E'troppo lontano, come un popolare, ci sono feste al terzo piano di notte e di notte, o sono molto stupidi e sicci.La famiglia del negozio e' buona.Il prezzo non e' basso, ma sembra che sia economico.

Second time to stay. Loved the bicol express. Staff are acoomodating. Stayed for the 2nd time in the apartment type room, 2-storey facing the pool. may accommodate up to 8 pax, comfortable sleeping. Easy to access, with wide parking space.

Highly recommended. The staffs are accommodating and are always attentive. The place is clean and ready when we arrive. The location is accessible to transportation, food places and tourist areas. Added to its allure is the immaculate view overlooking the city. While it's wifi signal is decent.

AAugustDCleanliness is good. Some of the amenities was not able to fill in before guest check in like the bathrobeI still need to request for it. The mini bar or mini ref doesn’t have any drinks available to drink. But all in all it was good staying here for 1 night. The experience was good will try again next time their different types of room. When it comes to their breakfast buffet not so impressive for the food choices just a simple options for the daily breakfast.

Il cibo nel buffet di colazione incluso era grande. La varietà di cibo era eccellente ma non aveva alcun succo di frutta disponibile. Altrimenti il caffè Lotus Blue aveva anche un grande cibo a un prezzo molto ragionevole.
La posizione era molto vicina alla zona principale e a piedi di distanza dai centri puliti con molte opzioni alimentari e ristoranti.
Purtroppo, abbiamo avuto una cattiva esperienza con la stanza. Il riscaldatore d’acqua calda all’interno della stanza non funzionava. Lo abbiamo immediatamente segnalato al divano frontale. Hanno mandato un meccanico di manutenzione per risolverla, ma la stessa questione ogni volta che abbiamo provato ad usare la doccia. Egli promise di sostituire il riscaldatore mentre ci andavamo, ma quando tornammo, il riscaldatore d’acqua calda non funzionava ancora; l’acqua dal doccia sarebbe uscito prima molto calda e difficile da regolare. Poi dopo che l'acqua è uscito molto freddo. Ho riportato la stessa questione al divano frontale, ma non ho avuto risultati. Grazie a Dio siamo stati bloccati solo per due giorni.

Ggibo_27Location is great - near malls, parks and seaside. The room looks nice and neat. Beddings and furnishings are great. Buffet bfast was good as well. Staffs are polite and great. Shuttle service is available and arrived earlier than scheduled which is very convenient.
Cable tv does not have any channels. Hot shower is not available on my room - others seem to have it based on other reviews.

Llove18This place is best for a nearby get up within the city. The bed is just normal though the room is big but no other supplies where you can hang your clothes. The receptionist is not welcoming, sometimes you can hear loud noises outside the hallway and sometimes I am awake when I'm asleep. One should be welcoming and pleasing whenever greetings some guests. I can suggest this to couples , friends, even solo travelers who just want to stay there for a resst but prefer to travel and visit nearby places since it is accessible.

UUtente ospiteThe room is smaller than what we expected. The CR is glass-walled from the outside and has gaps where someone can peek at the holes. The lavatory faucet is so hard to turn on like it has not been used for a long time. The bidet is on the left side of the toilet bowl, which is so unusual in my experience. The scent of the room is too fragrant that it makes someone with allergy and sneeze.
For breakfast, it was fine. The only problem is that there are flies around the salad and fruits bar.

ROOM
Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay.
RESTAURANT
Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving.
Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast.
POOL
Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo.
SERVICE
The staff are all respectful.
PRICE
It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.

UUtente ospiteExcellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

IIgnacioIl posto è molto conveniente per esplorare sia la città di Legazpi che il Monte Mayon, come è nel punto centrale tra entrambi. Il letto è molto comodo. La stanza è anche abbastanza tranquilla e pulita. Le ragazze incaricate sono anche molto carine.
