I always enjoy my stay at the Bridgewater Marriott. Grace Lizardo director of room operations is always very accommodating. I enjoyed my room selection very clean and updated. The breakfast is delicious with me to order omelettes oatmeal, fruit, and other healthy selections. It’s close to many restaurants and close to New York City and other theater district in New Brunswick., New Jersey. The workout room has enough equipment for you to maintain a level of fitness while you are on the road. There’s also a heated pool.

This hotel present well. The room was great and spacious, very clean and comfortable. Food is limited and expensive. Two bagels and two coffees, orange juice $24. I guess that's hotel prices. Location was great for me but hard to find because limited signs and can't see from street location.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel a partire da febbraio 2022 quando ho iniziato la mia chemioterapia al Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center a Basking Ridge. Sono stato diagnosticato con una rara forma di linfoma non Hodgkin chiamato linfoma di cellule di Mantle nel maggio 2021. Sono estremamente grato per questo hotel per albergarmi mentre sono in zona per i trattamenti, e per le scansioni. Migliorando, le mie visite sono meno frequenti, ma sono rimasto qui il mese scorso, e volevo ringraziare il personale per la gentilezza, soprattutto Maya Dawkins e Jossehlyn. Grazie a tutti. Mi aspetto il mio prossimo soggiorno, perché questo significa che sentirò più buone notizie sulla mia guarigione.Se volete seguire il mio viaggio di ritorno alla buona salute

La struttura è stata molto confortevole, e si trovava in una tranquilla stanza, ma vicino a tutte le strade, alle città e ai villaggi locali. Il bar/restaurante è stato chiuso troppo presto e ci ha tradito da una cappella e dall'uso dei nostri crediti F&B (il bar sembrava invitante e aveva una scelta eccellente di bourbon premium). L'hotel non sembrava pieno e non ci sono state offerte miglioramenti nonostante il nostro status di diamante. Saremo certamente indietro, come tutta la mia famiglia è in questo campo.

Siamo rimasti per qualche giorno per un evento sportivo a circa 20 minuti di distanza. Anche se non era un negozio, se fossi in zona, avrei deciso di scegliere questo hotel. Si sente molto nuovo, le camere sono grandi, internet è buono, il bar al tetto è stato ben accolto e abbiamo mangiato al ristorante accanto 2 notti BC è stato così conveniente. (Taverna di Tommy). La mia denuncia è che abbiamo avuto un evento sportivo che ci serviva ogni giorno, e le macchine per il ghiaccio sono un po' di persicce che mi ci sono voluto circa dieci minuti al giorno per riempire il ghiaccio e l'acqua. Credo che Marriott pensasse che facesse qualcosa di grande c c ci sono sensori ecc, ma onestamente è stata la peggiore parte dell'hotel!

I always stay here when I have business in the Bridgewater / Branchburg area. The rooms are always super clean. The people at the front desk are always very polite. The breakfast included with the stay is always fresh, clean, and filling. I was placed in a suite during this past visit, which was appreciated for the extra space and the larger shower area. I typically get a great nights sleep because the bed is extremely clean and comfortable. The room has adequate receptacles and USB ports for chargers, computers, etc. The parking lot is big well lit. The hotel is very close to 22 which puts you close to other small towns like Somerville. It is less than an hour to reach the Newark airport.

Booked and paid through my choice membership a week in advance. On the day of checkin called the front desk for two hours early checkin, as demanded by front desk (a male person) I agree to pay $40 extra for early checkin. Drove for 90 minutes to reach hotel, waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The front desk lady (an Indian lady) started attending phone calls and took like 20mins to attend & talk to us. The Indian lady (attached her photo) at the front desk is completely disrespectful & rude. She told Hotel will allow checkin only after 3:00 PM, inspite of showing her the call history and earlier discussion over the phone, she bluntly denied anyone calling the front desk or any male person answering the calls. Inspite of agreeing for extra charge & earlier discussion, We requested to allow two early checkin as we are already in the city/hotel, but the lady was VERY unprofessional, rudely denied the checkin & gave free suggestion to go around the city until 3:00 PM. ARE YOU SERIOUS...!! As we already paid, we went out & came back at 3:00 PM. Now male front desk guy (can be seen in picture took 45 minutes to checkin. Even he was rude to us & other guests. Posting the pictures and videos of the person talking to the guests. He open the room with his master key & two hours late gave us the key as the lock system was not working. Rooms Don't, and I mean DONT book here. Nothing works! The disgusting smell in the rooms and hallway. The elevator is broken, our room lock was broken off, the shower wouldn’t turn on, the power outlets on either bedside table lamps didn’t worked. All the outlets in the room were broken or loose, charges fell right out when you plugged them in. Room service Will not get room service while you're staying at the hotel, no fresh towels, no cleaning, no bedsheets change during your extra days stay. No breakfast on offer. there was no continental breakfast. No coffee or anything in the Lobby. Staff is rude and intrusive. They knock on our door an hour before check out and reminded checkout time to make sure we check by 11:00 AM. I wouldn’t expect this from a hotel which claims as a 3-star hotel and charge $90 per night. I wouldn't recommend staying there for any type of event, for family vacation or business. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Horrible staff, VERY unprofessional.
