PPatty EThis is the most magnificent hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! The property itself is gorgeous, our large room was perfect, and the bed was so very comfortable with the most fluffy pillows! We ate at the Capital Grill and while the portions were rather small, it did leave room for dessert which was delicious. Breakfast in the One Eleven restaurant was superb both mornings. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the porch of the hotel. A great experience! Compared to similar priced hotels, the Capital Hotel was head and shoulders above and exceeded my expectations both in comfort and value. You have to stay here if in Little Rock! I know I will again.

We only stayed here for one night recently. I’ll start by saying that the hotel has a great location. It feels safe. We checked in via app with no issues. Prior to checking in, Clarence stayed in touch with us and even made a courtesy call. I can appreciate that. The hotel’s decor was very nice and the layout of the suite was very nice. It has great space. Traveling as a family, we need space. Upon entering the room though, we noticed multiple stains on the couch. We had an appointment immediately after check-in so I wasn’t able to complete my full inspection. When we returned, we wanted to go straight to bed. We had a double room so I did a quick check over one bed and the other I didn’t inspect so well. In the middle of the night, we noticed stains on the second bed. The stains were on the pillows too. It looked like hair dye but who knows. There’s no way the cleaning staff could have missed these stains. Very disappointing. The room was showing signs of wear and tear, but not too bad to complain about. I will say that the front desk staff was nice and accommodating. My main concerns about hotels are safety and cleanliness. It’s the oversight of the cleanliness of the bed that impacted the rating. Would I stay here again, not sure. It may not be my first choice, but I can’t say that it wouldn’t happen.

UUtente ospiteI typically only review hotels that are either really bad or exceptionally good. This hotel is one of the best Hilton products in which we have stayed. I am very picky about cleanliness in hotels and I must say that this place was immaculate. The shower doors were spotless and look as though they were just installed, despite the hotel being nearly 2 years old. The bed was comfortable and sheets very soft. The heating/ac unit was reasonably quiet with no loud transition sounds. I love the little kitchen area with full size sink and dish detergent which allowed me to wash out the cups that we travel with. The staff, both evening and morning, were polite and helpful. The breakfast area is huge and brightly lit and, again, spotless. The hot breakfast was very good with a large variety of items from which to choose. We have been Hampton Inn devotees for years but Home 2 Suites may become our new go to hotel while on the road. The only drawback is their open door pet policy but we were assured that floors 3 and 4 are pet free. We have nothing against pets but suffer from dander allergies.

UUtente ospiteI had the pleasure of meeting Monica, who’s a representative/customer service personnel. Upon arrival, she greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately I knew I was going to enjoy the stay. She’s customer service oriented, friendly, courteous, attentive and her personality is amazing. On two different occasions, I had some issues with guest staying in room 316 who was making an abundance of loud noises, and she was able to fixed the issue. Additionally, she assured me that my stay will be comfortable, enjoyable and pleasant being that I’m scheduled to be at the hotel for 10 weeks on business. I highly recommend this hotel because of her customer service qualities and friendliness.

UUtente ospiteGli aggiornamenti devono essere resi in questo hotel. Ero in città per una conferenza e mi aspettavo di più per quello che dovevo pagare. La mia stanza non aveva frigo, non aveva microonde, non aveva accessori per cavo telefonico. Gli ascensori erano molto lenti e quando sono arrivato, a metà maggio, non c'era acqua nella piscina, e alla fine l'hanno riempita il giorno prima di partire, ma il personale era molto bello e utile.

UUtente ospiteA bit out-dated but clean, friendly staff, location was very close to what I needed, but too close to everything else! Breakfast eggs were lacking but the biscuits were good! I liked that you could actually open the windows!
I recommend staying in a room that faces out the front of the bulding, you get waymore traffic and hospital/ambulance noise on the back side.

VVeronique WThey are still under construction so be aware, everyone is super nice, the rooms were crazy clean. I think we got a room that had not been fully upgraded yet, but it was still clean. The only down fall was the bed , it felt like they took all of the cushion out of the mattress and added rocks instead, and the pillows weren't better. I also think if they did a small breakfast downstairs that would be nice. But all in all it was a good stay, nice grounds

PPatricia RoseburrowSono arrivato lì e ho dovuto aspettare almeno 30 minuti prima di poter ottenere la mia stanza qualcosa andava in avanti con il proprietario dei computer, mi ha ospitato invece di pagare i 56 dollari che ho pagato in precedenza, mi ha finito per pagare solo 38 dollari e che è stato buono Ma quando sono arrivato lì, c'erano roccia che stava sdraiando intorno al cibo, era fuori nel bagno cibo dentro la testa del frigorifero droga con costante colpo sulla mia porta forse mi sento incomodo, ma per il prezzo valeva la pena non potevi chiedere altro che loro Aveva una piscina profonda grande non c'era acqua in esso vorrei che la piscina funzionasse ma se non avessero una lotteria sulla loro proprietà la loro proprietà sarebbe molto meglio ma perché c'è un sacco di lotteria e droghe in corso, allora rende difficile e rende difficile le persone che restano lì a volte temono soprattutto se siete nuovi allo stato di Arkansas ma in generale per il prezzo tra 30 e 50 dollari le foglie erano pulite le tole erano pulite
