Das ist das schlimmste und dreckigste Hotel das ich bis jetzt erlebt habe. Ich kann hier nicht nachvollziehen, das manche dem Hotel 5 Sterne geben. Normal hat dieses Hotel noch nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Der Teppich verschmutzt und verschlissen, im Flur im 4 Stock geht die Beleuchtung nicht, so daß man mit der Taschenlampe die passende Zimmernummer und Schloss suchen musste. Das Zimmer war ein Horror, würde ich noch nicht mal einem Hund dort übernachten lassen. Die ganze Nacht brummte eine Klimaanlage auf dem Dach, so daß es laut war und man das Gefühl hat, neben einem Flughafen zu wohnen. Ich habe mir aus Toilettenpapier Ohrenstopfer gebaut und versucht zu schlafen. Was die Möbeln betrifft; Alles heruntergekommen, es fehlen Griffen, Schubladen klemmen, am Schrank blättert der Lack ab, darüber an der Decke gibt es feuchte Stockflecken. Die Duschamaturen hatten mal bessere Zeiten erlebt, verdreckt und blind. Man traut sich nichts anzufassen. Im Aufzug kann man nur hoffen und beten das er nicht stecken bleibt, Anzeige funktioniert nicht richtig und der Rahmen zur Tür verrostet. Wifi funktioniert nicht. Es ist eher eine Absteige als ein Hotel. Ich hab am nächsten Tag sofort ausgescheckt um so schnell wie möglich diesen Ort zu verlassen. Wer auf seine Gesundheit viel Wert liegt, sollte den Pool nicht benutzen. Nachdem was ich so an Sauberkeit dort gesehen haben, wollte ich dort nicht mehr frühstücken. Das einzige Gute an dem Hotel, gegenüber der Straße ist das Meer und ein Strand.

Nous avons séjourné le temps d’une journée à cet hôtel et que dire du service à la clientèle !!! Manel à la réception étaut souriante et à l’écoute. Madame Saida a veillé à ce que tout nos besoins soient comblés. La pisicine est grande en surface et profonde. L’aménagement extérieur est bien pensée. On peut prendre un café avec une vue superbe sur la plage de Monastir. Beaucoup de chaises et de parasols disponibles à la piscine. En ce qui concerne le buffet, comparé à d’autres hôtel reconnu au niveau internationnal, le buffet est varié et a clairement dépassé mes attentes. Pizza, grillades, pâtes, salade, mets tunisiens et desserts vous seront servis. En photo la vue que j’avais à partir de la terrasse du buffet. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil chaleureux. If you need some cooking facilities, this place is very minimal. No microwave, no cooking utensils, small frig, no dish soap,sponge,etc. Only 2 of everything- 2 dishes,2 glasses, 2 forks, etc. Burners and oven may not all run at the same time (they can fix it though I think). Otherwise its a hotel room which is fine if that's all you need. Close to the beach and on the marina so nice location. Compare prices with other apartments in the marina. A close by one was 20 DN per night less for virtually the same thing. We didn't do our homework. It is more quiet at this end of the marina however that maybe that's worth 20 DN a night!

Posto molto bello, posto auto interno all'hotel , camera dell'hotel con vista fronte mare bella e pulita, personale sempre cortese e gentile, animazione eccellente simpatica disponibile e non insitente ,piscina grande bella e pulita, piscina dei bambini bella e pulita .

Una stella ,anzi mezza e già è regalata, stanza sporca, capelli c'erano e tali sono rimasti nonostante lauta mancia, al ristorante tutto sporco,dalle stoviglie, ai bicchieri, alle tovaglie, cibo pessimo e sempre lo stesso, da bere te lo servono loro in bicchieri minuscoli e sporchi,devi chiamarli 100 volte, in spiaggia l'omino della security occupa 6/7ombrelloni su 14 e rispettivi lettini in prima fila tutte le mattine per chi ?...non si sa,mai visto nessuno in una settimana e precisiamo, non si può prenotare nulla, il sabato e la domenica addirittura ti si piazzano pure sotto il tuo perché arrivano probabilmente quelli della zona e tu che sei sceso alle 8 ti ritrovi gente sotto il tuo ombrellone e senza chiedere,n un villaggio entra gente che non soggiorna?....pazzesco solo pensarlo, perlomeno senza lo spazio adeguato,spiaggia sporca disordinata e strutture fatiscenti, non parliamo della reception, nessuna assistenza, solo dopo varie segnalazioni di disagio, sono stata convocata dal direttore che non sapeva ne l'italiano, ne l'inglese, il tutto con laccata di culo e cesto di frutta per rimediare, cosa pessima a mio avviso,denota appunto la loro mancanza e tentativo di rimedio,frutta marcia peraltro,il giorno di partenza addirittura si sono dimenticati di mandare il tranfert x l'aeroporto, quello sicuramente colpa della negligentissia assistente Camilla di Alpitur che manco ha risposto ne ai messaggi e ne alle telefonate x sapere cosa dovessi fare, solo dopo un'animata discussione con l'addetto alla reception, lui l'ha contattata ed a lui a risposto, e ne avrei ancora, vacanza pessima, da cancellare e dimenticare, soggiornato dal 9 al 16 luglio 2024 da sola per vacanza, corsie preferenziali solo per i loro connazionali, ribadisco, nonostante abbia provato anche la via mancie, MAI PIÙ ed Alpitur avrà sicuramente i suoi problemi.

I had a wonderful holiday at the Kuriat Palace the staff were amazing they go above and beyond for you to be happy, the food was very good too I didn’t get bored of it and enjoyed every single meal. Drinks selection is good nice cocktails, I had vodka slushies all week from the pool bar! Our room was very big and modern with a huge bed. The housekeeping staff were great always clean and did cute towel animals with roses on the bed. We stayed in Star Prestige so i did expect a bit more..the mini bar wasn’t great the air con in the room didn’t work and our balcony door didn’t lock which kept me awake some nights. We used the private balcony area once it didn’t really seem as luxury as it was in the photos. We used the Spa which was lovely I had a very nice massage. Some parts of the hotel are old and need updating, there’s a funny smell in parts too. The beach was lovely though, beautifully clean and the water too. Entertainment was good just a shame due to whether most of it was inside. I don’t think the location of this hotel is great, there isn’t much to do at all in the area so if you like just staying in the hotel all week this would be perfect for you. I would come back to this hotel, we had a great week.
