I am not even sure where to start. This people are scamming their guests in any way possible. We stayed 2 nights in total and escaped from this place 1 day earlier. The room they gave us in our first night seemed fine as we dropped of our luggage and left the room. There was a heavy room perfume, but we didn’t mind it. After we returned to our room in the evening, there was a DISGUSTING SEWAGE SMELL in the room. So naturally, we tried to air the room a bit by opening the entrance door but it didn’t work at all. So we used our perfume to fix it, it worked only for 5 minutes. In this “peaceful” 5 minutes, we discovered that fitted sheets were full of hairs and dirts. Then, DISGUSTING SEWAGE SMELL came back. We did what everyone would do in our situation: I went down to the reception to complain. Well, I was naive. There was no one in the reception, and security person was snoring so loud in the entrance. So I went back to my room and sprayed the room again in shifts in every 5-10 minutes until me and my partner both passed out. Next day, I found the reception lady and called her to our room. She was also immediately DISGUSTED by the SEWAGE smell and changed the room. I said I went down in the evening to complain but there was no one. And receptionist replied: “sorry, we were fully booked yesterday.” Sheets we were given in the new room were was also dirty. We complained again and they changed it. They just play fool and act surprised when you address the problems. So, we were so disgusted by their behaviour and traumatised by the DISGUSTING SEWAGE SMELL, that I am pretty sure we lost our sense of smell (and our trust in humanity) at some point and decided to leave the place earlier. Side story: let me tell you something about the breakfast. It is served the evening before actually, when they host a party in the common area (in case you didn’t have a problem sleeping yet). Some of the leftovers will be served the next morning in a room charmed with another odour, one smelling like pee this time. Let’s say you wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee, oh boy, get ready for the worst coffee anyone drank in their life. I am dead serious, there is no way a coffee can taste any worse. Anyways, so wanted to leave the place earlier and asked for a refund for the 1st night. Look, not even for the whole stay given everything we went through and all the trauma. Long story short, they denied our request because they believe they “fixed” our problem by changing the room (logic leaves the earth). They said we should have complained when we first encountered with the problem, although I already went downstairs and there was no one to complain, except snoring security person. I invited them to check the security cameras together but they didn’t care. Because this is all they do: they don’t care. So because I couldn’t find someone to complain, and hence I couldn’t complaint, I was responsible?? But this is not going to end here, I will further proceed with my compl

Bellissimo casato convertito in un hotel con 5 camere. Ben decorato, accogliente e gestito da un coppia accogliente sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Grande posizione. E incredibile valore per soldi. Sicuramente consigliere e tornare!

Sono appena rientrata da un soggiorno di quattro giorni al riad El Medina e sento ancora il profumo di gelsomino che aleggia nella struttura! Gli spazi sono tenuti meticolosamente puliti e ognuno di essi racconta una storia di famiglia che è davvero interessante farsi raccontare. Un punto di forza è costituito dalle persone che dimostrano di avere cura e interesse verso i loro clienti, senza essere mai pesanti o indiscrete. Consiglio caldamente la prima colazione:... è da Mille e una Notte!

Molto bello hotel di qualità, molto buono prezzo, servizio molto standard, ambiente eccellente, colazione ricco.La prossima volta tornerò.

Con due mie amiche ho trascorso una notte presso la struttura e, se dovessi tornare a Tunisi con un budget contenuto, prenoterei nuovamente qui. Location perfetta: alle porte della medina e con possibilità di prendere i taxi a pochi passi dall'hotel (cosa impossibile all'interno della medina, che dopo il tramonto è completamente deserta - da calcolare che siamo state in inverno). Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo: letti comodi, personale gentile, bagni puliti (con acqua calda - non scontata in altri posti), colazione ricca (tunisina e internazionale), bottigliette d'acqua in camera. Unica pecca: siamo entrate nella stanza e mancava il letto per la terza persona, che tuttavia ci hanno velocemente fornito. Purtroppo era più scomodo rispetto al letto matrimoniale. In ogni caso, lo consiglio!!

Marouane, Shiraz, e il loro personale erano ospiti meravigliosi! Ci siamo divertiti molto con loro. Marouane si è occupato di tutto quello che avevamo bisogno, dalle prenotazioni per cena alle chiamate dei conducenti, a camminare dove dovevamo andare! Egli ci ha aiutato a navigare con Bolt e ha voluto piacerci per i nostri quattro giorni con loro. Il nostro unico problema era che non avevano aria condizionata e era molto calda, ma hanno fornito un fan che ha aiutato molto. La stanza era molto buia, ma abbiamo fatto lo stesso! La posizione è grande se si vuole essere all'interno della Medina.
