This is a gem of a hotel set in an oasis of greenery, that’s in the best position on Bitez Bay. Beautiful rooms, excellent care and service & professionally managed. What more could you want? I highly recommend.

L’accoglienza è stata molto fredda, solo la cucina Niluger è stata super calda e molto gentile, Devi pagare il suo caffè la mattina.. non l'ho mai visto.. ancora un espresso avrei capito ma un caffè filtro o altro non è incluso nel colazione prepagato Le logement n’était pas entièrement propre (toile d’araigne sur les murs, vitre de la salle de bains très sale, bouilloire avec de saleté et de l’eau dans qui date, et poignee de plafond manquante), Sembra che i flaconi di gel doccia siano riempiti con un altro prodotto perché sentiva il sigillo Le digicode que j'ai reçu par le site n'était pas le bon, Le portable n'a pas fonctionné pour recevoir les bonnes infos ce n'est pas la faute du gestionnaire pour autant mais il n'a pas tenté de m'envoyer un courriel non plus.  Il concetto è comunque un danno simpatico.

The star of this hotel is Sevgi, she worked prominently in the roof top pool bar, but also the restaurant and main bar at night time. She is a real asset, friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. She certainly made us feel welcome from the start and made our holiday. It's always nice to see a friendly face. We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, decided to go back to see what it was like now. The reception area had been upgraded and the room we had was a good size with a good view. This was a superior room. My daughter and her partner wasn't so lucky in a club room, this was very dated and in need of refurbishment and a good clean. However, Ali the on site rep was very helpful and got them moved into a more suitable room that was much better. He was always in reception in the mornings so if you needed him he was easy to find. If we ran out of anything in the room the cleaning staff as well as reception were very helpful. The food was very good, always plenty of choice and the restaurant staff were always busy refilling the dishes. The staff were pleasant and would chat and acknowledge you when you walked in the restaurant. The bar area in the evening was outside, usually plenty of seats and staff were good at getting chairs etc for people if needed. The downside was the entertainment which consisted of a DJ each evening, sometimes the music was too loud to talk. On the whole it was a good holiday, especially for the price we paid. Access to Bodrum is easy and cheap via regular minibuses that picked up outside the hotel. Although the hotel is tired and in need of some TLC in places it was a good value holiday.
