Pleasant. We arrived late at night..there was no front desk at 12+ midnight..we didn't call up earlier to advise our late arrival too.. a room key a flash light and a simple note placed on front desk is surprisingly more than enough to make us felt welcomed and thought for. thumbs up.. The place is beautiful and calming...Simple breakfast was served and all is good..Would definitely return..

Overall would say that the hotel is OK. The staffs are also OK. Only one lady staff that speaks English. It's not a problem can still use phone translator. Room is big and spacious, with a very nice view facing the hills. Everything is OK with the room except for the shower. They should do something about the shower. Hairdryer is very good. Breakfast can be obtain from a shop opposite the hotel (come out turn left and cross the street) just a few shops away from the hotel, selling very good Chicken Murtabak and also Egg with Banana Roti Canai. Location of hotel is perfect. There is ample car park behind the hotel. There is an entrance to the hotel from the car park. There is also a mini mart right next to the hotel on the right. Overall would recommend this hotel.

NIce simple place to stay in Satun. Clean rooms and the staff is friendly. Free transport via Tuk Tuk to the nearest coach bus terminal. Nice coffee shops nearby and decent local food. I actually met some English teachers in the Amazon shop located a few meters from the Hotel.

Great big room with hot shower and the greatest matress. We loved the bed. Unfortunately no water kettle or hot water for coffee or tea.
Stuff is super friendly and helpful, they helped us with laundry service and transportation.

UUtente ospite這是我第一次在酒店房間光腳走路，我有嚴重潔癖，以前從未有過這樣的經歷，艾林是第一個，真的非常乾淨。酒店有提供免費的獨木舟和無限次送客人到步行街的服務。每天提供漂浮早餐，晚餐可以點單到房間吃，價格比島內其他餐廳都貴，但怎麼貴也沒有超過國內一線城市價錢，所以還是可以接受的。預算充足的話不用想，直接沖，環境和房間絕對是全島最好的，房間出門就是海灘，非常平靜的果凍海，還有很多小*魚。

Innanzitutto lasciatemi parlare della posizione dell'hotel. È sulla Tail Beach. L'acqua è molto limpida, ma è anche molto isolato. Ci sono pochissimi turisti. È scomodo andare ovunque. I dintorni sono non vivace. Personalmente ritengo che sia troppo tranquillo!
Ho alloggiato in una camera vista giardino. La vista giardino costava solo 1.750 a notte. Personalmente non credo che sia economica, ma i servizi dell'hotel erano davvero nella media. La camera standard del fast hotel era abbastanza grande e la pulizia era nella media. C'erano macchie sulle lenzuola dell'hotel.Il punto chiave è che sono anche ubriaco che un hotel che costa più di 1.700 yuan non ha una piscina pubblica.
Poiché l'hotel è troppo isolato, si può mangiare e bere solo in hotel. Il ristorante dell'hotel non è economico. Una piccola bottiglia di Corona costa 220 baht, che equivalgono a 47 RMB? ? ? Corrisponde al prezzo della sua camera.La colazione è mediocre e non all'altezza del prezzo.
L'atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio è davvero buono, forse tutti i soldi vengono spesi per il servizio.
Nel complesso personalmente ritengo che il prezzo di 7-800 per questo hotel sia accettabile, in fondo è la zona di mare più bella (le altre zone di mare non sono male, per questa zona di mare non c'è da preoccuparsi). ho scattato alcune foto dell'hotel e della posizione sulla spiaggia. È il posto migliore da vedere. In effetti, la maggior parte degli hotel sul mare sono più o meno così. Il tempo è bello e sono molto popolari.

UUtente ospiteConsiglio vivamente questo bellissimo resort di Koh Lipe, a mio parere il più bello di tutta l'isola, sia per la posizione, sia per la struttura. Le due spiagge sono fantastiche e prive delle long tail boat che consentono di fare il bagno liberamente. Il proprietario José e i suoi dipendenti sono stati gentilissimi, cordialissimi e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e l'atmosfera che si respira è super rilassante. Raccomandato al 100 %

AAlessandraSono soddisfatta della sistemazione, la camera era perfetta, pulita, spaziosa. L’hotel un vero gioiello, affacciato alla spiaggia Sunrise con ristorante bar e piscina dedicata. Tanti servizi e iniziative per trascorrere del tempo in compagnia e scoprire i posti nascosti delle isole. Sono felicissima di aver scoperto questo hotel e non vedo l’ora di ritornarci!

