Inbox per prenotare 8 giorni in anticipo (inbox venerdì, prossimo sabato soggiorno) fino all'inizio della serata, nessuna risposta da parte dell'amministratore. Quindi abbiamo chiamato il personale informato che la prenotazione è a tempo. Perché i clienti riposano il prossimo sabato era ok fino al sabato. (Ultimo giorno che può essere usato) L'amministratore ha risposto Abbiamo mandato i dettagli della prenotazione a mezzogiorno fino alle 11:00. Nessuno ha informato niente. Bao Tang non ha alcun avvertimento da pagare. Noi abbiamo chiamato il resort. Informato che non c'è nessuno già e il diritto è pieno. Non siamo molto soddisfatti. Poiché abbiamo seguito da venerdì Finalmente, questo resort ci fa perdere il diritto di viaggiare insieme. Inbox per continuare a essere responsabili. Per spiegare perché è stato così, il giorno dopo c'era una chiamata da parte di un dipendente. Ha detto che c'era un amministratore aperto a leggere e ma non ha processato ??? In conclusione, questo resort prende cura dei clienti molto male e non ha professionalità 👎 Spero che il feedback vi farà sviluppare.

Z9 - un bellissimo piccolo (30 camere) resort proprio sulla Dama di Srinakarin con camere flottanti. Il resort è configurato per le piccole e grandi camere - ottenere la più grande stanza, poiché le piccole camere sono REALmente piccole per due persone. Ci piacevamo di caiacare, sia presto che tardi, sul pozzo pulito e ampio. Il resort non è per gli anziani o per chiunque abbia problemi di movimento, perché le passeggiate e le camere sono infatti situati proprio sull'acqua - anche i bambini piccoli devono essere attentamente guardati. Solo il ritrovo - il resort è davvero lontano da qualsiasi altra cosa, anche se abbiamo cercato di esplorare la vicinanza.

一個衹有代理沒有評論的酒店被我開盲盒成功……
用我媽的話來説這就是泰國的“農家樂”，有點私人莊園的感覺，車開進酒店的小道上哪個環境無敵了……草坪，薰衣草田，向日葵花田很出片喜歡拍照的小夥伴光是農家樂拍照都能拍半天。
湖邊的船屋很乾凈（乾淨是王道），估計太乾淨了所以“小動物”也喜歡，剛入住就有個壁虎在屋頂趕走後之後2天也就沒見過了它了。
酒店離愛侶灣公園車程10分鐘左右，比較偏所以吃飯都是在酒店解決的，價格不貴還挺好吃。399泰銖一個泰式烤肉火鍋套餐，很多的肉肉2大1小沒吃完。還可以送進房間在湖邊甲板上吃哦………

Il percorso verso il resort è una strada di concreto, macchie di google possono essere credibili! La mia moglie e io siamo rimasti in una villa di terrazza con un jacuzzi. Bella camera, pulita. Grande doccia con WC separato. Il letto è grande sul pavimento, e un ponte mezzanino con un altro letto grande, con grande vista sul lago. Terrazza è grande, con tavolo e sedie e anche due seggi separati. Solo commento sul jacuzzi è prendere il vostro bagno bolle! Puoi ottenere dal locale 7/11 5 miglia, ma non disponibile al resort. Grande colazione a buffet, ben progettato, si basa sullo stile asiatico, ma molta scelta. Il nostro ultimo giorno, a metà settimana, e il resort aveva solo un paio di ospiti, ci serviva colazione nella nostra stanza! Magnifico, servito su un grande cestino di prova, con una grande selezione. Il menu è limitato, ma c'è una buona selezione. I cayacchi sono disponibili e sono consegnati al dottore sulla terrazza, dove c'è scala per entrare nell'acqua. C'è un boom intorno alle villa che designa la zona in cui la gente può kayak, ma anche mantiene gli altri barche di potenza fuori! C'è una grande zona di gioco con grandi giocattoli flottanti, e aperto a tutti i residenti. Ci sono 2 grosse messe piene di pesce colorato, dove c'è un sistema di onore di acquistare cibo per nutrire il pesce, che mia moglie ha apprezzato molto! Grande tempo di relax e andrà di nuovo.

