- Il personale era amichevole e estremamente utile -la camera era grande -la letto era comodo - le tovaglie erano fresche e buona qualità -la camera era molto buona - la pressione dell'acqua era buona - la vista era buona -il valore per i soldi Cosa da migliorare: -comunicazione del personale, dovevamo avere conoscenze e informazioni unificate - la colazione è stata servita fredda (Bec in casa non è ancora operativa) - la stanza 201 è rumorosa a causa del quartiere/lavanderia vicino al personale, appena alle 4:00 abbiamo sentito rumore che ci svegliano. In generale, è stato un piacevole soggiorno.È un nuovo resort.

Un endroit extraordinaire, niché au sein d'une forêt tropicale, véritable poumon de la ville d'Urdaneta, qui est à 2 pas. La gentillesse des employés vous fait vous sentir comme à la maison. La piscine immense est un plus dans cet endroit hors du temps. N'hésitez pas à découvrir cet endroit magnifique, vous ne serez pas déçu ❤️ Tout est à portée de main ici, mais pour vous déplacer n'hésitez pas à prendre les touk touk, les trycicles aménagés qui vous conduiront à votre destination... Ayez le cœur bien accroché 🤣🤣

First luxury hotel in Urdaneta city. Hotel is brand new. Modern and simple design. Rooms smells new. Everything is new! There's a chinese restaurant and a coffee shop, ktv rooms and function halls. Located in downtown Urdaneta city. Close to TPLEX, SM City Urdaneta Mall!

Very good modern hotel, done out very tastefully and with lovely staff. It has a good location in the town center, close to the iconic church shrine, and places to eat and small shops. The free parking is another plus, as is the diligent and professional security. Filipino breakfast also very nice. The WiFi is fast and TV choices OK. Just one thing is letting it down - if you are looking for a nice hot shower late at night or early in the morning, forget it. There does not seem to be any hot water at those times, and it’s lukewarm at best for the remainder. We asked about that, but received non-commital reply that everything was running ok and the maintenance staff was on day off on a Sunday. If we wanted they would give us a bucket of hot water to wash with. Sorry, but guests paying for a hotel like this, which isn’t a budget outfit, expect hot water. Maybe it’s trying to save money I don’t know (some sort of system can be heard running around 5 in the morning and warm water is on tap around an hour or two later). But either way, would only return again if that issue is fixed. So, great place with a bit of an issue with its hot water. Its excellent staff ensure a high score, despite its shortcomings which are definitely a management / ownership issue.
