È stato un piacevole soggiorno.Buffet colazione piacevole.Volevo parcheggiare e volare, ma nessun traghetto prima delle 8:00.

La persona del desk front era più preoccupata per quello che sta accadendo sul suo telefono cellulare, poi mi aspettava come se fosse normale, e poi è entrato e è andato nella mia stanza, e poi è tornato a trovare il mio modulo che ho firmato appena lasciando sul desktop. Era andata fuori a usare il suo telefono diverse volte, quindi quando ho chiamato il desk, nessuno ha risposto. Ho dovuto tornare alla mia auto in affitto prima che la sera fosse finita, quindi non ho dovuto farlo al mattino. Cerco di trovare il ritorno e mi sono persa. Non sapeva nemmeno dove mi trovassi, non poteva lasciarmi all'hotel. E' evidente che il conducente della navetta finalmente suggeriva di prendermi e io la seguo. Questo ha funzionato bene. Mi preoccupa che se avessi avuto un problema con l’aiuto o qualcosa del genere e avessi chiamato il desktop, non ci sarebbe nessuno che rispondesse al telefono, e letteralmente dovessi andare fuori a trovarla una volta che ho capito cosa faceva. La mattina dopo il revisore della notte si è messo molto gentile a garantire che il conducente della navetta sia arrivato in tempo, quindi non sarei in ritardo per andare all'aeroporto. Sembra che ci sia un po' di confusione come circa la coerenza del servizio prestato dal dipendente al cliente. Non sono sicuro che avrei molti familiari che lavorano nella stessa struttura.

La posizione è buona, il aria condizionata è grande ma accettabile.Puoi parcheggiare n volo più economico intorno all'aeroporto, e il bus è molto conveniente.

The studio suite was wonderful... comfortable queen bed, lots of square footage, extremely clean. All appliances in great working order. Cooling / heating unit very current & responded to my inputs immediately. 32 inch TV worked well. I suggest increasing the size to something in the 42 inch range. Plenty of stations to watch. Recommend a channel guide for the TV. All staff interactions were friendly & always helpful. I looked for an ice machine but did not find one... however, I did not look very long since Ihad a full kitchen. There were 2 ice trays; recommend 4. $ 85 / night price was EXCELLENT VALUE. I appreciated the military discount.

I have been staying here for months, and this is hands down the WORST hotel chain in North America; honestly, I would expect better service at a Motel 6. If you are heading into town, I would recommend The Crown Plaza; it’s cheaper and much nicer; the amenities are 1000X nicer, they have hot food, and the staff is not RUDE, LAZY, or STUPID; heck you can go down the road five minutes and stay at The Best Western Plus for $50 a night and have much better amenities and a well-trained staff. It really shows what larger chains offers when it comes to Human Resources and Training Programs, and their parent company is heading into bankruptcy; hence why their prices are too high. I have several hundred hotels stays under my belt, and a hotel lobby should be welcoming and inviting, this one looks like a large storage closet/abandoned building/war bunker. They have stacked up furniture everywhere, garbage/empty boxes all over the place, and 10+ signs saying no guest access. Then when you get into the staff, it gets WORSE, much WORSE. Carla, The President/CEO of Sonesta Hotels (in her mind), has absolutely no business being in Guest Services, and you have to deal with her STUPIDITY, RUDENESS, and LAZINESS 80% of the mornings here; and talk about getting your day off to a HORRIBLE start; and it’s a race situation since I am white. If you need to get anything complete and she is working, your best bet is to wait till she leaves for the day or find a work around. She will literally talk in circles and confuse you, just so she can avoid doing any type of labor (she actually steals your intelligence and drive), she gets ANGRY when she has to get off her chair; grant it, she is normally sleeping in that chair, hiding behind a sign; hence why I was order not to use the dinning-room/war bunker entrance for coffee, and instead have to walk all the way around the building in the cold (she can’t hear me come in when I use the dining room entrance). I had an employee STEAL a package delivery, and then I got stuck working with the WORSE management team in the world. I was accused 6 different times of running a scam for $48; Please, I make 5x that in the amount of time it took to correct the PETTY THEFT. Santo demanded proof the package was delivered, which I supplied immediately, then 3 messages at the Front Desk and 1 phone call later zero response, I finally called corporate, sure enough, Santo calls the next morning ANGRY because I call corporate. When I first got here two months ago, I stayed right next to the noisy highway that pours pollution out, can’t be healthy, so I moved to the other side of the property, when I checked in the first time, I was given one key, on the second one, I was given two keys by Elissa. With the known THEFT problem here, I was straightening up for the 3rd time, since housekeeping was a no-show/no-call for two appointments earlier that week, and realized, I better grab that second room key before housekeeping STEALS it, low

Ho visitato molti Hampton Inns in passato, ma dirò che questa è una delle più povere in tutto. Così povere in realtà che ho chiesto al GM di chiamarmi così potremmo discutere le mie preoccupazioni. Forse ha chiamato voi, ma non me. Le camere sono molto belle, pulite e confortevoli. Non c'è problema. Ma, per favore, ditemi, come funziona la TV? Il processo di selezione della stazione più confuso che abbia mai incontrato. E non l'ho mai capito. Il cameriere ha indicato che si tratta di una denuncia piuttosto frequente. Quindi perché l'hotel non mette in ogni stanza alcune istruzioni su come usare la TV? Inoltre, hanno una doccia strana nella nostra stanza. Giù il manico e deve essere caldo. Non qui.Più si gira la maniglia, più si raffredda.Se si vuole acqua calda, si gira la maniglia solo un po'di distanza.La cosa negativa è il buffet. La cosa peggiore in tutto il sistema. La pasta di avena era molto acquatica e corsa. Non piacevole. Prova a trovare un po'di cereali freddi. Solo un paio di scatole di fiocchi di grano sono state mostrate. Eccolo. L'ultima volta che eravamo qui, dovevano andare in fondo a trovare un po'di cereali freddi. La batteria del produttore di waffle era cemento liquido. Ci sono voluti diversi minuti per riempire la tazza. Così la waffle risultante era principalmente non cucinata. Nessun pascolo come altri posti, nemmeno. Nessuna banana. Via sotto gli standard degli altri che abbiamo fatto. Sembra che questo posto sia conveniente e, poiché è vicino a un aeroporto, si sentono che la gente vuole un ingresso e un'uscita veloce. E sicuramente hanno vissuto a tale requisito. Trova un altro alloggio.

Lo stato dei terreni e del lobby e il demo del personale del desk frontal, così come altri ospiti possono far sentire che scegliere questo motel è stato un errore, ma una volta che siete nelle vostre camere, si sente pulito e confortevole. In particolare, le sale e gli ascensori hanno bisogno di un ascensore facciale. Forse le 4 stelle vanno specificamente al personale che pulisce le camere

Un hotel automobilistico più economico, un buon servizio, le cose sono più vecchie, vicino all'aeroporto, e sono rimasti per una notte.In passato, ho detto che non ho ricevuto il prezzo di Trip.com e ho rubato la mia carta ancora una volta. Ci sono grandi stronzate su entrambi i lati della strada. Non ho prestato attenzione a guidare la notte, ho guardato una strada.

Very helpful & friendly. Nice restaurant with great service & food! The front desk clerk understood we needed some extra help and provided it with no real issues! We really appreciated the fact we didn't need to leave the hotel to get food . The shuttle driver was very nice and accommodating to all of our needs when we left.