PpiasureeSiamo stati in un bungalow, un letto spazioso, pulito, comodo, avevamo tutto nella stanza più di quanto avevamo bisogno. C'era doccia all'interno e doccia all'esterno, porte separate per entrare, attraverso la porta anteriore e un'altra direttamente al bagno (in caso di entrare dalla nuoto tutta bagnata e coperta di sabbia), così non abbiamo sporcato la nostra stanza. Giacche fredde e bevande fresche benvenute quando abbiamo fatto check-in, gentile e amichevole personale di fronte. Quando siamo entrati nella stanza, era freddo con qualche aroma che ci faceva sentire rilassati. Il colazione era grande, molte scelte di cibo thailandese e cambiato ogni giorno. Il personale si allontana dal loro modo per renderci confortevoli e sentirsi a casa. La spiaggia davanti all'hotel era bella, tranquilla, possiamo nuotare e snorkeling lì. La strada da camminare era vicina, abbiamo camminato lì ogni giorno, a volte solo per avere un po' di tè ghiaccio e pancake thai (Thai Banana Roti). Prendete un viaggio in barca, vale la pena! Sicuramente raccomandato questo hotel! Il personale è il migliore!

Lluciagua54Siamo arrivati su questa piccola isola provenienti dalla Malesia.Il traghetto si ferma al largo dell'isola e si arriva al molo con le long tail boat che si occupano dell'ultimo tratto dello sbarco. Il sud della Thailandia per fortuna , non e' stato ancora attaccato dal turismo di massa. A Koh Lipe ci sono tante strutture che offrono stanze, ma pochi resort veri e propri. Abbiamo prenotato 5 notti al Mountain Resort perche' siamo rimasi impressionati dalla fantastica location . L'hotel e' letteralmente arroccato sulla collina prospicente al mare con una vista fantastica, nel punto migliore dell'isola, dove la spiaggia e' piu' grande che altrove. Siamo riusciti a prendere una suite con terrazza enorme vista mare mozzafiato soltanto per una notte perche' per tutto il soggiorno non c'era disponibilita', poi ci siamo trasferiti in una grand garden vista piscina. La posizione dell'hotel e' invidiabile in quanto si affaccia sull'unica stupenda lingua di sabbia che e' famosa in tutta l'isola. La suite che abbiamo occupato per una notte, la n. 6 e' quella che ha la posizione migliore: ha un immenso salone finemente arredato, letto king, spaziosissimo bagno con jacuzzi e infine una terrazza grandissima direttamente sulla lingua di sabbia con solarium al piano superiore. Anche la grand garden molto confortevole e spaziosa. l'hotel e' ben gestito, molto pulito, giardino molto curato, il personale disponibile, la colazione ottima e variegata, Un servizio navetta che parte ogni 15 min, ti lascia a due passi dalla main street, il cuore pulsante dell'isola dove e' concentrata la totalita' dei locali, spa, bar e negozi. E'consigliabile noleggiare privatamente una long tail boat per un giorno come abbiamo fatto noi per evitare bagni di folla sulle barche e anche perche' scegli dove andare, quanto stare e le fermate le decidi tu. fare il giro del parco marino di koh Tarutao e' meravigliosamente bello: il mare ha il colore dello smeraldo e non bisogna dimenticare che il mar delle Andamane e' quanto di piu' bello si possa trovare. Purtroppo a Lipe stanno cominciando ad arrivare tanti turisti, anche se le strutture non sono ancora bene organizzate per accogliere la gran quantita' di gente che arriva in alta stagione, dicembre-marzo. L'isola pero' e' splendida e se si e' fortunati di trovarla poco affollata appare in tutto il suo splendore. Meraviglioso il tramonto a sunset beach. ci si puo' arrivare a piedi o in tuk tuk Consiglio di visitare questa piccolo paradiso minacciato dal sovraffollamento che inevitabilmente ne deturpera' le magnifiche bellezze naturali

TTravelswithTAbbiamo alloggiato in una camera bungalow, che era spaziosa e incantevole. Un po 'stanco in alcuni punti, ma credo che sia previsto in questi climi tropicali. Il bagno è molto spazioso e carino. Il personale era molto disponibile, sorridente e adorabile. Proprio sulla bellissima spiaggia, a pochi passi dalla tua camera.
La colazione era in stile à la carte con un piccolo menu ma la semplicità funziona con l'ambiente e le viste della colazione sono incredibili.
La piscina è di buone dimensioni, tuttavia nel pomeriggio era piuttosto piena di insetti / detriti vegetali, il che era scoraggiante. Fai anche attenzione a molte zanzare al tramonto (intorno alla piscina e in camera)
Non ho dato un punteggio elevato per le strutture in quanto è piuttosto semplice / piccolo resort. L'amenità principale è la piscina. Il bar ristorante chiude alle 18:00. Nessuna area giochi per bambini (anche se il personale è molto gentile con i bambini e accogliente).
Nel complesso è un piccolo resort semplice, su una spiaggia incantevole con un personale accogliente e adorabile. Bel posto per rilassarsi e distendersi.

