Io e mia moglie non abbiamo avuto il giorno più bello e quando siamo entrati nel Fairfield Inn da Marriott.La signorina Simon con il suo servizio al cliente ha fatto uscire i nostri cattivi umori e abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico. Il suo servizio al cliente e quanto dolce e utile è sorprendente. Ho avuto molti dipendenti che lavoravano per me e non ho mai avuto nessuno di loro hanno il servizio clienti che lei fa lei è un'ammazzata dipendente che ha reso il nostro soggiorno eccezionale e saremo sicuramente tornati. Vorremmo solo dire quanto siamo apprezzabili dell'ospitalità che il Fairfield Inn e la signorina Simon ci hanno mostrato durante il nostro soggiorno a Burlison Texas

Questo hotel era eccezionalmente pulito, perché sono sicuro che la maggior parte di esso ha a che fare con il fatto che è relativamente nuovo. E il personale era pulito continuamente. Le camere sono tranquille e molto comode! Il letto e le mutande sono stati i più confortevoli che abbia mai dormito e la stanza diventa super oscura quando tiri le ombre, anche nel mezzo del giorno. La nostra camera aveva solo una doccia, sarebbe stato bello avere un tubo da doccia, ma in tutto darò questa stanza e l'hotel cinque stelle! La posizione è ideale per shopping e ristoranti vicino. E anche, è sulle periferie di Ft. Vale la pena, quindi il traffico non è troppo terribile per andare in giro. La colazione era buona e aveva una selezione decente, waffles, uova, bacon, avena, yogurt, cereali, muffin, succo e caffè. Negativo: la piscina era congelata! Pensavo che per una piscina interna sarebbe stato riscaldato...

Recentemente ci siamo fermati in questa proprietà mentre abbiamo visitato nostro figlio al college. Ci sono stati dati la stanza sbagliata al check-in, anche se non lo sapevamo fino a dopo. A circa le 11:00 ci siamo svegliati a voce alta nella sala e qualcuno che cercava di entrare in una stanza. Pochi minuti dopo, ci fu un colpo di voce sulla nostra porta, e qualcuno cercava di entrare nella nostra stanza. La persona disse che era con l'hotel e voleva sapere il nostro nome.Mio marito si vestiva e andò alla porta e disse loro il nostro nome. Non capisco perché hanno bisogno di queste informazioni, perché abbiamo una prenotazione, sono un membro di Marriott, hanno la nostra carta di credito sul file e abbiamo dato un ID al check-in. Questo è quando il dipendente ci ha detto che ci avevano dato la stanza sbagliata. Cosa si aspettavano che accadasse alle 11:00 - che noi avremmo lasciato la stanza? La mattina seguente abbiamo scoperto che l'hotel era stato venduto fuori, il che rendeva la situazione ancora più confusa, dato che gli ospiti che hanno prenotato la stanza che ci sono stati dati avevano anche una prenotazione anticipata.
