The hotel is located in the very heart of the city, just minutes and up to several hundred meters away from the main landmarks. Service is very good - I rated it 4 because of several flaws, including not very good support with handling luggage and parking space that is not very convenient.
Rooms at the first floor are a bit too dark for my taste, but very well furnished in the stile of the building.
Breakfast at the hotel was good, but can be chosen from a list of about 10 choices only.
It’s a very good choice of stay in the city - I do recommend.

La stanza n era pulita, ma le strutture non erano complete, dissero che non potevano portare un asciugacapelli da altre stanze? Non c'era acqua calda finché non abbiamo chiesto al ricevitore di aiutarlo. Telefono non funzionava, wifi era peggio dei miei dati. La squadra del receptionista era molto gentile e dispiace per le inconvenienti.L'aria condizionata era fredda e il letto era comodo, ma il coperchio si è mantenuto fuori dal coperchio. In generale, è bene rimanere in, ma prendete atto di portare il vostro secco dei capelli e, se ha bisogno di aiuto, devi andare al ricevitore per aiuto.

Il personale è amichevole e facile da parlare.È perfetto se non ti piace uscire, perché hanno una cucina e un frigorifero. Tuttavia, non c'è ascensore, quindi è meglio chiedere una stanza in terrazza se si hanno problemi di salute che rende difficile l'uso delle scale.

UUtente ospiteI really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.

NNoel MarcosOverall experience is very good with a few suggestions for improvement. The room rate is relatively lower. The facilities are new - freshly painted walls, spotless room, newly built restroom, cool aircon, and free parking. The staff are very friendly as well. The hotel location is still near Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos, less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tight road going there and after the short bridge, the vicinity becomes residential and dimly lit at night. The hotel seems newly built and still lacks a few necessities in the family room: bidet, shower heater, shower partition/curtain. The wifi signal is strong in the hallways (at room 12) but very weak inside the room.
Overall, the hotel has a strong potential to be a perfect alternative to established hotels in Vigan if they can improve further.

UUtente ospiteL'Hotel Vegan Plaza si trova nella migliore posizione - all'inizio della Calle Chrisilogo. È conveniente e facile raggiungere da qui a qualsiasi posto. Il Kalesa (cavallo e carico) e i tricicli sono situati proprio davanti all'hotel. La sorgente è a 7 minuti a piedi da qui e a 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di autobus. L'hotel è molto pulito e ben mantenuto. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Tutto quello che si chiede è stato visto immediatamente e con un sorriso. La colazione era buona, ci dovrebbe essere più varietà. Forniscono in camera massaggio che era grande. Hanno 2 ristoranti che forniscono una varietà di piatti locali. Il bagno è piccolo, tuttavia la doccia era fantastica. Questo è un ottimo hotel e sarei sicuramente rimasto qui quando arrivo a Vigan.

MMajaQuesto è il primo e unico hotel-museo nelle Filippine ed è stata un'esperienza semplicemente fantastica. Il personale è accogliente, la posizione è perfetta, proprio dietro l'angolo da Calle Crisologo. C'è una piscina al centro dell'hotel, ma sfortunatamente abbiamo avuto maltempo durante il nostro soggiorno e non abbiamo potuto godercela. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole e la colazione è servita in stile ”à la carte”, invece che a buffet. Tutto è stato semplicemente molto piacevole e Vigan è un must per i visitatori nelle Filippine!

GGordsNice hotel, although having the bar open late to 2am from Friday to Saturday & 4am on Saturday to Sunday meant a constant flow of people either arriving or leaving, some must have been wearing clogs or diving boots, as the noise was unbearable....kept me awake until 5am Sunday morning & our room was at the opposite end of the building from the bar. The bar snacks were good, breakfast on Monday took nearly 45mins to arrive, so coffee was already finished 35mins previously! Not certain if it's true, but there was a photography session ongoing on the ground floor on Monday, the photographer was also the chef, so suggest the chef books his photography sessions once his chef duties are completed...just a suggestion...not sure who does the ratings, but seems to me hotels can claim to be anything they want...this was more 3* than 5* from my experiences

Pulizia e pulizia molto rapida.
Ho chiesto a un calesa di guidarci intorno alla città, e hanno detto sì, hanno un contatto che ci prenderà al momento stabilito; e poi il tempo è arrivato e il calesa non è apparso, hanno chiamato il calesa guidatore e ha detto che ha un cliente. Quindi ha consigliato alle persone dell'hotel di dirci di andare a prendere Calesa al parco. Questo (servizio) sarebbe stato 5/5 se ci avessero immediatamente detto che è la stagione occupata, quindi non sappiamo se qualcuno può prendere te (e poteva averci consigliato di andare a prendere un calesa nel parco Burger dove c'è una stazione. Invece erano eccellenti!

RraskolnikovDeomar è sicuramente un buon risultato. Il prezzo è davvero ragionevole (anche se il prezzo del sito web non è aggiornato e ho dovuto aggiungere qualche centesimo al check-in, che è trascurabile). La posizione è molto buona, che è solo la distanza di bicicletta dal villaggio del patrimonio, e si, prestano i visitatori biciclette senza uso.
L'hotel è molto confortevole e pulito, e soprattutto tranquillo e rilassante. Il personale è molto bello e accogliente, anche. Il suo alto cinque!
