The hotel was in a good location, quick trip to stores & restaurants. The service was decent, staff sent texts, checking in during our stay if we needed anything. Besides the location, my main reason for choosing this hotel were the amenities, however, upon arrival we found the hot tub was broken along with the fire pit. Since the hot tub was down, I wanted to upgrade my room to include a whirlpool which was declined. It did the job of having a place to stay but for price & poor service for my birthday, the likelihood of my staying at Cambria again is very slim.

Hotel was very clean and right next to all the shopping stores. Staff was very polite. This is my go -to hotel for a cheap comfortable stay!

My rating is based mainly on the hospitality of the staff. So when reading this keep that in mind. I decided to stay here before my trip to Punta Cana and while it does need some tender loving care the staff went above and beyond to try their hardest and accommodate with what they had. My first room had a Heating and Air conditioner that's when the fan started up sounded like the prop of a aircraft starting to turn. ( Hear the video below) As you can image sleeping that night was a little tough because even with turning it completely off it still had a protection mode where it would turn it self on and make the sound every 10 minutes. This rooms TV the sound was also muffled so I think the speaker was messed up. On the plus side the water pressure in the shower was amazing and the WIFI was incredible so good I was able to even use my VR while in the Hotel while is pretty rare. While all this was going on they did have a fire alarm go off but it was handled in a very professional manner and it was due to the heated pool and how cold outside it was. There was no fire just a fluke that the sensor falsely detected it so they were working on that today when I left. I spoke with Lisa at the front desk about the Heater sound issue and we tried to put me in a few other rooms but they all had some issues too one had a broken wheel to the desk table so it just fell and another didn't have the best wifi. I asked to just have the Heat/Ac disabled and I would try to work in the room without it. They did that and even offered me a space heater. This by the way is above and beyond for a hotel!!! After a bit I took Lisa up on this offer and eventually I got too cold and decided I should probably change rooms she found another one right next door it appeared everything looked great so I moved it wasn't till the morning I found out the shower door was misaligned so when you close it, it just opens on it owns kinda annoying but I know after letting them know about all of this I am confident these issues will be resolved next time. You can fix all this stuff you can't fix staff and their staff in my opinion are rock solid and I would stay there again for that reason alone. Breakfast I thought was really good too they have these Quiche's that they get from Gordon foods that are so yummy and they switch out the meat, have a waffle station along with multiple drink options and fruit. (see pics of this) The restaurant next door (I will do a separate review on) but they are also pretty amazing and if you stay here and eat there they give you a 15% discount so keep that in mind! Tips to the management to make this a great property: Fitness Room: Add Treadmill, Make filtered water colder Room 124: Fix shower door alignment Room 125: Fix desk wheel on table leg or fully replace Room 126: Fully replace HVAC with newer unit, replace TV In all rooms I would check for stained curtains and make sure you have mattress protectors LIsa needs a raise for the level of profes

We were disappointed with Homewood Suites this time around. I noticed a pumped in fragrance as we got off the elevator. I never noticed that before. To me, that’s indicative of attempting to hide unpleasant odors. We had a 2 Queen suite. Separate bedroom. I thought the room had a faint smell of urine to it. They do allow pets in this hotel. The furniture looked a bit old and stained. Same in the 1 bedroom King suite we had. All the beds had some odd linens. The sheets and covers did not seem adequate or wide enough for the beds. My sons’ beds were a tangled mess by the time they got up in the morning. My husband I weren’t comfortable in the king bed and it’s crazy covers. Also in the king bedroom, the A/C/heating unit was blowing right on the bed. They are only inches apart. We shut it off because it was so annoying. The ceiling fan helped for air circulation. We did not sleep well, unfortunately. Breakfast was ok.

Nice place to stay for the night. Stopped here on our road trip… located in safe office park area off highway. Patio area off lobby if you want to sit outside. Lots of seating in lobby for breakfast which is fine. They have a huge indoor pool & hot tub AND a splash pad area for the kids. Busy spot. Room was clean & comfortable. Towels are tiny. We had to ask for more as there were 2 in our room for 4.

Well where to start, the rooms weren't very clean; the table tops and night stands haven't been acutally cleaned in quite some time. There were sticky stains; spills still left on them. Dresser drawers haven't been dusted in quite a while. Bathroom sink is clogged. Mini kitchen counters were okay. As for the breakfast, what a joke. Granola bars that have been there for who knows how long, same with the muffins. Coffee, ok if you like it black; creamers were nothing but french vanilla; and hazel nut. Yuck. Not my flavors. I guess you get what you pay for, next time, I'll spend more to get a better stay.

Al momento del check-in, siamo stati trasferiti in un letto king size con vista sulla piscina del divano letto e ci hanno dato un paio di drink ed è stato bello. È un servizio limitato a causa del COVID-19, ma la piscina era aperta e anche il ristorante. Bell'hotel vicino a Bay Village e al Lago Erie.
