We had a very good experience here. We rented a family room which was spacious and very comfortable for three of us. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. A short walk across the street leads to a big beach and we rarely saw people there. The breakfast was also good and the free bikes were great to use for going into the village. We will absolutely recommend this place to friends in the future and would not hesitate to go back there again.

LLMOWe had a fantastic three-night stay. The beach was absolutely stunning and peaceful, far from the bustling crowds. Our room was spacious and well-kept, with a direct view and easy access to the beach. The village was within walking distance of the resort and provided a variety of quiet dining options.

UUtente ospiteUn posto assolutamente meraviglioso in cui soggiornare. Le sistemazioni erano eccellenti, pulite e bellissime. Ma lo staff ha reso il soggiorno così piacevole!! Hanno lavorato con noi per rendere il nostro soggiorno fantastico. Dal tenere aperta l'area del bar in modo che potessimo giocare a giochi da tavolo, al permetterci di rimanere un po' più a lungo per fare snorkeling, un servizio assolutamente a 5 stelle. Sono stato punto da una medusa durante il nostro soggiorno e lo staff mi ha portato qualcosa per alleviare immediatamente la puntura. Mentre giocavamo a giochi da tavolo, un membro dello staff ci ha fatto ascoltare della musica tramite il suo telefono! Cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno!!

Расположен удобно, везде пешком дойти можно До пляжа Чарли Бич ехали на тук-туке, а до Силави пешком-5 -8 минут неспешным шагом. Завтрак подают прямо в номер. Чистенько, убирают по твоему заказу. Не хватало тумбочек прикроватных. Территория красивая, зеленая. Персонал вежливый и готов выполнить все пожелания ваши. Посмотрев другие отели на острове, могу спокойно рекомендовать этот отель для остановки. До острова добирались с Транга- такси за 1.5 часа довезло. На остров арендовали лодку за 600 Бат, чтобы не ждать паром. Брали экскурсию на Крадан и в пещеру за 700 Бат.. Изначально на нем хотели остановиться. Снорк на Крадане хороший, но никаких едален, кроме отельных нет. На Ко Муке с этим без проблем-много ресторанчиков. В последний день брали стейки рыбные на кило, кальмаров, и лобстера небольшого и сок. За все отдали 760 бат на двоих. На Ко Липе ценник уже был выше на весь сиафуд. На Липе на скоростной лодке добирались. Билеты можно спокойно на месте купить. Все лежаки, если покупаешь что-нибудь из еды- бесплатные. Мы брали сок. На ЧарлиБич очень понравился ресторанчик-и вид красивый и еда вкусная. Остров менее тусовочный, чем Липе. Туристов не много, и в этом прелесть его. Опять на него вернулась бы на несколько дней, чтобы поснорклить на Крадане.

