Accueil formidable, le petit déjeuner est trèèès copieux la literie et les sanitaires sont juste wouahou! En plus l'hôtesse est agréable très arrangeante...après un contact sur WhatsApp elle nous a dégoté un taxi de Sean tung (bus stop) a son hôtel (pas donné mais a 19h00 on va faire les difficiles 20€), pris la commande pour le repas du soir et trouvé une chambre magnifique pour 4! Déco sobre et un lointaine vue sur la mer depuis la piscine

Molto buon posto, proprio davanti al mare con il rumore delle onde e la canzone delle mutandine! E soprattutto a 4 minuti in auto della ferry per Ko Chang quindi super pratico! Le camere sono molto rudimentarie ma c’è tutto ciò che è necessario e per una notte di passo è perfetto! Il colazione è servito alle 8:00 (riso, pollo fritto e uovo fritto).

I really WANT to call Serenity perfect but some things just were not. With all the 5 star reviews perhaps my expectations were high but I couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed. I'll give a detailed account of our experience four days at Serenity Koh Chang. Check In The road is very sloped and our driver initially couldn't figure out where to let us off. We had to take our luggage down a pretty steep rocky area (where it could not be rolled) which was less than ideal. At check in we were met with a man who was smiling the entire time we were there and provided stellar service but never gave his name. Anything we asked he jumped on immediately and with a smile. Check in went smoothly and we were assisted with our bags to villa #3. The Villa Perhaps my biggest disappointment was the villa. It's very cold and impersonal in style. It doesn't ”fit” at all with the gorgeous setting. There were some cleanliness concerns that I overlooked (food stains on the couch pillows). But mostly, it just was drab and many things weren't thought through. There is NO WHERE in either bathroom to store your toiletries or your dry clothing. Hooks on the door or a small shelf over the toilet would go a long way to making the otherwise nicely finished bathrooms more user friendly. The bathrooms / drainage are extremely noisy. If someone used the bathroom in the night I was wakened by the resulting gurgling in my bathroom. It's all very ”bare bones”. Nothing was bad but it just didn't hit the mark and I found the bathroom situation (with no where dry to place anything) to be very frustrating. Be prepared to encounter a lot of critters of all types. I expected this but I didn't expect so many inside the villa. The mourning geckos hanging out in every curtain and the bathrooms making noise all night was very annoying. I know it's hard to control but I have to question how so many geckos were getting into the villa. We even had a large tokay in ours. I have no idea where or how they were getting in because we did not leave anything open. Also, it's very poor design to have all the villa windows align with each other. I really disliked having curtains open because I was then looking either directly into another villa OR worse into the storage / workers area which was often noisy with workers and scooters going in and out. Having to close heavy black out curtains in a beach villa is not desirable. Our TV didn't work properly but that was quickly resolved. The kitchen sink faucet was wonky. The beds and linens were quite comfortable and towels were nice, plentiful and soft. The rooftop hot tub / patio area had issues. The hot tub lights never worked (we only used this one night). And during the day it was intolerable due to work going on at a neighboring villa. This was pretty upsetting as I tried multiple times to just go relax on the rooftop only to be met with the high pitch squealing of tile saws and hammers. It was anything but serene. T

ผมมาทำงานที่ตราดหลายรอบมาก ก่อนลงเกาะกูดเที่ยวนี้เป็นความบังเอิญมากที่เจอที่นี่ ห้องพักดที่ไม่เหมือนโรงแรม แต่โครตเหมือนนอนบ้านตัวเอง ตรงปกไม่จกตา -ห้องพักสวยมาก กว้างขวาง ที่นอนใหญ่มาก ห้องน้ำอย่างใหญ่น้ำแรงมาก อันนี้คือดีสุด มีที่นั่งด้านหลังห้อง เป็นมุมดีสุด -ชอบการตกแต่งเค้า ดูมีสไตล์ของตัวเอง ห้องไม่ต้องเยอะมาก ไม่วุ่นวาย พี่เอ เจ้าของใจดีเป็นกันเองมาก -แนะนำครับ เพื่อนที่จะมาพักที่นี้ ไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอน แนะนำเตรียมของให้ส่วนตัวให้พร้อมนิดหนึ่ง แต่มีเซเว่นใกล้ๆ ที่พักอยู่ ห่างไกลเสียงรถยนต์ในเมือง -สายชิวแนะนำเตรียมเครื่องดื่มมาฟิวๆห้องรับแขกหลังห้องพักได้นะฟิวดี แต่อย่างเสียงดังนะ โดยรวม คือดีมากๆ ไว้ลงเกาะไป ผมไปพักอีกแน่นอน

Abbiamo trascorso cinque vacanze nella penisola di Koh Chang dal 2017. Siamo sempre stati molto entusiasti. Il proprietario ha costruito il bungalow con sangue cardiaco molto bella, con la migliore posizione, tranquillo situato direttamente sulla spiaggia. Purtroppo, quest'anno abbiamo dovuto constatare che la qualità è peggiorata. Il vicino Royal Siam View Resort ha portato ogni giorno molti ospiti che si trovavano nelle loro letti di letto proprio davanti ai 9 bungalow della penisola di Koh Chang, dove si trovavano quasi tutto il giorno. Per entrare nel mare, dovevamo entrare tra le letti da letto. Inoltre, si è sentito per un tempo come una passeggiata, gli ospiti dell'altro resort passavano per le Peninsula Bungalow, guardavano nelle stanze, ecc. Si sente molto fastidioso. Inoltre, abbiamo dovuto constatare che la bella sabbia brillante è sempre più dotata di pietre grosse. E' davvero molto peccato vedere come la penisola di Koh Chang è trascurata. Probabilmente non ci trascorreremo più le vacanze.

From the minute you walk in you are greeted with smiles and a feeling of finding paradise. Kata, the manager, is an exceptional manager and this is reflected in his attentive and professional staff. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it back with me ( unfortunately it was much too big or else I would have happily paid). Everything was tidy in the room and was spotless. The fridge was big enough to accommodate odds and ends we bought to keep cold. The satellite TV was dependable as was the Wi-Fi throughout our stay. The seating area accommodated us for breakfast and dinner and the menu had an enticing selection of food to choose from. The breakfasts were served at your table, which we liked rather than the usual buffet most places offer. The pool was clean and the sea was so clear you could see little fish as you swam in the warm inviting water. Lounges and towels were easy to obtain as it’s not a massive corporate hotel group- in essence, it caters for people who want to relax and rejoice in having found this gem. Kata kindly arranged day trips, boat trips as well as arranging transfers and taxis. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot wait to return to Little Sunshine in the very near future.

Tutto va bene, attrezzature complete come necessario, doccia, bagno, acqua forte, la disposizione della camera da bagno e la cassetta sono progettati per essere facili da usare e comodi, non inconfortabile, buon colazione, eccellente qualità, dando un punteggio completo di 10.