UUtente ospiteWe found everything we had hoped for in our Christmas getaway at Castaway Resort on Koh Lipe. Beautiful garden setting only steps from the beach. Amazing snorkelling right in front of the resort (but don't miss diving with Castaway Divers too). A lovely, attentive team takes great care of the resort and guests, we loved hanging out at the restaurant overlooking Sunrise Beach for hours on end. Castaway Resort quickly turned into our tropical home away from home for our 10 day stay. Super family friendly und unhurried atmosphere, even during their Christmas peak. We hope to be back! (We booked our stay+scuba diving directly via email and their fabulous reservations team handled everything perfectly, including our minivan/boat transfers).

UUtente ospiteKoh Lipe is highly dense with resort and hotels. Walking along the sunrise beach (from Serendipty to Mountain resort), I could see not even a meter of the beachfront is left vacant. Though staying in Ko Lipe is expensive than average Thailand standards, I am sure places of all sort of budgets are here for beachfront stay. However several were way above my budget, couple of these had worse reviews and most are too far from Walking Street. I tried to optimize on cost, reviews and proximity to walking street to end up booking Breeze Resort. It is not a beachfront hotel and do not have sea view. From Pattaya beach a 2 minutes walk on the paved way next to Akira Lipe resort took us to Breeze. With a lush garden and well maintained grasstop, it is a two storied property with balconies opening to the garden. We had booked ground floor garden facing rooms. The room was decently sized, bathroom was neat, linens were clean and balcony had two easy chairs. The room could be better illuminated in the evening and bathroom could be a bit more spacious. It was well functional with a small freeze, a locker, a beach towel provided and and 2 umbrellas in place. The resort has kitchen and dining area functional only during breakfast. So we could not have other meals here and for that we had no issues to walk down a few minutes to Walking Street. The breakfast (came with the booking) had 5 set menu options - 3 kinds of english breakfast and 2 kinds of oriental breakfast. I can't say that the set menu had wide choices or super tasty. However, the oriental breakfast menu with pad thai was better than english breakfast. The vegetarian set menu was rather silly. To use the locker/safe, they took 500 THB as deposit. Language was a big issue and we had to use translation apps to convey our words quite regularly. But the ever smiling faces and helping attitude was not lost on us. When we arrived they picked us up with a motorized vehicle from the drop off point at Pattaya beach. After checkout also, they saw us off with 2 motorized vehicles at Langkawi Immigration point next to Bundhaya Resort. Overall a nice 4 days with happy memories.

UUtente ospiteWe booked to stay in a fan cottage for 3 nights via the hotel’s own website which had a rate of 900THB per night which seemed better than that on booking engines. First impressions were that it’s a large ‘resort’ right on the beach next to where the speedboat ferries dock and adjacent to Walking Street which is 5 minutes walk away (though we heard no noise from it). There are a range of rooms- cottages with a/c and a block of rooms which also had a/c. There are about a dozen fan only cottages at the rear of the complex. Ours was rustic but clean with intact insect screens and a large bed. The bathroom was half open which was good for drying towels etc. All cottages have a balcony, ours was shaded by trees which kept the room cool though the fan worked well too and we actually slept better than we had in a/c rooms. Only downside to the room was no fridge. It had an old fashioned TV but who watches TV anyway on a Thai island?! Breakfast was included in the price- buffet style with Thai and western dishes. It was nothing special but eatable and enough to put you on until lunch. We liked Ko Lipe and were happy with the room so decided to stay for an extra 2 nights and that’s where we had problems. Again we booked on the hotel website and received a confirmation. We then received an email in broken English which we interpreted as saying the fan bungalows were all full and we would be ‘upgraded’ to an a/c room. We replied that we were already in the room so it would make more sense to upgrade someone else. After getting no response we attempted to clarify the situation with reception. I don’t speak Thai so can’t criticise people for not speaking a foreign language but when dealing with mostly European guests you would expect at least one member of staff to have the basics of English. Unfortunately not. We ended up in a confusion of Google translate messages with a teenage girl who was clearly sick (coughing, sneezing, red eyes and nose) and shouldn’t have been at work. I ended up speaking to ‘a manager’ on the mainland by phone but still couldn’t get any sense from them. Eventually we resorted to replying by email and were eventually told we could stay in the same room. You can go into any tour operator on Walking Street and find staff who speak excellent English. Why the hotel are unable to find staff with foreign language skills is beyond me. My guess is they are employing cheap intern labour from mainland tourism schools which is fine for basic check in and out but they should have at least one person who can communicate with guests if there’s a problem. The majority of rooms seemed empty when we stayed, the exception being the fan rooms which were very good value and always seemed booked out. Maybe the hotel could look at a way of turning off the a/c in some of the bungalows and selling them at a fan room rate? In summary, we were happy with the location of the hotel, the facilities and the room. The stay was spoilt somewhat by a disorgan