Sono venuto in viaggio con la mia ragazza e un altro amico e sono arrivato all'alloggio intorno alle 18:30, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo dormito al De Thara e quando abbiamo finito di fare le valigie (il personale è venuto ad accendere l'aria condizionata per noi). L'aria condizionata non è molto fresca ma non c'è ancora nessuna perdita d'acqua) e poi esco per mandare un amico che alloggia in un altro posto. Il prezzo è di circa 800 baht per raggiungere l'alloggio dell'amico. Il personale è venuto ad accoglierci con un drink di benvenuto e ci ha informato che c'era un problema con il bagno che perdeva acqua. Attendi un attimo per risolverlo. Quindi il mio amico ha deciso di lasciare le cose e di uscire a mangiare fuori mentre aspettavamo che venissero sistemate.
Quel giorno sono andato in varie isole, ho fatto snorkeling tutto il giorno, poi sono andato a mangiare sull'isola di Muk. e si riposò velocemente perché era stato stanco tutto il giorno
Quando ho finito di mangiare Sono tornato in camera verso le 20:40 e c'era acqua che gocciolava su tutto il pavimento della stanza e il condizionatore non era fresco, ho chiamato il personale alle 20:44 e ho ricevuto risposta che sarei venuto a vedere Dopo 30 minuti, non c'era ancora personale che venisse a dare un'occhiata al condizionatore d'aria. Quindi sono andato di nuovo a informare lo sportello. Anche se c'erano degli agenti che li seguivano per controllarli con un panno per controllare i loro piedi, la conclusione è stata che il primo gruppo di agenti non poteva aggiustarlo. Vieni e basta, puliscilo. Quindi seguire nuovamente il tecnico. Il tecnico della riparazione ha terminato intorno alle 22:00, durante la riparazione mi sono seduto e giacevo nella stanza a parlare e fare domande generali. L'ufficiale ha parlato come se questo genere di cose accadesse spesso e fosse normale. Ero confuso se dovevo accettarlo e abituarmi a questo genere di cose. Durante le riparazioni, anche la mia ragazza ha provato a contattare il direttore. Perché il personale in prima linea non può rispondere a domande o trovare altre soluzioni. Puoi, a meno che non aspetti la riparazione (ad esempio, se non si può riparare, dove dormirai perché tutte le altre stanze sono piene? Aspettare un'ora per le riparazioni, c'è qualche risarcimento?) Il personale in prima linea mi ha detto di chiamare e parlare con il numero **********, che non è ancora il gestore. Non posso nemmeno rispondere alle domande. Non potevo far altro che tornare indietro e chiedere se il tecnico non fosse ancora andato a vederlo (la mia ragazza mi ha chiesto il nome della persona con cui stavo parlando). per parlare con il direttore Successivamente potrai verificare se quanto comunicato è coerente con la politica di servizio dell'hotel. Il funzionario con cui ho parlato ha detto che era scomodo) e poi mi ha mandato a parlare con l'amministratore della pagina su FB. Quando li ho contattati su FB, non mi hanno aiutato affatto. A parte chiedere semplicemente se c'è già un tecnico che vada a vederlo. Il tecnico è ancora nella stanza? Ciò che voglio veramente non è un risarcimento o denaro. Quello che voglio sentire è “Scusate/scusa per l'inconveniente. e la velocità del servizio correttivo” che non si sente né si vede affatto dal livello inferiore, al telefono o tramite FB.
Al contrario, la stanza del mio amico costava 800 baht. Il bagno perdeva. Si è subito scusato e ha organizzato le riparazioni. Quando non è riuscito a ripararlo, ha organizzato per trovare una soluzione. Trova subito un altro posto dove stare.
Voglio raccomandare
1. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo capito che era come un incidente inaspettato. L'hotel non vuole che ciò accada. Ma quando succede, come gestirlo? Ho aspettato mezz'ora Non è ancora arrivato nessuno. Deve andare di nuovo. Durante la riparazione, basta sdraiarsi e aspettare nella sala riparazioni, spegnere l'aria condizionata, sentirsi a proprio agio, non c'è alcuna velocità nella riparazione.
2. I funzionari di basso livello che forniscono servizi di ristorazione, servizio e ospitalità sono adeguati. Ma si tratta di gestire i problemi sul posto di lavoro. Canale di reclamo Non esistono canali per contattare persone che hanno l'autorità di prendere decisioni su questo tipo di questioni, sono solo gettati insieme.
3. Il WiFi nella stanza sul retro non è accessibile. È necessario raggiungere a piedi la sala da pranzo per usarlo, rubinetto/appenditubo/doccia Probabilmente dovrai prenderti cura della sua robustezza: traballa e sta per cadere.
4. Se questo tipo di prezzo è più costoso del servizio. La tua posizione potrebbe essere buona vicino al mare. Ma con questo tipo di servizio dormo nella stanza 800 ed è ancora più comoda.

UUtente ospiteRecommend Libong Beach Resort. Do as we did, and get dropped off / direct arrival to the resort's beach from a private long tailed boat. Check-in was easy. Restaurant was good. Room was satisfactory. Rent a bike and drive the island (very nice drivable road) but there isn't really too much to do on the island except chilling' at the resort. Also, there are 2 small street restaurants just outside (south of the resort) if you are keen on getting a bite to eat off of the resort. Again, if you are looking for a nice escape & quiet get away from the louder bar & party islands, highly recommend Libong Beach Resort for a 2-3 day trip.

