The hotel felt dated and the pool area wasn't what I expected based on the listing photos. Breakfast was also a let down, as it wasn't a buffet. Unfortunately, I encountered some service issues during my stay. One receptionist was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. When I inquired about non-carpeted rooms due to my travel companion's allergies (dust triggers rhinitis), I was incorrectly informed all rooms were carpeted. We later discovered this wasn't true. The check-in process was quite slow, taking 20-25 minutes. To make matters worse, they rang about a 2,000 peso deposit we weren't previously aware of before booking, though we already informed them we will withdraw after some rest time. We explained we needed to withdraw due to a lack of cash and I don't want to use my card, but were forced to go out in a heavy rain. It would have been helpful to know about the deposit beforehand, especially since it wasn't mentioned on the booking site. If they require the deposit that fast, they should also consider having an atm machine in the hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte mentre abbiamo un evento da partecipare in un luogo di eventi vicini. Abbiamo soggiornato in precedenza all'Hotel Summit a Cebu, quindi ci aspettiamo lo stesso servizio impeccabile e le strutture sono altrettanto buone come l'altro luogo. Questo hotel non è stato deluso perché si sono agito rapidamente quando ho chiesto di cambiare la stanza, perché non sono confortevole rimanere in una stanza accanto. Quello che amo davvero è la vista senza ostacoli della città e non come altri hotel dove la vostra vista è finestra dell'altro edificio. La stanza è molto spaziosa. Il letto e le mutandine sono pulite e confortevoli. La posizione è a piedi dalla zona di shopping di Greenhill e dalla stazione di MRT Santola.

Got a great deal online, booked for two nights as I had a wedding to attend in one of the nearby churches and thought to turn it into a weekend staycation with the kids. The suite was spacious, with one restroom per floor. The kitchen came with a stove, but the electric water kettle didn't work. A microwave would have been nice, since the kitchen did not come with any cooking equipment. The beds were comfortable, though the pillow in the smaller room was really lousy, hardly any form left to it at all. Towels and basic toiletries were provided, as well as some water bottles. The A/C units worked well all weekend, and it was close to several establishments. There was an option to use the pool if we wanted. The elevators - horrible. Day 1 was fine, but every day we stayed, less and less elevators worked. By checkout time we had to take the stairs all the way down from the 10th floor with all out luggage because only one unit was servicing all floors. Guards and staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was super tight squeeze. All in all, good for a basic stay but not more than that.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and dining options. Overall, a delightful experience worth every penny.

Check in was a breeze and we were accommodated immediately. The room was very clean, and spacious with a nice cool temperature. The bed and pillows were very comfy and I slept peacefully. I appreciated the bathroom used shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap dispensers and used less disposables. The water heater was clean, thank goodness. It was also very convenient that they had a water dispenser in the hallway so we could refill our water bottles for free. Will definitely book again for a staycation and I'd recommend this hotel to family and friends. I only stayed there for a night and did not get to try the other hotel facilities.

È troppo male che non posso caricare un video qui, ma mi piace il posto! ✨ E' spazioso e ha un ambiente tranquillo perché si trova all'interno del luogo residenziale. Sono rimasto qui per tre notti per la quarantena dell'hotel e non ho avuto ansia perché ho lavorato anche durante il mio soggiorno, hanno stabile connessione WiFi, e il personale è stato anche ospite per fornire il mio cibo. Gli interni sono vecchio stile, ma personalmente mi piace perché è conveniente e spazioso, hanno anche doccia di calore, frigo, riscaldamento d'acqua, TV, ventilatore, zona da pranzo e AC. Ho scelto camera da letto regina, la matrice è grande e confortevole. 👏
