Il personale era molto carino, così amichevole e utile, e questo è stato un enorme plus. I letti erano freschi ogni giorno senza fallimento e contenevano lenzuola fresca e gli asciugamani puliti. Il buffet è stato buono con una varietà di frutta fresca, yogurt, cereali, salami, han, formaggio e buffet caldo; bacon, uova salsicce! Rolli e pasticce dolci così tanti da scegliere. Caffè fresco e tè, così come una scelta di succhi... Per il prezzo è stato buon valore.

Location is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! Letto grande e comodo camera grande con tende male odoranti, personale gentile , sono rimasto bloccato in ascensore, camera rifatta dopo 3 giorni era una suite. Colazione buona. L'Hotel è meraviglioso come struttura ma è completamente in disuso, sembra che stanno attendendo un nuovo acquirente per ristrutturarlo tutto. Infatti la cucina è abbandonata, uso solo per colazione, ristorante con sala spettacolare e terrazza panoramica praticamente abbandonate allo sfascio. Bar inesistente , hanno messo una macchina caffè gratuita 24 ore nella Lobby .... Gravissimo che mi hanno obbligato a pagare 8 notti subito con carta di credito prima di vedere la stanza, infatti dopo 2 giorni me ne sarei andato ma non mi avrebbero rimborsato....... Nessun Hotel nella mia vita mi ha chiesto il pagamento anticipato al Check in per 8 notti, può succedere per una sola notte. Sconsiglio di andare se non viene ristrutturato.

L'hotel è estremamente bello. Il personale è stato assolutamente favoloso. Non posso dire abbastanza buone cose su di loro. Sono persone assolutamente grandi. Tutti vanno fuori dalla loro strada per piacerti che è fantastico. L’ambiente non è troppo cattivo è camminabile, ma solo essere consapevoli. Tuttavia, ammettero' di essere andato al centro commerciale aveva un bel tempo. Questo è un posto davvero bello e le camere sono favolose. Sicuramente consiglio questo hotel.😎👍

I visited Portugal on a group tour that included stays at three pousadas. A big takeaway from my experience is that pousadas are remarkably variable. Pousada Mosteiro de Guimaraes, was fantastic, while Conimbriga Hotel Do Paço was abysmal. This one, Pousada Castelo Palmela, was somewhere in-between. I recommend you choose your pousada carefully. The positives of Pousada Castelo Palmela are many and significant. It’s a magnificent building with fantastic views. I recommend you save some time to explore the fortress the hotel is part of, and, when weather permits, you go to the west side of the pousada’s grounds to enjoy a lovely sunset. However, the staff of this pousada could improve. I got the impression that the place was understaffed, and not all staff were fully trained. Dining was disappointing; the pousada’s restaurant has limited capacity and books up quickly, and there are few if any local restaurants to use as an alternative. To solve this, you could book half board, or reserve your dinner table well in advance. However, I don’t recommend that because, as well as being small relative to the number of guest rooms, the restaurant isn’t very good. My dinners here were frankly awful – uninspired and badly served, often cold. I recommend you go grocery shopping and bring food with you when you return to the hotel, or use Uber Eats to have your dinner delivered (as I did).

Ci sono utensili da cucina e controinduzione per cucinare nella stanza.È buono cotturare rami ㅎㅎ Tuttavia, se non hai una macchina da noleggio, è sconveniente vivere, quindi devi noleggiare una macchina.

L'hotel è bellissimo. Le camere sono molto pulite e ben arredate. Il personale fa un ottimo lavoro: sempre disponibile, e la ricchezza per fornire il miglior servizio. Il ristorante À La Carte è molto buono. La posizione è perfetta molto vicino alla spiaggia e alla marina.
