Il parcheggio è pulito, grande, vicino alle strade di Lisbona-Madrid ma tranquillo, bella piscina, colazione è abbondante e caldo come in Polonia, il servizio conosce l'inglese e è bello, le camere sono grandi e pulite . Gli stessi plus !!!

A beautiful bulding, a splendid location with a calm and tranquil entourage. But: The hotel it’s not prepared for high season, food took ages, to be served, and almost everyday there was something missing on breakfast, due to sold out reasons. The worst FBM they choose to manage this hotel. If the restaurant it’s sold out for dinner, you will not have any chance to get food until 22:30, and the menu at that hour it’s resumed to 3 different types of toasts, that happen to me and my family. We arrive at 20:30 and we where starving, and they refuse to serve food until 22:30, after a bit of reclamation different food from a snack menu was offered. On one of the busiest days in the hotel, the pool bar was closed. It was bank holiday, and the hotel was full. It was a mess to get some food. The rooms are clean, and they are in old monastery rooms. Ours was a mess. We asked for two complementary beds, the most discomfortable ever seen. The room door did not work at all, at front desk they told us, they were expecting a new one. The door didn’t close unless with a key, We asked for an extra key, something normal for 4PAX in the same room, it did work, but only to open not to close from the inside. The bath room with beautiful local marble from the region, it was impossible to take a shower with get a bump in the head, resulting from the falling of the shower from its wall holder. They fixed it by reducing the water pressure, but from that moment on, it was impossible to regulate the water temperature. The cleaning team never left the enough toilet paper, almost every day we need to call for more. Finally the extra beds that I payed for my kids were with a thin mattress and a falling apart estruture with springs getting loose, and a sofa bed also falling apart, that we need to fix every day. One day we arrived lately and found the room door completely open, some one from the cleaning staff, left the door open after cleaning the room, lucky nothing was missing. At the end as compensation they offer a day of one extra bed, around 2,5% discount. The personal at the front desk were always very friendly, collaborative and sympathetic with us and all the events, that happen with us during the stay. It’s not enough being beautiful wen you’re are not efficient or even haven’t the conditions to receive your guests in conformity with the price you demand.

Non corrisponde a 4 stelle. Il funzionario della reception è stato mal affrontato e non prestabile. Ci hanno assegnato una stanza in R/C al fondo dell'edificio esterno, e non era niente di simile alle foto sul sito web. Era grande ma buio, con pochi mobili molto bui, biancheria con porte che si stava scrivendo, e due letti single invece di un letto di coppia come avevamo chiesto. Lo specchio era dentro una porta del biancheria e la televisione era piccola. Volevamo chiamare la ricezione per chiedere il letto matrimoniale, ma nella stanza non c'era nessun telefono! Ho chiamato dal mio telefono al numero generale dell'hotel, ma nessuno ha risposto, e dovevo andare lì. Il funzionario ha risposto con aria automatica che quando si segna ”la stanza voi state scelendo una tipologia di stanza, e la richiesta del letto matrimoniale può o non può essere soddisfatta a seconda della disponibilità. Gli ho detto che non c'era nessun telefono nella stanza per chiamare la ricezione, e lui ha detto che sarebbe andato a mettere un altro. Abbiamo visto di nuovo nella stanza che la luce di una tavola non era ricevuta e sono tornato alla ricezione chiedere di sostituire la lampada. Nel bagno la testa del doccia non era bloccata, era libera e scendeva. Mi dava il cuscino, quindi non riuscivo a prendere una doccia in condizioni. Avevamo aperto la porta al terrazzo/terrazzo e in 15 minuti entrarono due gatti nella stanza. Eravamo lì da un'ora e era già arrabbiata. E' un hotel molto costoso e che non corrisponde a niente al annuncio sul sito. Abbiamo andato ad un altro hotel.
