Marcie era eccezionale. Mi sono chiusa se la mia stanza mi ha aiutato. E'stata più lunga di quanto non fosse mai stata per preparare le stanze e per essere fedele al suo impegno di finire il lavoro in tempo. Ridere per miglia. Ci ha dato più asciugamani per la piscina. Molto impressionato dalla sua gentilezza e amicizia.Grazie tante Joanne

Mi piace sinceramente questo hotel e questo è il motivo per cui ci sono tornato più di 10 volte negli ultimi 3 mesi! Colazione eccellente, personale molto rispettoso e ottima posizione. Ci sono anche camere sempre molto pulite. Fanno pagare un minimo di $ 87 più tasse per una camera da letto matrimoniale con soggiorno e divano! Il mio unico problema è perché non sono mai stato ricompensato per essere un cliente che ritorna costantemente lol.

We had an overnight stay here recently. The hotel seems relatively new and has the amenities you'd expect from this brand. However, a couple of concerns to be noted - The AC in our room could not be turned off either from the unit itself or using the thermostat on the wall. The fan was blowing cold air and we weren't comfortable. The shampoo container had no shampoo in it. Once someone is already in the shower, they realize this so not easy to call up the housekeeping quickly to fix that. The breakfast was Ok but nothing worth special mention except that there were no fruits there.

We filed a complaint with IHG hotels on 11.6.2022 at 11:30 am EST seeking a refund for the amount paid for two rooms for one night, because the hotel was negligent in not having security cameras working at the front of the property where we parked our car and someone broke in and stole over $2,000.00 of valuables from our vehicle. We were told by DJ on the IHG Guest Services line that someone would follow up with us within 48 hours- no one ever did. We were also charged an additional $140.00 in error by the hotel, on top of all that we had experienced as guests at the property. We have the police report which we filed and also filed a claim with our insurance company for the items that were stolen. It was alluded to by law enforcement that this was an inside job because it happened right in front of the check in entrance- where someone should be visually monitoring the property. We were also told that the cameras weren't working (how convenient) on the night our car was broken into!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL!!!!! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR THE HASSLE AND THE HOTEL WILL BE SETTING YOU UP TO BE THE NEXT THEFT VICTIM! THEY ARE EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT AND HAVE YET TO FOLLOW-UP WITH US ON OUR COMPLAINT WHICH WAS FILED OVER A WEEK AGO!!!!!!

HOTEL HORIBLE. Questo dovrebbe essere classificato al più basso che puo' andare. Non c'è accesso al lobby che devi stare alla finestra per controllare. La stanza era piena. La TV non si spostava, quindi ci siamo guardati dietro per vedere se era bloccata e c'era tessuto capelli sul pavimento. L'intera stanza doveva essere svuotata, quindi non camminare a piedi di merda, ci sono solo 2 cuscini da bambino su un letto di dimensioni re e nessun telefono nella stanza per chiamare il manager. Il letto si sentiva come una scatola in legno, quindi non pensare che si dorme; si sveglia con un dolore di ritorno il vostro stomaco si sentirà come se si fosse seduto tutta la notte e per qualche motivo il ginocchio si dolorerà. La stanza, camminando verso la stanza, lasciava un sacco di spazzatura sulle scale e non tornava a prenderla, perché era ancora lì mattina e gli animali lo avevano fatto a parte. L'hotel è bello nelle foto e guida, ma quando si accenna a voi non lo desiderate perché non potete recuperare i vostri soldi, quindi spero che il giorno di notte venga presto.
