From reception to housekeeping to restaurant, the staff are professional, friendly and actively engaged in making the customers stay an enjoyable experience. A superb breakfast buffet to start your morning , coming back to s very clean and welcoming room. To having a light repast at affordable prices in the evenings. The location was great for our stay to go to Arninge [Täby] , Stockholm etc. Based upon our stay this time we will not hesitate to book again.

We stayed 4 nights in June 2023, choosing a ”Superior Room”. It's a solid 4 star choice - not outstanding but perfectly satisfactory. The room was large. with an absolutely amazing view of the bridge and the water. The beds were very comfortable. There is no air conditioning so the room got very hot. The shower was good (no bath). The location is good near a bus stop giving easy access around the island or back to Stockholm. Journey to Stockholm Central is only 20 minutes despite requiring a bus and train. Breakfast was about the standard I expected, though a smarter hotel would have had fresh croissants instead of leathery ones. It had the same wonderful view as our room but a lot of noise (at this season at least) from children running around and screaming. Special mention goes to the lifts which were fast and smooth and never made us wait. Facilities were a bit basic. No fridge or safe, tiny wardrobe. Tea and coffee in the room was so-so - a decent range for making instant but, mysteriously, nothing to stir with. The table tennis was excellent with good bats and balls available to use with no fuss. (There were other games I didn't use). Overall a good choice both for Lidingo and as a value offer for seeing Stockholm. Service was attentive. When I pointed out that the bedside lights had stopped working, they got it fixed within the day.

Le donne sul desk chiesero di vedere la stanza e dopo averle mostrato la stanza affidabile, così disse: “Posso avere nuove foglie”, le chiesemo se rimarrebbe in una stanza come questa e lei rispose no. Se la stanza era pulita prima dell’arrivo, perché dovremmo cambiare di nuovo le lamiere? Dopo aver parlato con le donne sul desk, ha detto che non poteva restituirci e non ci erano altre stanze disponibili per la notte. Abbiamo parlato con il suo collega (Jimmy) al telefono, che ha anche detto che non poteva aiutarci se non dare un'e-mail per contattare un rimborso. Non mi consiglierei questo posto a nessuno. Ci costa un sacco di soldi per prenotare altrove e non menzionare che è dopo mezzanotte, al momento in cui abbiamo ordinato l'alloggio. Ho e-mailato l'e-mail che mi è stato dato per ricezione e 6 giorni dopo, non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta. E' vergognoso e così poco professionale. Evitare questo posto a tutti i costi

We stayed 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. I was contacted in advance about the earlier arrival time when we came really early in the morning by ship to Sweden. Check-in was promised for an additional fee at 12 o'clock. When we arrived at the place, we did not get this service, because the room had not been cleaned yet. 1.5 hours later, I tried to present my case to another person who worked at the respa, and this particular 69*6 did save our day and the trip by checking us in without charging for that service again. The room was clean and we got extra towels by asking the cleaners. The breakfast was comprehensive and filling. The hotel was within walking distance of Friends Areena. As we were leaving early in the morning, we still took the breakfast bags with us. The person 72*6 who helped us at the respa in the morning was extremely friendly. beautiful and large room, modern bathroom. Staff was very friendly, breakfast selection was large and delicious. Location is okayish, about 15mins walk from the Tunnelbana station. Luggage can only be stored in a room where everybody can walk in, didn't really feel safe leaving my valuables there.
