Amo lavorare con il personale di Baymont (soprattutto Nick) perché vanno di sopra e di là per aiutare i nostri dipendenti. Quando abbiamo più di 15 camere, hanno servito colazione prima, così i nostri dipendenti possono prendere colazione prima del lavoro. Hanno aggiornato le loro camere con nuovi letti e TV’s, che è un cambiatore di gioco per qualsiasi hotel e le mattresse sono molto confortevoli. Nick mi aiuta sempre a individuare eventuali divergenze, come i nostri dipendenti lasciando una stanza vuota senza controllare per impedirci di pagare una stanza vuota. Non ho ancora trovato un altro personale dell'hotel così utile e impegnato, perché questo è estremamente prezioso quando si prenotano più camere e un altro set di occhi e orecchie sul sito è chiave!

Condividere, la seconda volta che vivo qui, la stanza è OK, perché guida da solo, quindi non prenda in considerazione la posizione, è ancora molto lontano dalla città, purtroppo non c'è frigorifero e microonde.

Staff was very friendly and extremely responsive to your needs. Rooms cleaned and beds made daily. Left late one morning came back room not cleaned, NOT their fault. Went to office explained what happen and requested some towels. We left again and when we came back, the room was cleaned and beds made. They didn’t need to do that but they were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough to ensure you had a good experience. I would definitely stay there again. Almost forgot one other thing. The pool needed some attention and within an hour it was cleaned.

This hotel is on a hill. The GM is very personable. The hotel is very clean and has been updated recently. They offer guests a free breakfast in the lobby area. My room was on the third floor and had a king size bed. The hotel is very quiet. I really enjoyed the bath amenities - shampoo and the conditioner. The room also offered a microwave and a clock. They offer no gift shop. A couple of issues - no plastic cups were in the room, there was no bathmat, the floor needed to be vacuumed again. There were black spots on the bed spread. Cartersville is a great area - they offer attractions, great restaurants and local shopping. I would stay here again.

Rrockstar89Is this an older property? Yes. But it is clean, comfortable and was great for our weekend stay. It’s right off the main drag in Cartersville so there are many places to eat and shop right out the front door. Anything you might want or need is very close by. It’s actually a block off the main road so it was very quiet as well as convenient. The room was a good size, bed was comfy and shower had good water pressure. Microwave and fridge in room. Our coffeemaker did not heat water properly, but you can get free coffee in the lobby. The only negative thing I will say is that I wish they would add breakfast to the cost of the room like most hotels in this class instead of making you pay extra for it. It’s just not worth an extra $12 pp. You do get some credit if you are a Hilton member, but there is Waffle House, IHOP and a few other options just a stones throw away that are much better to choose from. The staff was good. I enjoyed getting texts from Antonio and Precious to make sure everything was good. Knowing they were easily reached if something were to go awry was nice. All in all a good stay!

My husband and I were on the last leg of our trip working for our son’s pet transport biz when we decided to reward ourselves with a good nights sleep. This place stood out as one of the nicest in the area and it did not disappoint. Customer service excellence after the very first minor hiccup. Front desk gal (pretty sure her name was Emily) was very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was very well appointed and tasty! The regional manager was in town both days and she was very pleasant and even gave us some water bottles and snacks for the road on our way out. Highly recommend. Oh the room was great. A couple of minor cleanliness issues but nothing that was too terribly wrong.

UUtente ospiteSpecialmente ho cercato un Comfort Inn perché ho avuto una bella esperienza con quella che mi sono fermato a scendere in Florida. Tuttavia questa non ha fatto un confronto anche. In primo luogo, direi che era molto pulito e le camere erano belle. Ecco dove la soddisfazione è finita. Non ero felice di posizione e non c'erano molte opzioni per la consegna. Il desk mi ha dato una lista di ristoranti che avrebbe consegnato. Il posto di pizza che ho chiamato non era vicino, quindi hanno pagato molto per la consegna. Il cibo era così e l'ordine era sbagliato. La zona di colazione non era rimasta a disposizione. Il succo di pino era in gran parte acquato. Era un po' di uova fredde e io aspettavo 20 minuti per portare fuori di più. Ci sono stati biscotti, ma non sono usciti segreti finché non sono pronto a partire. Nessun bacon o salsa. Il desk front non era affatto amichevole.

UUtente ospiteWe stopped for a rest on our long drive home from Florida. We arrived at 9pm. The area was clean and quiet and the man in the lobby very welcoming. Checkin was a breeze. I found my room to be clean and up to date. The shower had amazing pressure and the beds were clean and quite comfortable. Everything was quiet and very restful. I appreciated the coffee in the lobby very much on my way out. If I am ever passing thru again I would definitely stop here. Thank you.
