Bu oteli turizmci bir arkadaşımın tavsiyesi üzerine tuttum. Otelde büyük bir restorasyon çalışması yapmışlar ve hizmet kaliteleri çok iyi diye söyledi. Otele girdiğimde ne demek istediğini çok iyi anladım gerek dizayn gerek karşılama kusursuzdu. Üç gün boyunca tüm personel her konuda çok samimi ve yardımsever davrandı hepsine tek tek teşekkür ederim.

Das Hotel ist eher für Durchgangsreisende oder Montage-/ Außendienst Mitarbeiter. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht aber nur die Landessprache. Die Zimmer sind Standard mit einem guten Komfort und sauber. Man merkt schon, dass die Einrichtung in die Jahre kommt und eben dieser Nutzerkreis seine Spuren hinterlässt. Obwohl Nichtraucher Zimmer, steht ein Aschenbecher auf dem Zimmer und man merkt, dass darin geraucht wurde. In unserem Zimmer ging es so mit dem Geruch. Der Teppichboden ist halt schwer sauber zu halten und daher mit Flecken. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen gut und Omlett oder Börek wurden frisch auf Wunsch zubereitet. Für Menschen, die eine günstige und gute Übernachtung suchen absolut geeignet.

Il concetto di vintage dell'hotel era molto bello, in una posizione tranquilla e la vista marina dalla finestra era fantastica, una scelta giusta per riposare.

Simple basic in İzmit's çarşı and close to museums. Clean with sea view on the top floor. Room is mini which fits for solo traveler. Simple Turkish breakfast. Location wise is step away from Fevziye tram stop which is directly to bus terminal.

Questo hotel è molto bello nel mercato medio ma non pulito

I thought it was VERY inconvenient to not be able to expense meals/drinks/services to my room to have just one final bill. For business travelers, this implies needing to report and expense several bills instead of just one upon check-out. Second, the food quality at the restaurant was subpar, to say the least. Once, I ordered a medium/rare T-steak. It arrived overcooked, on a bed of BBQ sauce (WHY?!), and it was the hardest meat I'd eaten in years, it was very disappointing. Third, the spa. I booked a 50min massage at the hammam. While I was there, there were 2 teen guests talking very loud, yelling, clapping on the water recipients, etc. I had to tell them myself to please be quiet, while I was covered in foam (this should be done by the person delivering the massage at the first sign of noise and disrespect), yet they continued doing their own show. Fourth, when I left, I looked at the clock and the massage had finished after 32min, when I paid for 50min one. Fifth: The coffee machine at the buffet is old and delivers only water when you press the coffee-vanilla option, and for the rest of them it's an unsavory, watery diluted coffee. Totally not what you'd expect from this sort of hotel. The only good think I found during my stay were the premises, which are new and tidy. I don’t think I would come back.

La signorina della reception ricorda che l'inglese è molto buono, e il servizio è particolarmente educato.
