Öncelikle Abant Kebabı: İlk sunum iştah açıcı görünse de, yemeğin altındaki köy yoğurdunun kıvamı ve lezzeti harikaydı ve yemeği kurtaran tek şey buydu. Ancak kebabın eti sinirlerle dolu ve çok sertti, bu tür bir etin hiçbir işletmede kullanılmaması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Etin altındaki patlıcan fena değildi ama yemeğin en üstündeki domates sosu, şefin acil bir işi olmalı ki domateslerin kabukları soyulmadan kavrulmuştu. 850 TL ödediğiniz bir tabakta en kötü et ve ağzınızdan çıkarmak zorunda kalacağınız domates kabuklarıyla karşılaşmak hoş olmadı. Pizza (Alaturka): Hamuru ve çıtır kenarları gerçekten lezzetliydi ve İtalyan pizzasını andırıyordu; en sonunda sadece yediğimiz yer orası oldu. Ancak, pizzanın üzerindeki domates sosunda yine domates kabuklarını çıkarmak zorunda kaldık ve pizzanın üzerindeki sucuk gibi malzemeler yanmış ve beklemiş yağ kokuyordu. Abant Sarması: En kötüyü sona bıraktım. Sunum yine harikaydı ancak sarmanın dış kısmı inanılmaz kuruydu. Sarmanın içindeki malzeme ise bayatlamış ve yanmış bir kokuyla ilk anda ağızda kötü bir tat bıraktı. Bu yemeği denememenizi tavsiye ederim. Tatlılar: Profiterol ve sufle denedik ve gerçekten çok iyiydi. Kreması ve çikolatası kaliteli olduğunu hissettirdi. Bu tatlıları tavsiye ederim. Servis: Çalışan servis personeli gerçekten cana yakın, saygılı ve prezantabl.

My first stay was not good as this time. I had written a review back on August 2018 with few negatives found. I can see the improvements at this stay in many areas. The internet is great and the windows are equipped with screens to stop flys from coming inside. Also, I found the included breakfast and dinner are marvelous with all sorts of delicious fresh foods. The in-charged (manager) of the main restaurant is doing a great job as all staffs were found helpful and excel to make us enjoy eating and our time up there. The place remains the best in town as the green and the lovely weather including the lake around are remarkable and great. I found weak Arabic translation of instructions to use the inside swimming pool. Please arrange for decent translation. I can help if you like
