After a long day on the road, smiling Alicia at the front desk was warmly welcoming and check in was a breeze. Automatic front doors made wheeling in the luggage cart so much easier. Two elevators meant almost no wait time, another big yay. Room was beautiful & obviously designed to optimize space, with ample desk/table area. Kudos to housekeeping as everything was spotless and sparkling. Full size fridge, small sink, microwave, two burner stovetop and even a dishwasher! Coffeemaker, toaster, dishes & silverware. I slept well on sumptuous linens & fluffy pillows, the bed so comfortable I had a hard time getting up the next morning! Jacob at the front desk was just as friendly & efficient as Alicia had been. In fact, everyone on staff was cheerful & helpful. Would DEFINITELY stay here again :-)

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is outstanding and the accommodations quite remarkable. Thank you so much to Sarah, Ed, Barbara, Melissa, Leann, Nick and all of the crew that made my stay so much more comfortable. Very clean hotel. Jacuzzi suite recommended! The pool is a great swim for laps. Breakfast is always different in the morning and I can’t say enough about such a wonderful stay. Right off the expressway and local to businesses everywhere in Brighton. I can’t say enough about them! Bravo and thank you to you all! I tried to get everyone’s names so if I left you off the list my apologies! I look forward to staying with you always!

If you're looking for easy access to the expressway, shopping, and beautiful downtown not far away, this is a great lodging option. A newer hotel, the entire premises was clean and appealing to the eye. Located on a street that leads behind Target, Home Depot, Chilis, and IHOP with a side street near the hotel that leads out to another corridor and a traffic light near Meijer. Downtown offered quaint shopping and beautiful holiday lighting. There is also a back way to access Kohl's and Costco (to avoid the crazy round-abouts). Complimentary parking in the front, side, and back accessible with a card, elevators and pool are near the back side of hotel. Our room has a king size bed, roomy walk in shower with the vanity mirror well lit, a mini fridge, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, ironing board and iron, bench for luggage, mounted TV w remote (even had sleep timer) and HBO, desk and chaise lounge. The continental breakfast included the usual light fair including oatmeal and toppings, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties, cold cereal, and a nifty pancake maker than resembles the old Easy Bake Oven. We stayed two nights and received housekeeping services including bed remade, fresh towels and cleaned bathroom. The bed was firm w a euro top and comfy pillows and bedding. No suggestions to management as everything was as it should be.

Mia moglie e io abbiamo trascorso una notte a Hampton Inn & Suites Howell come fermata in viaggio per un matrimonio in MI. Siamo arrivati dalla zona di New York. Siamo arrivati alle 7:00 e il servizio Rep (senza nome) era eccezionalmente bello, accogliente e utile. Abbiamo chiesto posti per mangiare e camminare e ci ha guidato in una zona di cammino da un lago che era davvero bello e a un tipo di ”parla facile” ristorante (2 Fogs Pub) nel centro di Howell. Entrambe le sue raccomandazioni erano in loco e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo per camminare e cenare. Grazie! La nostra stanza era davvero bella. La struttura è molto nuova (aperta nell'agosto 2022) e la sua condizione era eccellente. La stanza era eccezionalmente pulita, tranquilla e ben mantenuta. La colazione era standard e meglio della maggior parte. Era ben conservata e assistita con personale utile. Era un soggiorno meraviglioso e saremo tornati se mai dovessimo rimanere in zona. Sceglieremo questo luogo senza esitazioni e lo consiglieremo molto. Grazie mille!
