L'hotel era pieno di persone quando sono andato a casa, così ho avuto una stanza che era alta e inconfortabile. Quando ho parlato con il manager dopo aver soggiornato per notte, era conciliatore e ci ha trasferiti in una camera più bella su un piano superiore con una bella vista e ha incluso i colazione che non avevo incluso nella mia prenotazione. Mi sono accontentato dell'hotel e mi sono trasferito una notte extra. Il server di buffet del colazione era così bello e mi ricordo la mattina dopo la mia bevanda. Tutto era pulito e comodo.

Darrell in the dining area is very friendly and hard-working. We appreciate his hard work . Our room was very clean and the location of the hotel was very convenient. We enjoyed being able to sit outside at the tables and the fireplace is very nice. I did use the exercise room and was pleased that the equipment was all working and the area was clean.

663339962This hotel has a good, central location. But it is very loud. First, there is construction noise. That will be temporary but it is disruptive -- and it starts VERY early in the morning. It is sufficiently disruptive that the hotel should have closed during the construction. I know they want to maximize their revenues, but it should not be at the expense of the guest experience. Even worse, though, is the ridiculous amount of dog barking. The hotel sounds like a kennel. This is a hotel that clearly prioritizes dogs over humans. It is lovely than they allow dogs, but they really need to do two things: First, they NEED to have at least one dog-free floor and offer rooms on that floor to those guests without dogs who want it. Second, they NEED to tell guests that bring dogs that the guests are responsible to ensure that their dogs are not barking at night (10 pm to 8 am, or whatever). If someone has a dog that barks all night -- and the owner is not willing to use a muzzle -- then they should not stay at a hotel that accommodates human guests. It is not reasonable for the hotel to put me in a room next to a ”guest” that loudly barks -- incessantly -- all night. This really NEEDS to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. It is a huge problem for your human guests, I do not think it is sufficient to say ”we will take your comments into consideration” - as the hotel has said to many prior guests who made the same comments. This completely destroys the experience for human guests. The hotel should have a sense of urgency to address this problem.

Con- piscine sporche attraverso e soprattutto nel bagno doccia e nel tappeto della stanza (#324). Qualche sorveglianza di pulizia potrebbe correggere rapidamente questa questione.
Riconsidererebbe se corressero le questioni di controllo della pulizia.

GGuillaume PIt was the first time for me in this motel-style hotel. The 4 start average of the rating underestimate this hotel: entirely renovated about a year ago (I asked the management), it is very clean, modern, and the staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable, and the location is very quiet. There was no hot breakfast option when we stayed there; not a problem for us, but good to know. I will definitively stay there again next time we visit Asheville.

We had a nice two-night stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, quiet, comfortable and well-suited to accommodating my mobility-challenged 86-year-old sister. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't available, since it was being cleaned and readied for warm-weather service. Given the astonishingly high prices for downtown hotels in Asheville, this place was affordable and in easy driving distance to the center of town.
