Arkadaşımızın düğünü bu otelde gerçekleştiği için burada 1 günlüğüne kaldık. Otel odaları gayet geniş, ferah ve temiz. Konaklamamız oda+kahvaltı, kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde, çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olması çok güzel. Düğün için de havuzlu, üstü açılıp kapanabilen güzel bir mekanları var. Otelden her yere arabayla ulaşım rahat. Safranboluya bir daha gelirsek burası yeniden kalabileceğimiz bir yer. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz 🙏🏻

L'hotel dispone di una posizione bella, non nel centro storico, ma vicino alla parte moderna della città, si dispone di un sacco di negozi di comodità, ristoranti a prezzi economici e molto vicino alla parte storica della città. Il personale è molto gentile. La colazione è in forma di buffet, non è speciale, ma basta. E' molto rumoroso nella stanza, le pareti non sono assolutamente pronte al suono, e c'è un sacco di rumore dalla strada molto occupata. Parcheggio auto è solo parcheggio in strada davanti all'hotel, quindi non è la migliore opzione, ma è. Nota che, nonostante l'offerta menziona AC, non c'era nessun controllore remoto per accenderlo, e alla ricezione ci hanno detto che AC non funziona. Poiché si può trovare un hotel migliore per meno soldi, ho avuto più aspettative per questo hotel.

No comment to ambiance, that was captivating, Most particularly at night and when lights turns on of city, view was fascinating like a dream. In addition to above, we have to describe and indicate some issues about hotel as follows: We had read the reviews before we went to there, it is 5 rated as it is seen but: Of course there is no sound sealing amongst rooms, as if you are sitting together with other guests in your room Toilet and baths are all in one and quietly ancient but white and wooden accesories are disordered. Breakfast included but it might have been much more various menu. No need to stay more than 2 days beacuse you can easily finish the city tour and places to visit. Hospitality can be considered moderate, If you will only use there for bedding , i suggest you to look around for another place in case of price is suitable. I am thinking of the keeper does not consider improving disorder and improper things because of rated value and reviews. In my opinion, they should spend money in repairing and modifiying, for instance; glass made shower curtain was about to tripping over us because it needed to fasten up properly but not. Bath ( toilette) is smelling really bad but it seems unsolvable because it stems from city infrastructure besides deodorizer can be used at the bath at least. Also, since the small ventilation window in the bathroom is wooden and not fastened on the wall properly, it can easily left in your hand if you want to open it because the bath smells. One day toward the morning, room was getting cold, and water for bathing was cold then we noticed that gas boiler was out of service because of propably water leakage, then we informed keeper, later on they reoperated the gas boiler, the problem is not the gas boiler was out of service, the problem is they had already known the reason of the problem but they had not interfered before :) at least they confessed that. Such kind of problems are not so trivial to be ignored, these show the importance that the keeper attaches to the safety and comfort of customers. I hope those reviews would be considered and problems would be figured out , so we can consider staying over there for the next time.

Kartsız bir yere girilmiyor ama kartlar çalışmıyor, resepsiyondan yenisini alıyorsunuz ama yine çalışmıyor, banyoda diş fırçası gibi temel ihtiyaçlara yönelik malzemeler bile yok.

Abbiamo organizzato questo hotel per rimanere in giro per il Safranbolo di giornata. Ci siamo incontrati con la squadra di rosa, il prezzo del colazione era sufficiente. Le camere sono molto pulite e regolari, il clima è disponibile. Nella posizione centrale, siamo stati felici di andare via.

Il Fatoş e il Metin, signore, sono molto sinceri, ma hanno creato un ambiente familiare professionale, e il suo incantesimo è stato molto piacevole essere invitati in questo posto pulito e affidabile ... Sono stati anche in una rotta di viaggio senza mai essere incasinati. Il tè e la conversazione insufficiente nel giardino, gatti di ciliegio, cani di ciliegio, Sebastian.. Un ostello che potreste rimanere a Safranbolu senza esitare, abbiamo tenuto il nostro desiderio nella stanza di pietra del Burcu Sultan con mia figlia, che avrà luogo 😉 Potrei aver mancato, c'è davvero altro 🌸🌿
