We recently had a 300+ indian-american wedding with 3 events across two days. The team at Marriott Burr Ridge was amazing to work with. From drafting the contract, to accomodating our outside caterers, custom bar packages, decor needs, and day of execution, they were nothing shy of perfection. Faby, Lisa, and Michelle were amazing to work with coordinated with our planner and vendors to execute our vision. They were prompt at responding to our emails and needs and made sure every detail was addressed as requested. Highly recommend this venue and team for a wedding or pre wedding festivities

Hotel molto soddisfatto

Seemed like a decent room but some things got on my nerves. First all, my room was on third floor so I got on the elevator inside the building on ground floor but when I got to the third floor I exited to an outside walkway where it was cold. What kind of system is this? The room was clean and mattress firm but the shower rod was busted so the curtain slid to the middle, which meant water was splashing all over the floor! They can't even fix a simple shower curtain rod and it causes a big mess. Finally, I had to wait 10 minutes to get my $50 cash security back when I checked out. A customer shouldn't have to wait this long for housekeeping to inspect the room to make sure there are no damages. It just seems like this hotel wants to make your stay unpleasant. It's too bad, because it's in a great location and close to the main expressways in Chicago.

La posizione di questo hotel era perfetta per il nostro ”perche'” eravamo li'. Vorrei poter dire lo stesso su l'hotel stesso. Il servizio clienti era piacevole. Le letti e le mutandine erano comodi. Il bagno era troppo piccolo, la tenda era troppo breve per il bagno, l'hotel è grande, e le strade sono state prese cura delle scale che abbiamo preso non sono state prese cura dei 4 giorni che eravamo li. Non c'era una macchina di ghiaccio sul pavimento e quando abbiamo trovato la macchina di ghiaccio era rotta, hanno una grande piscina, non era in uso e non c'erano posti all'esterno per una famiglia per sedersi e godere di tempo all'esterno. Questo potrebbe essere un luogo fantastico per ciò che sembra voler essere un'installazione per le nozze o grandi incontri che si deve spostare il gioco. È le piccole cose che potrebbero fare una grande impressione. Nessun manutenzione sul sito? Come una richiesta di luce sullo specchio era fuori e il bacino non scorreva.

Pretty average for the cost. Breakfast ends at 9am sharp. Cereal choices were Cocoa Puffs and granola. Scrambled eggs. Tiny yoghurts. We stayed 3 nights. My biggest complaint is the overuse of air fresheners. They are everywhere, shooting out a smoke of heavy fake vanilla scent, which you can't escape; in hallways, breakfast area, elevator. It made me cough...a lot. Room was fine, tho toilet seat was missing a screw and thus very loose and carpet was very stained. There are soap, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, which was really nice. We never were able to get Netflix or anything on TV because of lack of wifi power.
