Internet problems were unacceptable! Unreliable internet! Neither bedside lamp worked. Plugs next to beds were so tired/loose that cell phone chargers would not work on one side of the bed and had to be plugged in across the room (not unusual for built-in outlets in headboards in hotels, sadly). To call these ”suites” while possibly legally accurate, seemed quite an exaggeration in my humble opinion - yes, they included a microwave, fridge, silverware, dishes, and a two-burner stove installed in the very same hallway entry area of any typical (smaller) hotel room -- but no extra sitting area that you would expect of a ”suite” designation or as is common in a Home2 Suites hotel (think typical hotel room with 4-foot counter-top-area wth kitchen cabinets for dishes, stove, a 5-foot tall junior-sized fridge), installed in any hotel room you've ever stayed in before. If you don't ask for housekeeping BEFORE 9 a.m., they refuse to provide it that day! Seemed arbitrary. Similarly, Breakfast is from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. hard stop. .The staff was generally disinterested, dismissive, and unhelpful (with a few exceptions). I asked a housekeeper for something small, and the response was: ”no.” Surprising response in a Marriott. I write these reviews more for myself so I know which hotels I've stayed at in an area and which ones to avoid in the future. I will not stay at this property again -- there are many lower-priced options in the area, and this was the MOST expensive hotel of them all. I expected more from a Marriott, and certainly from the most expensive hotel in the area -- which was why I chose it, hoping for an ”elevated” experience on a two-day trip with family.

Il secondo giorno abbiamo chiesto di prendere degli asciugamani e sono stati portati in camera entro 15 minuti. Non c'era nessuna pulizia automatica nella seconda notte del soggiorno, ma non era necessaria per noi.

L'allongo è spazioso, la reception è nice, c'è acqua glaciale e fornitura di caffè gratuita.Ci sono anche computer e stampanti che possono essere utilizzati gratuitamente.Ci sono piscina all'esterno.
La stanza è anche abbastanza grande, con un divano lungo, un frigorifero, un piccolo armadio d'oro e un tubo di cappuccio.Il letto è molto morbido e semplicemente comodo.Ci sono piccole lavatrici per capelli e champagne, completamente pulito.Devi portare i trasportatori e gli utensili dentali.
Il colazione è auto-prodotta con salsa di waffle, bacon di uova, yogurt di salsa e latte scremato.E anche il salsa sconosciuto, il sapore è buono.
L'hotel si gira a sinistra per 6-7 minuti dalla strada, c'è un delizioso piatto coreano, Seoul POCHA.La strada è a destra per 3-4 minuti dalla strada, c'è un piatto mexico e un piccolo supermercato.C'è un negozio di farmaci lungo la strada per dieci minuti.
L'esperienza di alloggio è confortevole, può essere raccomandato.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel ha i suoi aspetti buoni e non così buoni.Prima di tutto il buon ...L'hotel è un po' più vecchio, ma è stato un po' ristrutturato e sufficiente. La posizione è vicina a tutto compreso I-75, e sorprendentemente tranquillo, nonostante sia vicina all'interstato. La chiave digitale non funziona così bene ... Il personale del desk front was less than friendly, informative, or helpful (senza l'eccezione di Ami che era un nuovo affitto amichevole), We stayed 2 days and there was no housekeeping for refreshing of clean towels. Ci fu detto che il custode doveva essere richiesto specificamente, ma questo non è stato menzionato al check-in. Quando abbiamo chiesto nuovi asciugamani, ci è stato chiesto di portare i nostri asciugamani sporchi al di fuori del dipartimento per scambiare. Ci sono state diverse opzioni calde per colazione e era standard per Hampton. Dirò che questo hotel non è una cattiva opzione, ma ci sono certamente opzioni migliori a Gainesville. UUtente ospiteI was greeted by a older black woman, whom she stated was the manager of this facility, and does NOT need to be. Her lack of professionalism, is staggering, and over due for a review of her behavior. She is way too old to act in th manner she did with my husband and I. She hold faced, lied to me and told me she was refunding me for the entirety of our stay because we were given a dirty room, she actually tried kicking me out, bc I complained about her giving me a dirty room, instead of a professional whom would have offered different accomodations, she yelled and berated me, the customer who was given the filthy room that was not cleaned from 10 years ago, much less after the last guest. Do not believe me, well look at my photos. There was a used condom wrapper wrapped up in the ball of sheets that were to be my bed for the night, not on the bed, but shuffled all over the bed, as if someone slept in th bed VERY HARD, which made the fitted sheet to come off, no blanket no pillows, just a top and bottom sheet, and the used condom wrapper. The floors where not swept or vaccumed , there was trash everywhere in the room, the baseboards where black with mold and dust, the tables had trash all over them, there was dried blood all over the bathroom floor, there was this thick black moldy green substance almost on every square Inch of the inner bathroom which stood the toilet, and bathtub shower area and I am not exaggerating in the least bit. And on top of all that, the tub did not drain, so not only was there this black sludgey mold stuff on every crevice, it was in every crack of the inner bathroom floor (see photo of beside the toilet. And there was a green/black ring inside the tub from lack of cleaning after bathing in the tub bc it did not drain left the filth of whoever was in there that night before, in this case the last ten years of it's use, it had not been cleaned. There is no way anyone had done any cleaning too this room. (SEE PHOTOS). I went and got food before we even went inside our room, but the black lady, elderly wasn't there it was a white woman who was also elderly and she was very kind, and did everything she could to make it right, she promised a full refund for the two nights bc she could not give me another room, and I didn't have the money to go set up another room for us, even if they refunded me to my card, bc it doesn't go back to your card instantly, it can take up to two weeks for that too occur if not longer, so we were stuck here, for those two days. She offered me clean sheets pillows, some cleaning supplies, but could not give me another room even though it was without working air, and/or cleaned from last guest. Something struck me as odd, when I told her what room I was in, she said, ”well, no wonder, why'd they put you in there.” This made me think they have certain rooms for certain guests, and I was just unlucky, bc the ”good” rooms were already booked up, so I got the room they have for the crackheads
