L'hotel sembra trascurato e non mantenuto quando ho deciso di avere un soggiorno notturno dicembre 2023. Le foglie hanno un po' di tintura, e il bagno sembra mantenuto. Tuttavia, hanno uso gratuito di piscina di servizi durante il soggiorno. Il personale è stato cortese e accetta camminare quando ha camere disponibili. Durante questa visita, credo che anche si siano proseguiti miglioramenti all'interno della catena che va lì, così ci potrebbe essere una sorpresa che arriva in 2024

Our family spent a night at 2205 Suites when we were heading from Tobaco City to Villa Escudero. We checked in very late at 11 PM at night and the check in process included picking one of the three rice dishes for breakfast. They also offer welcome drink like a 5-star hotel but the options are limited to black tea and coffee. It is my recommendation for the hotel to cut this offer because it really does not match the segment of this hotel and offers no additional value to the customer. Leaving some tea bags and coffee in the hotel room would be sufficient. The room is spacious with pretty new kitchen with appliance. The bathroom is also structured nicely; the standing shower is separated from the toilet and water from shower won't spill to the toilet area. The only complaint is that the water is lurk warm (or cold in my standard). Given that it was almost mid-night, I didn't bother to call the front desk. Just took a quick shower and slept for the night. Our room faced an open field and I truly enjoyed the view of looking at the river, coconut trees, and the playing cows. It is a hotel in a countryside and that is what I want.

The W O R S T E V E R. This hotel was filthy. The entire place is in disrepair. The walls were filthy, the floors Washington, there was no shower curtain, the water took 15 minutes to get hot and we could not survive more than one night. We were happy to run away from this hotel and find a real hotel up the road. When we asked for our money back they offered us an upgrade. Upgrade from horrible is still horrible… Keep the money, no thanks. Do you have other options in the areas such as hotel Rosita which is clean and roughly the same amount of money. You don’t have to stay in this type of Turkish prison surrounding. The front staff was rude and arrogant and dismissive. I am happy never ever to go back to this hotel. I would suggest to anyone that wants to have a good night rest not to go to this disgusting, horrible place.

La camera era pulita e spaziosa abbastanza per mia madre e io. Il letto era particolarmente confortevole e la posizione dell'hotel era di sopra - proprio nel centro di Lucena. Sicuramente restare qui di nuovo quando sono a Lucena.

Questa parte dell'hotel della catena NOVOTEL credo che come ho sempre prenotato con loro ogni possibilità Quando viaggio, anche se alcuni posti alberghi non sembrano essere adeguatamente mantenuti, anche se questo posto a Lucena è molto, hanno servizio ascensore, la stanza è pulita e grande grande letto fermo e le mutandine fermo comodo, aveva una lampada da tavolo AC è diviso tipo così è tranquillo e lavorare, abbastanza grande bagno, grande hall, la mia unica disgusto è che non forniscono acqua e acqua calda o caldo per un caffè, hanno un distributore d'acqua nel pavimento, di cui 10 pesos per riempimento e 10 pesos se si chiede un'acqua calda per consegnare alla vostra stanza, anche se si può ottenere un'acqua calda gratuita in distributore doveva portare la vostra muffa o tazza.