Room nice and spacious and nice balcony and view of sea, but bed was so hard, and was a small double , we had to complain, they did change it for us, sounds very petty , but we stayed in other 5 other hotels on this visit , and never encountered a problem before. when arrived water pressure from shower was so weak, after talking to the lovely man on reception, (best member of staff on whole complex) they did sort, but tap on sink still just a dribble, but sadly the room was not cleaned well, dirty socks left behind bench/curtain, dust everywhere , bits left under bed. ...
The pool area is lovely and relaxing view amazing over infinity pool. Sadly shower from beach so covered in sand, that after using actually have more sand on you than before, so lots of people putting sand into pool. The property has the potential to be excellent, but feel management are letting it down, quality of food at breakfast was the worse we had in all Thailand, we stayed at several hotels during this trip, and this was just bad and lazy , and it was not down to it being a small island, there is plenty available , in local restaurants and quality of food and what was available was excellent. no fresh fruit juice , just squash, just sugar no fruit, inedible, no fresh coffee available just instant, we asked and they said not possible. everything cold ,you have to put everything through toaster , no pastries , no poached eggs , just cold fried eggs, pancakes , awful french toast, all in metal tins prepared long before, you could order omelette, but came with degusting burger cheese cut up on top. (very poor quality) they are really cutting corners, most people that stayed when we did were bringing own fruit and condiments to breakfast , gardens could be beautiful , but gardeners just sweeping leaves , no maintenance, beach beds old and hard wood, not mattresses, all in all if I ever returned would opt for no breakfast and go to local restaurants, insist on proper king size bed, and make them thoroughly clean room .

889024852613Замечательное место! В отеле не все понравилось,, к сожалению, теперь подробнее - заселение быстрое. В день отъезда не было тв, не было воды, вообще никакой, персонал видимо, был не готов, в запасе у них не было воды, например, в ведере, чтобы смывать в унитазе. Не говоря уже про то, чтобы помыть голову. Никто не предлагал и не заботился о гостях.. Дальше, в отеле есть аж Два! каяка, один дырявый, второй, якобы целый, взяли покататься, оказался тоже не совсем целый..но деньги упорно берут, 100 бат за 1 час. Каяки грязные, отдают людям в прокат с мусором внутри, водой и песком. ..
Уборку в номерах просили сами, чтобы почистить мусорки хотя-бы , поменять полотенца. В один день просили Целый день поменять полотенце, все отвечали потом потом, вечером, и когда уже поздно вечером подошли, то выдали нам полотенца, ну как выдали, они просто валялись рядом со стойкой ресепшна... Полотенца для лица и тела... , сами полотенца в пятнах от зеленки (видимо от предыдущего по гостя плохо отститрали) , простыня тоже, кстати, в пятнах, постель не меняли, во время уборки просто веником и шваброй уборку делали...
Короче говоря, персонал на раскайфовки, сидят в телефонах или чешут языком, немного неприятно.. Кухня очень грязная, мы не ели там. Вот дворники свое дело знают, убирают и следят за территорией.
Дальше - Собаки, их просто там до фига, Никто их не прогоняет, ну видимо это священные животные, с блохами... Лягут у двери твоего номера или у бассейна, и ждут чего-то.. Кстати, на счёт насекомых, обычно в отелях заботятся о своих гостях, вешают ловушки от комаров или вонючки зажигают. Здесь этого нет и близко.. Везите все собой или можно купить там же в магазине...
Трижды в день поет мулла, п прямо тут рядом в мегафон, утром это рано в 5 - 5.30, тут уже собака начинает подвывать очень громко... Просто пипец!!!
Если вы не стремитесь к идеалу в обслуживании, то можете бронировать. Если вам нужна чистота, запах Тайланда от свежих простыней, забота от принимающей стороны, то это не тот отель, и не стоит тратить деньги.
