On april 5 at 10pm i called their reservation front desk to confirm if theres available room and also our company discount. I wasnt able to get the name of the front desk who answered my call but instruction me to send sms of my info. On April 6, i went to the hotel to early check in but the apologized because if cannot see my name on their reservation list. instead of declining me, front desk personnel YNA made a way to look for available room for my family 💖 Im just so happy of their effort for going and beyond. Its my first time staying on this hotel and sury will come back. I love their rooms, and pool, their Buffet area is superb. The only thing i dont like is their Bathroom, it becomes flooded when u take a bath Lol. The sink is not fixed. aircon should not be centralized u need to call front desk to adjust the temp.

Kabalayen Hotel offers a cozy and comfortable stay in the heart of San Carlos City, pangasinan. The hotel's central location makes it convenient for exploring the city's attractions . Very good modern hotel, done out very tastefully and with lovely staff. It has a good location in the town center, close to the iconic church shrine, and places to eat and small shops. The free parking is another plus, as is the diligent and professional security. Filipino breakfast also very nice. The WiFi is fast and TV choices OK. Just one thing is letting it down - if you are looking for a nice hot shower late at night or early in the morning, forget it. There does not seem to be any hot water at those times, and it’s lukewarm at best for the remainder. We asked about that, but received non-commital reply that everything was running ok and the maintenance staff was on day off on a Sunday. If we wanted they would give us a bucket of hot water to wash with. Sorry, but guests paying for a hotel like this, which isn’t a budget outfit, expect hot water. Maybe it’s trying to save money I don’t know (some sort of system can be heard running around 5 in the morning and warm water is on tap around an hour or two later). But either way, would only return again if that issue is fixed. So, great place with a bit of an issue with its hot water. Its excellent staff ensure a high score, despite its shortcomings which are definitely a management / ownership issue.

Molto economico e a destra alla giunzione del terminale di autobus di Cinque stelle. È più importante, l'unico vero hotel amico di animali domestici a Dagupan! Pros: 1. Prezzo punto - range è $20-$50 2. Buona posizione - davanti a Cinque Star, 7-11 giù, Mercury Drug è in tutta la strada, SM è un passo 5-minute 3. Ammirabile personale - Erano amichevoli e benvenuti. Hanno insistito sul portare i bagagli. Check-in e check-out è stato un brise 4. Nessun cane da animali - aveva 2 cani e nessun costo aggiuntivo 5. Sorprendentemente pulito per una vecchia stanza. Non aveva problemi a camminare su le vecchie e ricche matite Cons: 1. Le camere potevano davvero usare qualche riparazione e rinfrescamento. Non era impressionante, ma dovevo ricordarmi il buon lavoro che avevo fatto: hanno una TV LCD, AC funzionava bene, e hanno una doccia calda e fredda. Come proprietario di animali domestici e non deve pagare alcun canone per animali domestici, non si può lamentare perché la stanza era abbastanza pulita e serviva la mia necessità. 2. Rumore stradale. Non era terribile, ma più come un suono filtrato. Puoi ancora sentirlo, ma può essere un problema per un sonnoleggio leggero 3. Spazio di parcheggio limitato. Solo 2 slot disponibili davanti al 7/11

Stavo per una notte a Lenox Dagupan durante un viaggio di fine settimana. Il personale era cortese, utile e accogliente. Il check-in è stato fatto in cinque minuti. La stanza e la camera da letto erano puliti. Lino fresco con letto confortevole e, il mio preferito, le mutandine fluffy (come se fosse nuovo) . Buona connessione a Internet. Molto lavoro d'arte interessante anche in hotel. Può migliorare ulteriormente l'eliminazione del suono dall'esterno. In generale, lo consiglierei molto per i viaggiatori di famiglia e di business.
