It’s a nice and cozy hotel. Overall I enjoyed staying here. A couple of areas this hotel can do to even be a better stay are: 1. Room doors don’t seem to block any noise from the hallway.. We literally could hear people opening and closing doors and could hear their conversations. 2. The breakfast was great! But we initially we were told it’s going to be in the restaurant area and then ended up in the rooms. I think better communication would’ve been useful. Again, the food was great and actually very affordable. A side note: I woke up with the sun in my eyes in the morning because the small bathroom window was basically aligned to the bathroom door and into the bed (not serious, but could be fixed perhaps)..

It's an absolute pleasure to review Remas Hotel Suites as a positive experience. From the first enquiry, to the end of our stay there was nothing to fault. The initial queries regarding the property were quickly and efficiently handled by the front office staff; giving some confidence that if booked we would not be disappointed. I would rate Jose, Lindo & all front office as 'A' grade personnel, who, from arrival ensured we had a complimentary early check-in from an overnight flight, similarly we were afforded a complimentary late check out to meet our airport departure. There is so much to commend about this accommodation; despite not being in central Muscat it has a nearby supermarket should you require anything, although there is very little anyone would require from outside, as the facilities and service are excellent. The food service again was very very good(excellent really). We had breakfast served in the on-site restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on occasion for dinner, and used room service on many occasions. Farhan & Prakash ensured we were looked after very well, with high quality food in both presentation and taste; the portions are large, and delicious. Compliments to the chef! Our room was big, having two bathrooms, two tv's, a seperate kitchen area, a dining table, a couch in a comfortable seating area, also a large comfortable bed. Despite being close to a major road the room was peaceful, and quiet; we slept well. Although I didn't use it, there is an exercise centre that I'm sure would meet ones needs. The swimming pool is divided into two large, one deep, and one not so, circular shapes with umbrellas and lounges, this is open until late in the evening; the only thing I would recommend here is a partial shade sail could be of benefit. Jose from the front office arranged a chauffeur, Mahommad, to ensure our stay was positive from our arrival; later we utilised a hire car for more extensive travel. There is plenty of on-site parking that is secure with a 24 hour monitored front office presence. We loved our stay, only wishing it could have been longer. Loz

Il normale corpo fisico è posto sia nel lobby che nelle camere da letto. Non c'è niente da denunciare. Ci sono alcuni *******, tuttavia. Le bottiglie dello shampoo ecc. sono bloccate sul muro, come al solito in questi giorni. Tuttavia, il loro fornitore fornisce bottiglie che non sono visibili. Quindi il personale non ha modo di sapere quando sono vuoti. E ovviamente non sono addestrato a controllare quotidianamente. Lo stesso vale per le scale del bagno che non hanno mai funzionato. E c'è relativamente poco spazio per tutto quello che non puoi affiancare.Il sostituzione di tovaglioli è un po'battuto e perso. Se c'è il tovagliolo di piano, le tovagliole mani non saranno. Ho soggiornato in un hotel che mi ha chiesto quanto duro/soft volevi essere le tue mutande e ho pensato che fosse un po' di affascinamento. Ho davvero perso questa opzione qui. La colazione è ok. Il solito buffet internazionale. In un certo senso, la forma dei prodotti locali e la formatura della clientela erano molto sorprendenti; in un paio di occasioni, le uova scrambled erano verdi in mezzo, quindi li ho dato una sorpresa. In generale, alla fine non ero certo di chi pensavano come cliente, alcuni aspetti suggeriscono un pubblico commerciale internazionale (ma nessuna macchina per il calzino brilla da nessuna parte). Altri aspetti suggeriscono un pubblico familiare locale, ma il colazione suggerisce altrimenti.
