We arrived after Midnight. We found that the doors are locked during certain hours (I believe it is 10 pm and 6 am) and we had to press an intercom button to get the attention of someone at the front desk onky nobody was there. My husband pressed the button several times and knocked on the glass doors and finally someone came to let us in. Turns out the intercom buzzer wasn't working (we tested it with the employee). Other than that the stay was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and there was an extra pillow on the bed. The room was clean and as we were only staying over night, we didn't have use for the amenities.

Questo è ovviamente un hotel molto ben gestito. La mia famiglia e io stiamo attualmente qui per un matrimonio in città, e non posso dire abbastanza cose positive su questo Holiday Inn e il personale. James al front desk è fenomenale! Quando ci siamo accolti, era legato con un cliente sul telefono e una linea formata. L'ha gestito così bene, professionale e gentile. Ha anche aiutato mia sorella a cambiare tipo di camera e andato sopra e oltre! È un nuovo dipendente, ma non lo saprete mai. Vorrei che tutti nell'industria ospite potessero essere così grandi come James! In realtà, ogni dipendente che abbiamo incontrato era incredibilmente utile e amichevole. Personalmente stavo in una delle camere del re Jacuzzi. E' fantastico! E' più grande Sq ft di un re standard, e mi piaceva il layout. Il letto/letto è molto comodo! Di solito non dormo bene in hotel e ho avuto una bella notte di sonno. In generale, rimarrei assolutamente in questo hotel in futuro. Sono davvero deluso che dovremo partire stamattina. Grazie per essere un grande esempio di ciò che l'industria ospite dovrebbe davvero essere.

Questa nuova proprietà è stata una scelta per un soggiorno di due notti durante il matrimonio.L'hotel ha offerto un servizio eccellente per ospitare il pranzo di riposo. Il personale dell'hotel ha fatto un lavoro straordinario per 60 persone e ha fornito rapidamente tutti gli oggetti richiesti dai partecipanti. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna, ultra pulita, tranquilla e confortevole. Il personale era attento, amichevole e disposto ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta. Shannon era particolarmente utile per tutto l'evento.

La stanza era pulita, tranquilla e confortevole.I colazioni erano ragionevoli, ma vorrei che ci fossero più opzioni senza latte: latte di cacao o di manzo per cereali, uova senza formaggio. Apprezzo in particolare il servizio in camera ecologica, dove si può scegliere quello che si lava quando, oltre ai prodotti riempibili disponibili in distributori invece di scaricare un gruppo di piccole bottiglie di plastica nel bagno. Apprezzo il fatto che il personale di custodia sia stato distaccato per il giorno di Natale: ha mostrato la cura del personale di dare loro un importante tempo di riposo familiare.

L'hotel era tutto a posto, ma quando si tratta di check-in e check-out è un'altra cosa è stato un problema pagato per l'hotel online con la mia CashApp e quando sono arrivato e hanno chiesto un deposito di sicurezza e li avevo chiesto se accettavano CashApp essere come hanno preso la prima volta che mi hanno detto no che non l'hanno accettato e che avrei bisogno di avere un biglietto in contanti o una carta bancaria che non è CashApp, Venmo, Chime, PayPal ecc brutto come può essere e non solo per menzionare che mi avevano sparato fuori dalla mia stanza finché non avevo pagato un deposito di sicurezza per il mio animale domestico e poi quella notte avevo pagato il pedaggio e il personale non era altro che disrepito, ma il giorno di check-out mi sono svegliato tardi e mi sono scusato ai custodi. e non erano altro che brutti e mi dissero che avevo cinque minuti per uscire o che ci sarebbero stati poliziotti e avevo un sacco di cose nella mia stanza che sono rimasto lì qualche giorno ma e 5 minuti non sarebbero abbastanza buoni per me, quindi avevo Chiesto se potevo ottenere un po' di più tempo e dopo aver avuto tutto fuori, non erano altro che bello come chiedere se c'era bisogno di aiuto e gli ho detto che non avevo bisogno di alcun aiuto da loro ho preso tutto nella mia auto e sono tornato in modo che potessi ottenere il mio Il commissario di deposito di sicurezza mi ha negato la commissione di deposito di sicurezza e voglio e io chiamerò il capo Honcho e ne farò rapporto e tutto il resto. Non è la prima volta che mi è successo questo.

I had to use 20,000 points to stay here but it was worth it the motels very clean and in good shape and managed well and we had a suite at two queens. The bedroom very comfortable sweet girls, extra room and purposes normal but being in this jail area is probably one of the better motels it’s $100 room but it didn’t cost me anything but 10 days the points go down to 10,000 but oh well yeah we’re down here golfing in Jackson cell if I was in the area I would stay here again for sure

L'hotel era buono, buona posizione per dove dovevo andare, per la prima volta rimanere a Tru e ragazzo che una delusione. Andare a colazione in piedi e chiedere al personale chi è stato messo sul divano, dove sono le uova? Rispose in modo non così amichevole, oggi non ci sono uova, non c'è spiegazione, niente. L'ultima volta che resterò in questa catena, tutti gli hotel della zona serviranno colazione con uova, se è un ordine, il manager dovrebbe essere rimproverato, se un personale non si sente come fare uova, il manager dovrebbe rispondere. Pensavo di andare a un motel di terza classe!

Check in was really strange at this hotel. As if we were inconveniencing the desk clerk when we arrived (after the MSU football game in East Lansing). My brother in law reserved 2 rooms for he and his wife and for my husband and I to stay after the MSU -Ohio State game. He reserved 2 king rooms at least 2 months prior. Yet when the 4 of us checked in after the football game, the desk clerk had trouble finding our reservations. It took forever to check in. Then she assigned my brother in law to a 2nd floor room and assigned my husband and I to a 1st floor ADA room...by the elevator and the ice machine. I’m pretty sure they messed up our reservation and stuck us in the only king room left. The clerk refused to move us. The lobby was clean. The room was absurdly tiny. There was no chair (even though the website description includes a chair). There was almost no toilet tissue left on the roll. When we returned from a quick dinner at the nearby Red Lobster (a nice easy walk away), the free sodas, snacks, and fruit were all put away and no longer available...not mentioned to us or offered when we checked in. The bed cover was very thin and there was no blanket available, not even one in the closet. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathtub area was dated. The caulk was old and cracked, the wallpaper needed repair, the shower curtain was in bad shape, and there was rust around the tub drain. The mini fridge was in good repair, but there was no microwave in our room. Brighter lighting would’ve been welcome. The HVAC worked well but was noisy, making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was the usual options. We grabbed a quick cup of coffee before hitting the road and would’ve appreciated lids for our coffee cups. When my brother in law sat to drink his coffee, the chair completely collapsed. There was no staff to notify; we put the chair to one side. Thankfully his quick reflexes averted injury. All in all not a terrible hotel but could use some updating and more conscientious staff at reservations/front desk.
