I made the booking on the date of my arrival as i was stuck there in Laiya that i was not able to catch the last bus back to Manila. The room and service also the food is nice except that they might forget to put some amenities inside but this is understandable as my reservation is really ad-hoc. I really enjoyed the vibe and the experience of having dinner next to the beach, so romantic. This is absolutely amazing to spend your weekend escaping from the concrete jungle in my city. Also they got a tablet in the room so you can communicate with the staff immediatly, that's really convenient. There is a staff really really helpful , he is cute and with a geniue and charming smile on the face, helped me to get to the place i was planned to go. He gave me the right direction and make me a memo so that i could pass to the van driver in my transition. I am really appreciated for the help as the transportation in philippinesis is quite confusing.

Event: Company Outing, overnight Persons: 100 Rooms - the reviews are real. They are all nice. Water supply at the room is also good. Ambiance - reviews are real. What is special here is that the place has a calm, relaxing vibe because of the lush trees/forest at a hill on one side, while the blue beach+waves at the other side. Food - reviews are real. They are yummy with different choices. Serving size is plenty, too. Customer service - u can find them anywhere so it’s easy to ask around. Pools - 1 for day tour guests, 1 for overnight guests. Beach has pebbles but swimmable and warm. Bring aqua shoes. Shampoo/soap smells so good bec of the tea tree. Amenities provided for us - tent, projector, screen, videoke for 4hrs (5k), paid ice with cooler. Drinks are pricey so we brought beers and paid for the corkage. I did not rate 5. But definitely above 4. - resort will not provide a sample menu so that you have an overview of menu. So the anxiety it caused us from finding out the food was there until we saw the food. What i like here: No need to walk very far to access the beach. All rooms are facing the beach and you just go out front and you already have access. Excellent place for elders and kids who love to run. It rained at night but their tent was arranged well and we did not get wet during our event. There was only 1 guest. I hope they did not get disturbed by the noise. This is Laiya so expect the 3-4 hours travel time from NCR. Maybe please add lotion inside the room. :) I will definitely go back here with my family.

Staff is very accommodating, and the food was fantastic! I do really enjoy celebrating my birthday with my friends in this resort. To the Acuatico reservation and resort staff, more power to you for giving my birthday the best attention and really memorable. See you again later!

Hi Team, Definitely will go back to this wonderful paradise! This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble. From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home. We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest. The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self. Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back. Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

Sicuramente si sentiva rubato con la targa P11k/night. Non essere ingannati, è un vecchio hotel che è ora gestito da Henry Hotel. Il servizio non era buono, le persone non avevano calore. Il personale del front desk ci ha fatto entrare e mi ha lasciato leggere le loro linee guida invece di spiegarle come ha fatto con gli altri ospiti che ci hanno preceduto (la lobby era piccola per poter ascoltare la loro conversazione). Non c'era nessun ospite che ci controllasse. Ci fu data la stanza più lontana al secondo piano. Abbiamo accettato questo perché dicevano che erano completamente prenotati e anche se abbiamo chiesto una stanza di pavimento perché abbiamo un toddler e sarebbe difficile salire e scendere le scale, e abbiamo visto anche le stanze senza occupazioni sul pavimento quando ci siamo reclutati. La camera era molto piccola, non c'era spazio per camminare liberamente per andare in bagaglio se il bagaglio (anche la dimensione del portafoglio) è aperto. L'AC nella stanza non è sufficiente per tenere la stanza fredda alla notte (forse non è sufficiente HP o il posizionamento è sbagliato?). Non c'era nessun rif per tenere l'acqua fredda, anche se si può chiedere acqua al loro ristorante. Il piano nella nostra stanza era timido e non si sentiva neanche pulito. Non c'era TV, che non c'era, che non c'era, da quando abbiamo trascorso il nostro tempo fuori/alla spiaggia. I bagni e i bagni erano vecchi e la zona di doccia non era ancora chiusa, quindi c'è una tendenza che la zona di doccia si bagna quando si fa la doccia. Il resort ha una piccola piscina con salotto solare limitato, quindi è necessario fare turni con gli altri ospiti per usare la piscina. Il colazione è piatto. La cena era solo ok. Ci aspettavamo una qualità superiore perché è apt 1b. E 'molto diversa dal loro ramo Makati. Abbiamo apprezzato le cabane sulla spiaggia, ma anche questo ha bisogno di riabilitare già. Abbiamo controllato gli altri resort vicino a questo hotel e hanno anche tariffe più economiche con migliori offerte (alberghi, cibo, camere più grandi, ecc.) In generale, l'hotel è troppo costoso in base a ciò che offrono. Non consigliamo l'hotel ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia.

Good cheap hotel with parking space , very convenient for a night. Rooms are clean and AC works properly. There is a 7 Eleven in a walking distance.

Il cibo al capitano Barbozza era eccellente, il servizio e il personale amichevole era assolutamente perfetto. Abbiamo avuto una vacanza per 3 giorni con il nostro figlio di un anno di età. Era davvero sorpreso di tutto il colore e la scena intorno ai cocooni. Le nostre vacanze erano memorabili.
