Tutto su questo hotel, dal personale, posizione, servizi, pulizia, zona di piscina al cibo, è stato assolutamente meraviglioso. Grazie per aver perfettamente reso il nostro soggiorno. Lo consiglierei.

Mi è stato recentemente invitato da un amico a visitare la sua famiglia per qualche giorno, quindi qui siamo rimasti mentre eravamo lì e non ho altro che buone cose da dire sul nostro soggiorno. La nostra camera era molto grande e aveva una cucina, la stanza era pulita e i letti erano comodi, avevamo anche nuovi cuscini fluffy, il personale del front desk era grande, utile e attento. Raccomanderò questo posto a chiunque abbia bisogno di un hotel in questa zona. Se mai tornassi lì, sarei certamente rimasto lì di nuovo. Vorrei avere alcune foto da mostrare, ma ai non ha davvero preso nessuna foto mentre eravamo all'hotel

Questo è un luogo perfetto per soggiorni brevi, poiché l'hotel è in una posizione conveniente, le sue camere sono tutte senza fumo e super pulito, frigo, tavolo di ferro, microonde, TV e Internet opera perfetta. Non dimenticate di prendere un po'di acqua minerale con voi per fare caffè o tè nella vostra stanza.A suo prezzo, è una gioiello nella città.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days at the Woodlands Resort. Our room was located very close to the outdoor pool. Here is a list of pros and cons: Pros: - There are rooms with glass doors that open up right to the outdoor pool. - Both restaurants had a great variety of food and offered great happy hour and lunch specials. - Nice indoor and outdoor bars with great drink specials. - They have music play certain nights in the indoor and outdoor bars. - There is a night club open on the weekend if you like dancing. - The scenery is very nice and there is a nice stream located on the property. - They offer free breakfast to guests Monday through Friday. Cons: - The heater was broken for the outdoor pool and it was cold. - The indoor hot tub was also broken. - The indoor pool is located in a very dark room, but it was heated. - The hotel rooms near the outdoor pool are very small and there is barely any closet space. - The pool only had two tables with umbrellas, but there were lounge chairs all around the pool. - The pool is surrounded by trees so there is not much direct sunlight. The sun does peak through in certain places throughout the day but you have to move around the pool to catch it . The shade is nice, but with a cold pool I would have liked less shade. Final thoughts: Our family of 4 stayed in the room. It was two adults and a 14 and 15 year old. They made us pay an extra 10 dollars for each child per night. After they told me about the charge I asked if they will then provide a roll away bed and they said it would be an extra 10 dollars a night for it. This then then raised our price per night by 30 dollars. When I first booked the price seemed economical but after adding all the fees for our children and then dealing with broken pool heater and hot tub, and the small room I am not sure the price was worth it. I heard the hotel was recently taken over by a new company so hopefully they will fix some of the problems and update some of the rooms.

L'hotel era pulito. Le camere e le letti erano pulite e confortevoli. Il personale era estremamente gentile e utile. Arriviamo dopo le 10:00. Il lobby dell'hotel aveva ancora dei biscotti freschi, che i miei ragazzi amavano. Come membri di diamanti, siamo stati aggiornati in una suite King, che era spaziosa e perfetta. Ron, che ci ha controllati, era particolarmente gentile, efficiente e utile. Quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza, ci siamo rallegrati che la nostra stanza fosse già fredda. Ci siamo addormentati bene. Nessun problema di rumore. Acqua da bagno, shampoo e condizionatore erano eccellenti. Buffetto colazione grande; omelete, patate, salsa e waffles erano deliziosi. La zona di esercizio era buona e comprendeva fino a 50 lb. barbelli. Ci rimarremmo qui!

La camera era spaziosa e pulita, tranne che il piano del bagno era pieno di spazi lungo la porta e il bagno. Anche gli angoli e i tempi dei tavoli erano davvero sporchi. Il colazione era un riposo. Pensavamo che fosse un complimento, ma era $32+ per una tazza di cereali, una tazza di frutta, una tazza di frutta e yogurt, tre presunte tazze di caffè Starbucks. Beviamo sempre il caffè di Starbucks e nessuno di noi credeva che fosse Starbucks, mio nipote prese una sip e disse di gustare il caffè, non è certamente Starbucks. Ho dovuto gettarmi via perché era bruciato, l'ho dato alla ragazza al conto per buttarla perché non era bevande e non volevo metterla nella spazzatura e lei non mi ha mai offerto di rimborsarla. Non mi sarebbe mai rimasto qui!!!! Sarebbe stato meno costoso e molto meglio a Cracker Barrel.
