Vorrei chiarire che l'alloggio in questo ostello è stato come previsto, considerando che attualmente è essenzialmente quello che si cerca, quando si tratta di soggiorni di breve durata. Ma ho mancato informazioni più chiare e più precise nel messaggio di conferma della prenotazione, perché quando sono arrivato alla porta dell'hotel e ho premuto le dozzine di volte senza ricevere una risposta, era molto stressante! Il mio telefono è dal Brasile e non ho comprato un chip dal Portogallo. Ho dovuto cercare aiuto da terzi, persone sconosciute, grazie a Dio ho trovato qualcuno che mi ha aiutato, ma anche entrare nella nostra stanza era un lungo cammino! Qualcosa che avrebbe dovuto essere molto semplice è diventato quasi un incubo, quindi vorrei suggerire che quando si fa un libro con un cliente, chiarisca nel messaggio di posta elettronica le istruzioni passo per passo su come entrare nell'hotel e anche nella stanza! Dichiarate alla persona che tutto è fatto a distanza e che non sappiamo nemmeno con chi stiamo parlando. Non tutti ci arriveranno con Internet sul loro telefono cellulare, e fare una chiamata telefonica è fuori questione a causa del prezzo che sarebbe costato, come sarebbe internazionale! Solo una suggerimento, quindi non accade ad altre persone.

Um excelente pequeno almoço, funcionários atenciosos e tudo muito cómodo e limpo. Só tenho a referir o ruído sentido pela manhã nos quartos virados para a ponte. Se ficasse mais do que uma noite pediria para mudar de quarto.

My wife and I stayed at the Pestana Palace Lisboa in October because I attended a conference on the property. Pros that I experienced: - The property is beautiful. - It had a full-service hotel with a highly professional and helpful staff. - Lush gardens on the property with tons of different plants - Indoor pool and fitness center - Nice room (clean, sizable, well stocked with coffee) - Great breakfast - Outdoor aviary in the garden - Walled, secure property (but not in a bad area) Things that looked awesome, but I didn’t get the chance to use due to the time of year: - Outdoor pool - Garden house (looked like a small café or bar in the middle of the garden area) - In-house bar and restaurant The only disadvantage, to my mind, was the location. There is a tram stop at the back of the property (you’d walk out the front gate and follow the wall to the back to get the tram or bus) …. Still, the property is on the outskirts of downtown. There aren’t many restaurants or cafes nearby. The trams/busses don’t run as often as downtown, and it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city center and even longer to the castle on the east side of town. In contrast, we stayed at an Airbnb in the northwest center of Lisbon a few days before the conference. Staying in town allowed us to wander through town easily and experience more of the Lisbon feel. If I were going again for pleasure, I’d probably opt for something in the north end of the downtown area again. If you don't mind the distance from most of what's happening in town then this is a wonderful choice.

Dalla spa al personale alla struttura alla prima colazione alla pulizia al dormire bene mi è piaciuto tutto. Le stanza molto belle pulite con bagno grande e doccia grande. Anche se eravamo in tanti il servizio è stato molto buono

un vero tesoro di un posto.. bellissimo ambiente e decorato creativamente.. soprattutto, sempre un caldo benvenuto dal personale estremamente utile che lo fa sentire come un ritorno a casa! Grazie! ..

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly, helpful staff and great rooms. It has a pleasant outdoor area for sunbathing and a small pool. The hotel is located out of the centre (which may not be ideal for everyone and is a long walk) but we knew this when we booked it. It is only approx 4 Euros for an Uber into the centre, or 2 Euros per person on the bus which run every 20 minutes (and the bus stop is very close to the hotel). The staff are all great and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. You can ask for gluten fee bread and muffins each morning, if needed. The room was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for our 4 day stay. Some reviews we saw complain that the hotel is on the flight path for the airport but we found no issue at all with this - no noise and no sleep disruption. We had major issues on our last day because our flight was cancelled due to ATC issues in the UK. We were effectively stranded and needed to organise extra accommodation, replacement flights, trains etc. Fernanda let us use the reception laptop and she helped us with printing and answering a lot of questions! She also arranged a room for the night in a 'sister' hotel in central Lisbon so that we had somewhere to stay because the Jardim da Lapa was full. She really helped to make a stressful situation less tense!

Che splendore questo hotel, davvero un'oasi di pace nella comunque splendida ma ruvida Lisbona. Vantando giustamente l'appartenenza alla catena di alberghi Leading Hotel of the world è sontuoso ma intimo, una splendida villa con un piccolo parco dominante il mare poco distante dall'alto di una delle collinette di cui è punteggiata Lisbona, in un quartiere elegante a metà strada tra la zona di Belem ed il centro storico. Tutto è magnifico, dalle ampie camere che dominano il parco e la splendida piscina esterna, alla piccola e deliziosa spa con piscina interna riscaldata, alle varie sale colazione e ristorante lussuosamente arredati in stile neoclassico. Ma ciò che più ci ha incantato è l'eccellente servizio e l'attenzione al cliente, comunque mai stucchevole ma molto calorosa e sentita. E' un albergo sicuramente costoso ma offre talvolta tariffe piuttosto convenienti che glorificano un rapporto qualità prezzo a livelli altissimo.
