On arrival a gate-house guard let us in without instructions. After a few minutes of confusion we found the reception. We could see that it is just as it looks the photos; a beautiful quality built and very well maintained sparkling clean boutique hotel. We went to their 'Sunset Grill’ restaurant and seated by lovely staff, a little to eager to take our food order. The room was cool and music was calm and ambient. Exhale, after a long drive - perfect … Suddenly things erupted as the gentle music switched to blaring, loud ”Happy Birthday too you” .. the staff waiting our order burst into loud clapping hands. Repeat and repeat the song in different versions, and the clapping! I went out to the garden but it was also playing outside! I was out on the grass oval before I was far enough away from it, my wife and kids following. It eventually subsided so we returned and tried to and relax, but the birthday group was now shouting. A few pesky flies arrived and persisted, and more shouting so we set up outside. I ordered a NZ white wine at 1,900p, and it wasn't pre-chilled..!? We tried to relax and chill the wine, but many more flies, so we go back inside, but flies are inside too. The food came out and it was good, but stone cold mash potato - I dislike being served cold food, and I cant stand flies on us. We went back for dinner after 9pm. I ordered the steak and explained to the new staff shift that my lunch had been cold and to make sure the dinner was hot, especially the potato. It came out stone cold, again! .. with the worse steak I'd ever seen. Right at that moment about 9:40pm as the food arrived they started switching out the lights! We got up and left, forfeiting the food they already had us sign for. The next day while enjoying the beautiful hotel I notice the pool-bar by was not staffed, I found a staff and ordered 2 Budweiser but they only have 1 in stock. The coffee shop was not staffed either, nor the pizza bar. I walked to the restaurant and ordered pizza at the pool, but I am told I’m not allowed to eat it anywhere but in the resto, or in our room!?! The breakfast was awful - nicely cooked but bad choices of products; we forfeit our second day. Then the last day lunch was finally everything terrific! Lastly on the F&B, there was no water source for guests. So the reception kindly refilled our bottles with a source in the back office. The room is very nice and a good size, good AC and has views, but the bed was very hard foam with thin cheap sheets that are too small. Roll over, re-tuck the sheet, repeat, roll, re-tuck. No gowns nor toiletries either. I cannot understand why such a beautiful facility can have so many silly flaws. It is so close to being everything we look for - Boutique, Kid friendly, clean, play ground, games room and great staff with good swimming pools. I'm a bit disappointed with the hotel as we celebrated our new year. The lightings in the balcony were all busted and the front office team and engineering team cannot do anything as there's no available replacement lightings or bulbs during the night. In addition, the restaurant cafe midori told us to wait for an hour for the food to be serve, but we waited for 2 hours to get our orders. And upon check out, it caused another delay due to the miscommunication between the front office team and cafe midori regarding the 1000 food voucher. The attached photo was taken from our balcony.

Abbiamo celebrato qui il compleanno di mio figlio e abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni e 2 notti, è stata la migliore decisione mai, perché l'hotel ha fatto la mia famiglia davvero speciale durante il nostro soggiorno. Ogni persona che era molto accogliente e gentile dava un sacco di trattamenti e anche decorava la nostra stanza con palloncini e banner di compleanno. Alla fine del giorno che ci ha detto questo è il suo compleanno. Grazie, Swissotel, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile.

Grandi camere. I bambini godono della piscina e del parco. Ci sono un dovere gratuito nel pavimento e, naturalmente, un ******.

Siamo stati al nostro soggiorno di anniversario, e per la prima volta in tutti i luoghi in cui abbiamo soggiornato (e ci piace viaggiare e soggiornare in luoghi più economici), mi sono svegliato con un pezzo di canestro sul mio occhio. Non avrei pubblicato un recensione ma continua a far male, non posso sradicare l'occhio e è stato pesante, così fa male e non posso lavorare proprio da, e faccio lavoro online, così è stato duro :( le strutture sono buone. Il cibo è costoso, non molto di una selezione, ma spero che si puliscano meglio. Ho detto alla ricezione e mi hanno puntato all'occhio, ci hanno dato un'ora di proroga per il checkout, che non è davvero speciale, o compensa per i danni che hanno causato la pulizia scarsa :/

Non è stato facile quando abbiamo iniziato a cercare la nostra ricezione di nozze intorno alle Filippine, perché ci sono così tante opzioni da scegliere. L'anno scorso siamo stati in servizio all'Hotel Clark Marriott, quindi ha un posto speciale nel nostro cuore, quindi io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo finalmente deciso di fare il nostro matrimonio qui. Siamo stati così felici di aver scelto l’Hotel Clark Marriott, abbiamo avuto il migliore e eccellente servizio clienti mai sperimentato, soprattutto con l’aiuto di Jonas Carlo e Laila, senza di loro non sarebbe possibile avere il nostro matrimonio sogno veramente. Ci hanno guidati e camminati fino alla fine, dalla nostra suite presidenziale, dal gusto alimentare, dalle garanzie e da altre straordinarie perche' tutto andava bene e tranquillo, senza stress, qualunque cosa abbiamo chiesto loro faranno funzionare il più possibile. È stato così facile comunicare con loro anche il nostro coordinatore di matrimonio è stato anche sorpreso come i cuochi, i dirigenti e altri membri del personale dell'hotel sono così professionali, amichevoli e molto accoglienti. Un anno di preparazione, ma sicuramente valeva la pena, ogni momento che abbiamo trascorso a Clark Marriott superava le nostre aspettative, la parte migliore era che tutti di noi ci piacevano e tutti i nostri ospiti hanno avuto un feedback positivo. Raccomandiamo al Clark Marriott Hotel di celebrare il vostro matrimonio, assolutamente più di 5 stelle per noi. Grazie, signori Jonas Carlo e Laila, per il vostro fantastico servizio!

Very affordable accommodation for 3BR unit and the location is close to restaurants and ******. We will surely go back to this place.
