Wanted to see about staying a few extra hours in hotel and willing to pay for the 4 extra hours I had a medical issue that I need to test a few hours before getting on plane. Willing to pay the $60 to stay a few more hours and was told $60 was only for two hours that to stay the extra 4?hours would be a full night charges. The hotel with out a heart

Se vuoi un posto dove lo stai solo usando per ricarrare (sleep/nap) e tornare a esplorare, questo è perfetto. È in una buona posizione e proprio lungo la strada dalla ferry se stai cercando di visitare altre isole. Ho prenotato una camera singola, senza finestre, con un letto di dimensioni reale. Non ho mai soggiornato in un posto come questo, ero scettico al compartimento delle camere da letto, ma il personale sta pulendo costantemente questo spazio. Non ho mai visto una camera da letto in cattiva forma. Il centro di Wi-Fi è situato nel 7o piano e il bar Reeftop nel 8o piano. Mi preoccupava di viaggiare qui solo con la barriera linguistica, ma erano certamente alcuni dei più amici che ho incontrato durante la mia visita.

Grande stanza, ma non utilizzato in modo efficiente. Il bagno non era adeguatamente protetto. E la doccia era all'interno del bagno. Il bidet del bagno deve essere spenta, altrimenti si svuoterà. La posizione era proprio davanti al terminale della navetta.

We were sent here by Air Tahiti Nui after they cancelled our flight, but this is a boutique hotel with only 22 rooms and Air Tahiti Nui sent 10 parties of people here 🤯. Of course none of this was the fault of the Maitai, and their staff was sooooo understanding of our situation. Not only did they get on the phone multiple times with Air Tahiti Nui to make sure the people they could not fit got accommodation elsewhere, they actually called the other accommodation to make sure they really had room for us! For me, the best customer service comes from people who truly care about people, regardless of whether you are a customer yet. Thank you Maitai staff for going above and beyond to take care of a bunch of tired folks who just wanted to get some rest after a frustrating experience. We will definitely visit next time we are in Papeete!

Era fantastico, persone molto amichevole, ma: sono stato scorretto il 28e da un bicchiere d'acqua di doccia, il mio polso abbastanza ( almeno) spezzato, non è stato trattato seriamente, la tovagliola è stata messo e ho dovuto pregare per il ghiaccio per raffreddare Una delle donne mi ha dato del ghiaccio. Ora; 1 settimana dopo: non può ancora usare la mia mano Anche: fuga nel villaggio, idem Non è presa sul serio, anche lì solo un asciugamano e poi nominare: niente, quindi solo asciugamano preso e la trascura gettato in loro un coltello E' un peccato, perche' era ancora buono. Avrei dovuto lasciare che un dottore li avesse fatto pagare i gatti, visto dopo. Ora: il mio bikini è ancora in tasca, non vogliono mandarlo, anche se io paghi. E' stato un po' triste, perche' era ancora in piedi, anche se avevo l'unica letto che mi stava scalzando e non ho dormito 11 notti.

On our way to Moorea, we stopped over at the Hilton Tahiti for a couple of days. But those couple of days ended up being a lovely mini-vacation in itself. This property is exquisite because of its location and because it is very well managed. Usually we prefer an upper floor location, but upon checking-in, the very friendly front desk agent, Here, responded to our request for a ”quiet” room with a lovely ground-floor location with a large patio overlooking the flowering gardens and the ocean. Exquisite! The room was very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. (Veryx3!) It was also well designed and thoughtful in its detailing. Breakfast was served in the main restaurant and as Diamond members, we had a reserved window table each morning overlooking the water and the colorful inhabitants. What a thoughtful and simple touch that goes a long way in recognizing Hilton loyalty, and we noticed more of those simple yet graceful touches demonstrated by the staff during our stay. It seems that this property, like most hotels on the island of Tahiti, is used as a launching pad for guests to travel to the other islands and also as a stop on their way home while waiting for a red-eye flight out of PPT. Because of that, there are always a number of people and groups coming and going at all times. And this hotel handles it beautifully. While some properties might show their strain under such pressure, the Hilton actually shines brighter by being able to treat each guest with the wonderful hospitality and friendliness that graces all of French Polynesia. 素敵なオーナーのゲストハウスです！ アットホームな雰囲気でタヒチの滞在を楽しめます。 とても居心地の良い宿でした。

The hotel is set in lovely grounds with the ground floor rooms have doors opening onto the garden. The swimming pool is well maintained and not overcrowded. Our room was large with good A/C. Perhaps the shower and loo were in need of a little TLC but that’s a minor fault. The dining area was large and served good food though a full breakfast was a little overpriced. We would go back willingly.
