VIP solo in nome La ricezione lascia molto da desiderare, €10 per il colazione per persona. Se hai bisogno di un utensile, come un coltello, una tazza o qualcosa del genere, verranno a pagare un tasso di servizio di €5 che non ha senso ho comprato sul mercato continentale una tazza per €1,5 ho trovato un casino con gli ospiti, non ha assolutamente nessun utensile nel Il letto mi sentivo in un dorama dormire in un tatame sul pavimento, seriamente il letto più inconfortabile, dura che ho dormito in un hotel, anche Ibis che è molto più economico. Ha un letto migliore, VIP solo nel nome, si auto-titolo VIP ma non sono! Mi sono svegliato il bagno di scarico, deve avere un qualche ritorno, mi sono lamentato e non si sono offerti nemmeno per cambiarmi la camera. Dall'interno di Lisbona, senza transito almeno mezz'ora, in orario d'epico passa da un'ora per arrivare lì 😢

This is one to avoid, they do not provide milk or creamer for coffee in the room, after the first night you have to purchase any additional drinking water and when the temperature increases this can become a real issue. Arriving after a five hour flight there was only ham and cheese sandwiches on offer at the bare, I had to wait until 7:30 to order some food to the room, then at 8:20 I had to find out why the food had not arrived (salled, meat and cheese) so no cooking needed; the excuse was the lift was not working, I was on the first floor. When it finally arrived the salad was shriveled up leave some tomato and processed ham and cheese. The plate of cheeses and meats was two rolled up pieces of processed cheese cut up processed ham and a small amount of salomi. I sent it back and ordered the burger that was edible. I decided to try the restaurant and had stake that was recommended to have rare so I ordered it rare; rustic potatoes in herbs and salad; what I got was meat that was medium cooked and tough, boiled potatoes with no herbs and carrots that where mushy as if they had gone off before cooking instead of salad see photo. This seemed to have been a good hotel at one time as there are remnants of what it has been but seems to have hit hard times.

Non mi piaceva: 1) la condivisione del bagno non è stata chiaramente indicata nell'elenco, né nella prenotazione. 2) il bagno dei bagni era troppo piccolo 3) il massimale sopra il lavaggio nella vasca da bagno dei portatili era troppo basso. 4) la porta della stanza non era chiusa e quindi doveva essere chiusa ogni volta

E' in posizione strategica per l'aeroporto, non per visitare la città da cui dista almeno una ventina di minuti in taxi dal centro. Stanze piccole, ma pulite, moderne ed essenziali. E soprattutto molto silenziose. Di fronte c'è un supermercato per le piccole necessità. Personale al desk molto gentile e disponibile. Non posso commentare la colazione in quanto siamo ripartiti molto presto. Se mi dovesse ricapitare di fare un breve scalo a Lisbona, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Amorevole e vicino all'aeroporto, un check-in tardivo, il personale era felice, e' venuta anche in camera mia per aiutarmi con la finestra, il manico era rotto, così non si chiudeva correttamente. Toaletta, sedile era libero ... Bella stanza, ma un po' di rumore stradale con finestra aperta. La colazione è stata grande e a €9.50 molto ragionevole, buona selezione e anche una fresca macchina per la spruzzatura arancione. Se avete un volo mattina presto, consideri seriamente questo posto. Nessun stress circa 10am checkout 👍

I had the pleasure of staying here for 6 nights when I arrived in Portugal from the U.S. The hotel is new and there are still a few things being worked on, however, it was still pleasantly quiet. The rooms are not large, but there is no lack of comfort. The amazing staff is why I had a great stay. Everyone works as a team. Sarah, Carol, Joana, Rebecca and the entire staff, are very friendly, kind and welcoming. Their goal is to ensure you have a great experience. I am grateful for the kindness of this team. I relocated here from the U.S. and this hotel was my first stop to get some work done. I am happy I chose this hotel. My interaction with everyone I encountered was pleasant. Seeing the team's smiling faces each day, overshadowed the stress of my overseas move. THANK YOU ALL. Please forgive me if I did not remember all of your names correctly. Great staff!

Booked this airport hotel the day before my early morning flight. The hotel is located approximately 5 mins drive from the airport. Bus shuttle is available with a small fee. You need to book your seats early during check in. The room is spacious with basic amenities. There are vending machines available at the lobby for simple snacks. Restaurant is opened till 10 pm Overall good experience . Enjoy my stay overall.
