is also free. Very close to the highway. Best hotel in Walpole.

Questo è un ottimo hotel. Molto pulito, economico, facile da raggiungere con camere spaziose e vicino a vari servizi come ristoranti, negozi e film. Il personale è molto gentile e cordiale. Consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque voglia soggiornare nelle vicinanze di Boston e dei suoi sobborghi.

L'hotel è molto comodo, il servizio è molto buono, la posizione è anche in Dedham tranquillo e sicuro, conveniente per il viaggio, dove andare sono circa 30 minuti, la piscina e le strutture fitness sono complete
