ZZaakiraOn arrival, the road leading to the hotel is very rocky. Hopefully, this is fixed, because the hotel itself is a pretty one. Lots of greenery around you, including the beautiful ocean view and infinity pool.
A lot of the rooms were not available, not because of it being booked, but for some untold reason. Our room had rusty sliding cupboard doors, unable to slide, a telephone that did not work, and cold water from the shower. After 30minutes of speaking to staff and management, they eventually transferred us to a different room without extra charges. The new room, however, coming with a few of it's own negatives, like a damaged face cloth, and a broken tile in the bathroom. The rest of the room, perfect haha.
Apart from these issues, that CAN BE FIXED with more attention and care to details, the hotel is good. Hopefully, management sees reviews like this, and takes immediate action.
Also, there is WIFI. On the App, it says No WIFI, but there is.

UUtente anonimoOttimo ubicazione. Mercato bagnato opposto con abbondante cibo locale. Conveniente per chiamare un taxi. Amichevole e persone orientate al personale.Colazione alle 07:00. Le scelte di cibo possono essere migliorate. 1 Ascensore disponibile.
I prezzi della stanza possono essere migliori. Perché non ristorante, buon cibo occidentale è 40 pesos taxi lontano. L'aeroporto è 20 min di guida (mattutina presto) e può essere organizzato alla reception. 600 pesos per un auto a sedere 7 o 8 pach.

Il colazione era delizioso, e mi piaceva il caffè, e le strutture erano eccellenti e contribuiscono a un soggiorno confortevole.
Ho letto alcune recensioni che indicavano che l’hotel era più vecchio, e ammesso che ero un po’ esitante a prenotare. Tuttavia, dal momento in cui ci siamo recati, ero incredibilmente soddisfatto. La stanza era pulita senza spot e avere un frigorifero era un grande toccamento. Mentre non c'era una finestra, era perfettamente buono per il nostro soggiorno di una notte, mentre ci siamo rimasti primariamente lì per riposare.
In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno! Grazie per aver fornito un'esperienza così positiva.

SSamHKTAll staffs are very nice and accommodating. I asked for a small item and they even bought outside just to accommodate my request. Room is clean. Was not able to try the pool due to busy schedule, the pool has a 4’ depth. Will book this place again next time I visit Dumaguete.

MMaebelleI recently stayed at Florentina Homes with my friends and we had a great experience. All of the staff, including the receptionists, guards, and technician were extremely accommodating and responsive to our requests. Despite initial skepticism due to rumors that the place was old, we found that it actually had a lot of character. The room we stayed in was very spacious and gave off a homey vibe, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary water provided by the apartelle. We also had the pleasure of dining at Gabby's Bistro, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, our stay was very convenient and smooth, and we would definitely consider returning to Florentina Homes in the future. We will also recommend this place to our friends and family who plan to visit Dumaguete.

PPeterIl personale è amichevole, la stanza è pulita e la posizione è buona. Mentre le opzioni per il colazione erano buone, penso che l'hotel avrebbe beneficiato di piccoli miglioramenti come le opzioni più sani come la compota di frutta o il succo fresco piuttosto che polvere.
TRIP dovrebbe aggiornare le loro informazioni come consigli di conferma mostra come 12.30pm checkout mentre il consiglio di ricezione è il tempo di checkout 12.00

UUtente ospiteGolden Gate Suites is in the heart of Dumaguete's old business center. There is not much ambiance to the place . You are only a 5 minute tricycle ride from the main boulevard along the coast or 5 minutes to Robinson's Mall. But for the price of the room (which was inexpensive) the stay was very acceptable. The front desk personnel were very courteous, the room was very quiet and clean with simple furnishings. The water pressure was fine with the hot water unit working just fine. Drinking water (hot and cold) was available free but you needed to go outside the room to get the water from a dispenser in the hallway. A/C worked well, Wi-Fi worked well, in fact nothing was broken or non-functioning.
If you want a place for the basic needs of a bed and good shower for a short stay at a very low price, this is an excellent option to consider. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

EEmmanuel SarmientoThe place is quiet, good for people who like relaxation in a tranquil environment. The room is okay, I got a small ne but it was enough for me since I came as a solo. However, I don‘t understand why it was so hard to hail a tricycle going to this place, no matter how near it actually is. Even the tricycles from there won‘t pick you up even when it‘s not yet fully occupied. So far my stay was good. I was able to work in my room, I just wished they have something like a study table where guests who needs to work remotely can work. Also, it would be nice if you know how to drive a motorbike and hold a driver‘s license. Cause going to the places there back in forth can be really hard when commuting only, unlike when you can rent a motorbike, you can go anywhere, anytime without a hassle.
