I had been excited to finally stay here as it was a newer Hilton branded property. The good was the location is amazing and you can get easy access onto Biscayne in either direction and it is just north of the Aventura log jam so you don't have to deal with that mess. There is a Target and Whole Foods across the street that you can easily walk to. The staff was good, friendly and authentic - although a bit too relaxed for me. I like to see a bit more hustle when I have a basic request like early housekeeping, water in the gym etc. The rooms are TINY here, I was so surprised and poorly appointed. No USB ports in a new hotel and the only plugs were bedside, not even one at the desk! No glasses or even plastic cups in the room. They had these tiny demitasse cups for the Lavazza espresso machines, that was it! No Iron, they have a steamer and then no soap dish in the bathroom. This hotel sits in the very moderate category where I assumed the Tapestry brand was a bit more elevated. The other disappointing thing was breakfast. The property has a daily buffet but clearly does not have the traffic to support it so they had saran wrapped apples and other perishables which SCREAMED I have been recycled day after day. The chafing dishes looked so unappetizing and as I said 'day old'. Ditch the buffet and just go to the menu options, which were really good. Great eggs Benedict, fab avocado toast with smoked salmon. I did ask for an omelette one day and they would not make it for me! Just add an omelette to the assortment please? That is a breakfast staple. I am not sure I would stay here again, but this is just one persons viewpoint! I have been Diamond at HH for two decades though, so I have a good perspective on processes in the hospitality business.

One night review. The best thing about the hotel is the rooms. They are spacious and modern. The bathrooms are clean and large as well. This could have been 5 stars if not for the parking situation. I was given one free pass which was great but the neighborhood is not conducive to walking at all. This means self parking is over 20 bucks without in and out privileges which could add up quickly. They should have a better system. Staff was great and so was the restaurant but please fix this annoying parking policy. Thanks.

La posizione è grande vicino al centro commerciale.Abbiamo speso oltre 500 dollari per una notte qui. Mi aspettavo che alcune cose fossero migliori per quel prezzo. 1. il letto -. le foglie - sembravano economiche - avevano un senso di scarsa costi che è comune in hotel economici non quelli che costano 500 a notte 2. Eravamo una famiglia di tre dormivamo in una stanza con un letto regina e un divano.Quando usciamo a cena, chiesemo al tavolo di fronte, e scrivevano il nostro Il numero della camera è sceso. Li abbiamo chiesti di costruire il letto di divano con letti per la nostra figlia di 11 anni. Quando siamo tornati diverse ore dopo, non era stato costruito. Stavamo arrivando a un volo precoce, quindi abbiamo deciso di dormire con noi piuttosto che aspettare.Nessuno è mai arrivato. Non la notte che ci aspettavamo per 500 dollari!

La struttura era immacolata, il parcheggio perfetto, anche se all'inizio sono rimasto un po' sorpreso... Tuttavia, l'ascensore nei ponti di parcheggio ha reso tutto senza soluzione di continuità. Il personale che ho incontrato era estremamente disponibile, piscina pulita, mai esigente o rumorosa... i ristoranti ecc. che circondano le aree sono in abbondanza e l'ambiente stesso è eccezionale. L'hotel è molto buono, la posizione geografica è buona. Posso andare a un grande centro commerciale per cinque minuti a piedi. Ci sono molte scelte per il ristorante!C'è un ristorante di biff speciale all'hotel, e c'è un buon sapore!

This hotel is awesome-- The hotel has the best, most courteous staff you can find. They are very helpful and quite professional. The hotel rooms and grounds are super nice. It would be hard to find a place better to stay. Everything about our stay was top notch. Our expectations were high when we arrived and you've even exceeded our expectations. Great customer service everyone.
