Customer Service was excellent from check-in, daily leaves and returns, to check-out. Housekeeping was very accommodating, breakfast hot and satisfying. Hotel common areas were clean and inviting. Pool looked welcoming but didn’t get a chance to utilize.

Il personale è molto amichevole e utile- la mia camera era molto pulita e spaziosa. Mi piace come alcuni dei nomi hotel come Hampton Inn aggiungeno piatti extra ai letti! La mia aveva almeno 4 su di esso e lo rendeva molto più comodo dormire. Grazie per avermi portato a Hampton Inn e Suites!

Il check-in è andato bene. La mia stanza era prenotata e mi è piaciuto. Il servizio di cameriera era fantastico. Il colazione era sempre disponibile e ben memorizzato. C'è una piscina disponibile, non l'ho usato. Il motel era tranquillo, come mi aspettavo. Guardate bene.

Questo è l'hotel più pulito e più comodo sulla 60 strada, mani in basso. Abbiamo soggiornato in diversi hotel in questa zona. La nostra madre vive ancora qui. Forse è $10 o più di altri, ma vale bene. Questa volta abbiamo aggiornato in una sala re con frigo. Il cavo è un'ottima scelta.

Grande luogo per soggiornare.. e persone fantastiche che lo guidano.. camere confortevoli pulite a buon prezzo.. comodo letto ... frigoriferi.. microonde.. facile accesso fuori i 64.. in huntington e la sua distanza a piedi dai camion top

I travel to Huntington yearly and have stayed here on several occasions. The hotel is showing its age a little, but they are in the process of remodeling. I always receive excellent customer service and this time they went above and beyond. I was checking in on the day of the global Microsoft software issue. When I arrived, I had been driving all day and needed to shower and change in order to get to a function in a couple of hours. They told me that I couldn't check in because they were unable to make keys or run credit cards. I very upset and exploring other possibilities so that I could get to my function on time. The ladies at the desk were very sympathetic and said they were working on the problem, but did not know when it would be fixed. There were other guests sitting in the lobby with the same issue. A few minutes later they came and asked if I had checked in online and requested a digital key (which I had, but the key had not shown up on my app). They went back to the office and kept working on it. In a few minutes I got a text that my credit card had been billed--progress. I still did not receive a key, so they went back and worked on it a little longer. Within a few minutes the key showed up on my phone and I was able to get in a room, get cleaned up and arrived at my function on time. They were all so happy to be able to get me where I needed to be, and showed that this was not just a job, but that they truly cared about their customers. Precious, Dee, & Mikala continued to provided excellent service the whole stay and made what could have been a frustrating situation (through no fault of theirs) have a happy ending. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Huntington.
