Passato 4 notti in questo hotel su un viaggio d'affari, e non posso davvero lamentarmi. Posizione è fantastica - 5-10 minuti dalla stazione Kista dove c'è anche una fermata della metropolitana blu line (20 minuti al centro di Stoccolma). Le camere superiori sono molto confortevoli e spaziose, anche il bagno. Solo una piccola questione potrebbe essere la mancanza di minibar/frigo, se ne ha bisogno. Tuttavia, ogni piano è dotato di un distributore di ghiaccio, che è utile per preparare bevande fredde nella vostra stanza.La colazione ha abbastanza scelte per ogni gusto e il cibo è piuttosto buono. Il personale è molto amichevole, gentile e utile e disponibile per telefono anche la notte quando non sono alla ricezione. Vorrei restare qui di nuovo per viaggi di business in futuro.

*10 minutes from the shopping center, where you have a store, 15/20 minutes by taxi or train to the center of Stockholm. * I don't understand why I have to throw out the trash and clean up after myself when I'm already paying to stay. On the day of arrival, I received a message from the person who cleaned the room, asking how it was cleaned. The attached photos show hair on the bed, a torn duvet cover, and yellow stains on the pillow and mattress. When I'm already paying to stay somewhere, I expect clean, not this..

Travelled with my Mum, the room was nice and modern, however the window was left open for quite a while it seems, so the room was chilly to start with but it heated up quite quickly. It was good to have a bath (in twin rooms) and good breakfast selection with a few vegan specific items. Location is convenient as it's just a few metro stops from the centre and there is Lidl and shopping centre near by. Be aware though that getting to the Arlanda Airport is not as quick or straight forward as it seems from proximity on the map, so either plan the exact route ahead of time or a taxi was not too expensive - £28 one way.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Stoccolma. Hotel carino pulito confortevole. Personale gentile. Buona colazione, poco sul dolce ma ottimo il salato. Dista 20 minuti da Stoccolma che si raggiunge con la metro a 500 metri dall hotel. Non abbiamo usufruito della sauna perché nonostante di avevano detto che era aperta e stata trovata spenta ma probabilmente ncadava chiesto in reception

La gentilezza e la cordialità dello staff è stata straordinaria! Ottima struttura alberghiera a neanche 15 minuti dal centro storico di Stoccolma. Vicino all'hotel la comodità della metropolitana per raggiungere il centro città e un centro commerciale con tantissimi negozi tra cui un ristorante italiano. La colazione era ricchissima con disponibilità di dolce, salato e prodotti vegani.

Siamo stati qui alla fine di gennaio per 2 notti. È a circa 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Kista, che è a circa 15 minuti sul sottosuolo fino al centro di Stoccolma. La zona circostante l'hotel è come un parco commerciale, ma la stazione è in/adiacente a un centro commerciale con molte opzioni alimentari e shopping. Il benvenuto che abbiamo ricevuto era caldo e la nostra camera era grande, con eccellenti impianti e era molto pulita. Anche se il treno è vicino alla porta era bellissimo e tranquillo. Avevamo il colazione gratuito entrambe le mattine. Era bellissimo! Ci sono diversi cereali, pane fresco, uova, formaggio, diverse carni fredde, yogurt, piante a base di carne, e latte di vacca, e opzioni calde come palle di carne, bacon, omelete. Check out è stato tardi (12:00) così che è stato davvero utile. Lo consigliamo e restiamo qui di nuovo.

OK as a hotel but very insufficient staff. Located in the outskirts of the city, in the Kista area. We didn’t take the public transport to the center, but by taxi it was a 20min drive max.. We liked the fact that it’s a new hotel with a nice gym, sauna and pool. You need to book for the pool though, and on weekends the pool gets very busy. So busy that we couldn’t get in. The staff seemed insufficient and most of the time, there was no one at the reception to assist. Breakfast buffet is quite simple. You can order one dish from the a la carte menu, but most dishes come cold as they have been prepared earlier. One morning, the crepes ran out 45 minutes before the end of breakfast and they couldn’t make any more. There were no slippers or robes in the room. Finally, and most outrageously, one day my partner was feeling unwell and asked the reception for a painkiller, as he was alone in the room. They told him they didn’t have any and couldn’t send someone to the nearest pharmacy, which is only 500 meters away. When asked to call the pharmacy since he didn’t speak Swedish and request that the pharmacy deliver a box of pills to the hotel. They refused to find the number and call. Sorry, but this is BAD customer service. I assume the hotel would be great for guests that are visiting Stockholm and Kista for business.

Stayed here with family of 3 in a family room, the view was amazing but the bathroom was in a bad condition, lack of maintanance, clogged wash basin and Bathtub. Staff is not welcoming either. the Scandic standard is falling compared to what it was few years back. going towards low budget hotel by cutting corners, thier Best price gaurentee is a bluff and they wont give you and benifit if you show them best price elsewhere. happend with me so dont trust the website do your own reserch.