We stayed for 2 nights at Lake Hill Resort, it’s the perfect location on the river. We were a group of 4, two couples and stayed in the rafts on the river (we had a bathtub on our raft terrace, so if you want you could sit in the bath and watch the world go by from the privacy of your own raft). The rooms were a good size, very clean and well appointed, with a kettle so we could make tea. The pillows and mattress were soft, which is unusual for Thailand, so we all slept well in this peaceful location. Although the staff do not speak much English (and my Thai is limited), we were able to communicate using Google translate when we had an issue with the TV. I would not normally put the TV on however everything closes very early in this area (19:30 to 20:00). The Kayaks and paddle boards are free for guests to use, there is also a small swimming pool to cool off in, but we decided to jump into the river wearing the life jackets which were supplied. The breakfast was acceptable, eggs, toast, cereal, and some Thai rice/noodles. They also have some delicious cakes. I definitely recommend this resort, its perfect for exploring Kanchanburi and going to Hell Fire pass (We wanted to do the full walk at Hell Fire pass so needed more than 4 hours there not just an hour), you will require your own transport. My only criticism would be there is not very good signage at the front of the resort next to the road clearly naming Lake Hill Resort in English (its in Thai), so we found it difficult to locate and drove past several times.

Due dipendenti di cameriera maschile dormivano sul pavimento in un punto di ricezione per il cliente e mi ignoravano come ospite, poi si svegliarono dal pavimento per prendere l'ordine di cibo. Inoltre, questi agenti non volevano lavorare e dormivano di nuovo sul pavimento giocando a telefoni cellulari. Mi ignoravano completamente dopo aver messo la mia cena sul tavolo. Ero l'unico cliente del ristorante. Dopo aver finito di mangiare, ho visto gli stessi uomini che giocavano a cellulare davanti alla stanza del cashire, senza attenzione e senza atteggiamento vergognoso, e la sala da pranzo era molto sporca. La polvere di insetti riempiti di reti di spider sotto il tetto.Dentista, acqua sul pavimento. La donna ha detto che il preparatore delle bevande è andato in vacanza per 7 giorni, quindi nessun altro bevande per la vendita, eccetto l'acqua, le bevande alcoliche e le bevande fisse. Quando paga, il ristorante non può rilasciare una fattura stampata per computer. Solo parlato per bocca che è 530 deve pagare solo contanti. La fattura per computer deve andare in alto nel lobby. L'ufficiale lì ha detto che non c'era un computer. Molto poco professionale, chiesto al manager. Il personale del lobby ha detto che è assenza. RRinaНовый отель, до Эравана 10 минут на машине, что очень удобно. Просторные комнаты, все чистое, ухоженное. Зубные щетки, гель, кофейные принадлежности- все есть. Классная безопасная парковка во дворе . Очень приятная хозяйка, сама приносит завтраки по утрам, можно попросить постирать вещи. Сначала остановились на один день, потом забронировали еще один, так как вокруг много достопримечательностей. Благодарю за комфортное проживание.

ККатерина ДерBeautiful hotel on the river, the room is clean. I ordered a la carte food for dinner, it's not expensive. Breakfast was served cold-egg, salad and sausages. There is no tea or juice, there is only coffee. Entertainment options include slides, kayaks, and catamarans. The kayaks were not distributed among the rooms, whoever took them first went for a ride, a Thai family lived in front of us, they took them for themselves. The view of the river is very beautiful.

TTravel05300685607Abbiamo soggiornato una notte a Villas Suriana mentre andava in bicicletta attraverso la Thailandia. Il nostro obiettivo principale è stato visitare Erawan cade nelle vicinanze. Le Villas sono bellissime bungalow con grandi balconi. Il nostro bungalow aveva un grande frigo e caldaia. Il comfort di letto era molto buono. Ritornate dalla strada, un po' ci ha protetti dal rumore dell'autostrada. Il nostro ospite era molto amichevole e ha organizzato un taxi per Erawan cade per 400 TB. (4 persone tutti in cambio)

It is hidden behind a very new and beautiful building that is a coffee house, cafe. Our air conditioning didn’t work and our friend had no electricity in his room. We went to the restaurant as soon as we arrived, as it closed at 7pm. We were told that the kitchen was closed, as it was 7pm. After explaining that we had driven for over 6 hours, they reluctantly reopened the kitchen. Our food was inedible. A pizza that looked and tasted nothing like a pizza, it was disgusting. Steak that was too tough to chew. Chicken that had no flavour and was very chewy. The rice and fries were cold. The vegetables were okay. Breakfast was also of a very low standard. Almost all members of staff were unhelpful, unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. Especially the manager, who was extremely unpleasant, unhelpful and sarcastic. We saw the owner/director of the coffee Cafe who was also unpleasant and actually scowled at us, when we were checking out. There was a staff member called Max, who was very kind and helpful. The swimming pool was very dated and too dirty to swim in. The gardens were overgrown. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. It is appalling in every way.
