Mixed bag Pros: * Maria B. at the front desk was professional and helpful * Fast elevator * Great hot water in the shower * Overall the hotel and hotel room was clean * Complimentary breakfast had good options * Small outside balcony with a table and two chairs Cons: 1- Hardest mattress ever- I have traveled the world and slept on hundreds on mattresses. This one was not only extra firm, but it had zero padding. You could feel each and every bed spring. Awful. 2- No working safe in the room. Technically there was a safe in the room, but it didn’t have the typical code setting device. It’s was just a non working safe that wouldn’t open. Odd. Every hotel room should have one. 3- No refrigerator in the room 4- No free parking. You can park outside the hotel and feed the meter and it’s free after 5pm. The hotel offers limited under ground parking for $8 euros per day. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the best areas of downtown. It’s not in the prettiest section of town but it didn’t feel unsafe either. There is noise from the airport, but it didn’t take away from the room. We checked out a few days early to go to a quieter area of the island with a more comfortable bed. This hotel is in a decent location at a reasonable price for a single night IMO.

Camera confortevole e grande . Personale visibile super simpatico e molto conveniente. Il colazione 5 stelle . Posizione 5 stelle . Almeno in soggiorno si fa il rumore della camera, perché si ascoltano i rumore delle persone della camera accanto e anche l'igiene dei letti da letto ( si vedevano lavare ma con qualcosa di vecchio e con pinti di panno vecchio e inconfortabile ... che disapprezzato! ....

UUtente ospiteIn questa nuova visita all'isola di San Miguel ho scelto un alloggio nella parte settentrionale dell'isola, dove vi sono una varietà di nuovi alloggi. Confesso che la prenotazione è stata fatta solo attraverso le foto fornite dall'alloggio, non ho letto alcun testimone da ex ospiti. Al momento della prenotazione, ho verificato che il prezzo richiesto per il colazione era elevato e non ho quindi scelto questa opzione. Ho ricevuto un messaggio dall'alloggio che informava i codici di accesso all'alloggio. È un processo semplice, anche se credo che la porta d'ingresso non si apre sempre facilmente. Mi preme sottolineare che c'è una porta d'accesso al giardino/piscella (e, di conseguenza, agli alloggi del resso del pavimento) che è sempre stata aperta durante la notte. Ritengo che, in termini di sicurezza degli ospiti, si debba verificare/rettificare questa situazione. Per quanto riguarda lo studio con due camere, mi sembrava molto bene all'inizio, ma si è accertato che era molto caldo durante la notte, senza la possibilità di aprire la finestra per la strada (almeno non sono riuscito). Per un soggiorno di tre notti, credo che i prodotti igienici non siano stati sufficienti. Nonostante la simpatia e la disponibilità di chi ci ha inviato i messaggi di benvenuto, mi dispiace che in tutta la nostra permanenza abbiamo avuto solo un contatto con la dipendente (o la proprietaria) dell'alloggio al momento del check-out. Questo alloggio ha tutte le condizioni per migliorare e essere un riferimento, ma non posso fare una valutazione superiore tenendo conto di altri luoghi dove ho già ospitato, tenendo conto della stessa gamma di prezzi.

UUtente ospiteI dipendenti della reception erano eccezionalmente disponibili. Hanno dato buoni suggerimenti per ristoranti e siti sull'isola. Hanno persino chiamato un sito per assicurarsi che fossero aperti durante una festa nazionale quando la maggior parte dei posti era chiusa. Il ristorante offriva un'ampia selezione di cibi a colazione e cena a buffet. Abbiamo ordinato Ala carte a cena e il cibo era caldo e preparato al momento. Non un sacco di spezie, ma comunque saporito. La posizione era un po' lontana dal centro della città e non aveva vista sull'oceano. Le camere erano molto pulite e le richieste speciali sono state gestite rapidamente.

La nostra stanza con vista sull’oceano era molto grande, dotata di una enorme finestra con vista sulla città e l’oceano. Tutto molto pulito. Forse un po’ anonimo e un po’ sbilanciato verso lo stile business hotel, se proprio gli di vuole trovare un difetto. Colazione molto apprezzata per la scelta, la cura, la proposta e l’affabilità del personale. Tutti attenti e gentilissimi. Nelle vicinanze ampia disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito

DDaydream26981267248Viviamo in questo hotel ogni volta che arrivamo a Ponta Delgada - pulito, ben mantenuto, situato nel posto migliore.Ha un buon ristorante, bar, sauna, bagno turco, piscina all'aperto e all'interno, parcheggio gratuito, molti spazi pubblici, ecc. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi, tutte le strutture sono nuove e convenienti. Molti grandi ristoranti vicino, il mercato di Graca e il famoso mercato del formaggio a pochi minuti a piedi. Le cose molto amichevole e professionali: Helena, Ana, Erica, Diana e Bruno hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto comodo, sono stati così utili! Grazie speciali a Fernanda che ci ha aiutato a fare tutti i cambiamenti necessari con la nostra prenotazione quando SATA ha cambiato i nostri voli. Grande luogo per soggiornare, molto consigliato.

UUtente ospiteIl centro di San Miguel è stato il nostro primo viaggio a San Miguel e possiamo solo raccomandare questo hotel! 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, personale fantastico, centro a tutto e spaziose, camere pulite. Tutto era senza spot, il personale alla reception molto attento e utile. Abbiamo dovuto prenotare per colazione, ma non c'è problema, se non vuoi prenotare per evitare di aspettare, c'è un bar/magnifico proprio fuori a sinistra.È centrale un perfetto per esplorare Ponta Delgada e l'ambiente. Non ha un parcheggio se si noleggia un'auto ma c'è un parcheggio appena in piedi per 50p l'ora.
