This is a basic IBIS hotel, one would expected! However, conventionally located in the center of the city. Rooms are small but ok, bath very basic. My room was facing a gas station. Breakfast was good with sufficient choices, I liked the breads and the cakes! Coffee machine takes forever and one have to queue! Therefore, I found it rather surprising that the hotel staff get their coffee during the breakfast hours too and don’t care that this means even longer waiting time for the guests. We had there our lunch, typical Polish dishes once. The food was very yummy! One need to book the lunch in advance! My room was very dusty and bath dirty and floor covered in hair.! I mentioned this at the desk and got a very saucy response that “sometimes the hair do not stick to the mop” - that left me speechless! Another day,I asked a senior staff if my room could be vacuumed (I addressed her in English as most of the staff speaks English well, and my Polish is rather poor]. She snapped at me that I have to speak Polish with her! I got literally scolded for not speaking Polish! That person remained every hostile during my whole stay! I wasn’t even greeted! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior! Many of the staff members are very friendly (e.g. the young man or the young lady at the desk) but many are super unfriendly and simple give a sh... whether the guests feel welcomed e.g. This is something for the management to look into.

Sono stato a visitare la mia famiglia per qualche giorno, l'hotel è vicino, quindi è perfetto. La colazione è stata molto deliziosa e ben preparata ogni giorno. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla. Non riesco a cucinare.

The staff and the service is incredibly polite and fast. Never had any problems of any kind. The Hotel is quiet and the bathrooms were very clean. The position of the Hotel is mid-way to a park, the center and the train station. It's probably the best position out there. The only problem i had was with the bed. I'm not a person that complains, at all. I sleep in tents and sometimes even on a sheets on the ground because of my outdoors hobbies and i understand this is an economy hotel. But not even in motels i saw stained and dirty matresses being covered up with a slim foam matress and a blanket. I will come back to this place, but i just hope that this gets improved.

Adoro questo hotel. Il personale è così sorprendente e molto utile. I tassi di cambio di valuta estera in valuta locale sono buoni anche. Mi dispiace usare l'aeroporto per acquistare contanti, Zloty. L'hotel è così pulito. Hanno uno degli unici tè nero che mi piace fuori Londra, ma tu hai un sacchetto di tè, ma sono sicuro che se chiedi al personale di più non sono il tipo di dire no. E'a piedi vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.

Dopo aver fatto visita regolare negli ultimi 8 mesi, è molto chiaro che si tratta di un hotel che merita la sua reputazione e di stare in piedi per una ragione chiave - il suo personale. Le stelle reali di questo posto sono il team di ristoranti di Julia, Dasha e Ola che da sempre dare il benvenuto a tutti gli ospiti. La loro attenzione al dettaglio è sorprendente, sia completamente professionale che caldo in pari misura. E' molto raro trovare le cameriere che si preoccupano tanto di garantire ogni cliente le vacanze felici. Sono completamente impegnati alla reputazione del loro ristorante in modo che non si veda altrove. Ola ha compiuto grandi sforzi per imparare l'inglese, che ora parla perfettamente, e vorrei che i miei sforzi con la polacca fossero altrettanto riusciti quanto lei! Katarzyna è anche brillante e estremamente efficiente e professionale, ma porta sempre umorismo e può portare un sorriso al viso di chiunque entrando nell'hotel. Pawel il portatore notturno è anche un enorme patrimonio per la vostra azienda. Molte volte l'ho visto aiutare gli ospiti con i bagagli e entrare per aiutare i suoi colleghi. Guardate queste persone Qubus - sono una squadra molto speciale. Viaggio a lungo e non ho mai trovato un modo migliore.

Hotel situato nel centro della città molto vicino a Rynek. Le camere sono molto spaziose ma possono sembrare un po 'cucina. Il bagno è dotato di un bagno jacuzzi ma dovrebbe offrire più possibilità di asciugare i portatili. Il personale sembra talvolta un po' superato. Attendere l'arrivo perché 3 persone allo stesso tempo e apparentemente necessario avere 2 ricevente per effettuare un check-in. Cambio di camera perché più disponibile per una camera gemella. La buona notizia è un sovraclassamento in un appartamento dove ci si dice che si portera' le tappe per il letto supplementare. Le tappe sono ben portate, ma dopo 10 minuti si prevede che si debba mettere il letto e farlo noi stessi (con la cattiva sorpresa di una coperta di copertura per il mattone). Attenzione quando è molto caldo fuori stagione estiva ... L'hotel è in modalità ”riscaldamento”, nessuna possibilità di attivare l'aria condizionata ... rimane la finestra aperta, che può essere rumore sul lato strada quando una macchina circola sui pavimenti. Attenzione anche per i parcheggi che non possono essere facilmente trovati nelle vicinanze, tranne dopo il tramonto ...
