Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte qui. Buono valore per soldi, le letti erano buoni, avendo un risparmio privato un bonus dopo un lungo giorno. Molto pulito e tempestivo e una comoda unità di pavimento, che avevamo chiesto. Quando non sai che Tauranga era una missione, l'ultima volta che la strada era confusa, era la battaglia del motel. Ha detto che la macchina del caffè sulla pubblicità, nessun piastrelle o macchina, ma piastrelle fornite caffè ...... così poteva essere presa. Se rimarremmo più a lungo, li avrei chiesto di questo. In tutto comodo.

I stayed in room 002, ground floor. This was a two bedroom apartment (I was upgraded). It was spacious, and clean and tidy. I've stayed in Quests from Auckland to Invercargill and this was one of the best. I book serviced apartments when I travel so I can prepare my own food. Often the kitchens are quite poorly equipped. Maybe there's no sieve, or no tin opener, or no vegetable peeler. This one had everything I needed for once! And they passed my personal acid test: the iron was completely free of burn marks! The staff at Quest kindly took my supermarket delivery order and even put things in the freezer and fridge as appropriate (I've had other places leave frozen food to thaw). It's quiet and well positioned for the centre of town. Unlimited WiFi is a real plus. I'm not much of a TV watcher but there seemed to be a full Sky service.

Molto comodo soggiorno. Bella mano fatta biscotti e bottiglie d'acqua sul letto quando siamo arrivati. Hotel è pulito, moderno, il personale è utile e amichevole. Ha una bella stanza con vista sulla piscina che guarda la barca. Amo il pavimento riscaldato nel bagno. Passeggiare a tutti i bar e ristoranti della spiaggia. L'unico negativo era la lenta internet, quindi non poteva guardare il nostro Netflix. L'hotel mi ha contattato non appena abbiamo lasciato la nostra notte, dicendo che potevano mandarla a me, un grande servizio clienti.

La vacanza di un minuto e questo era disponibile per la prenotazione. Prendeva un'unità di studio e era davvero bello per noi - due adulti e un adolescente. Se avessimo tutto quello che ci serviva - fantastico fan fornì per aiutarci a mantenere anche il freddo. Condiziona le letti e la grande TV con tutti i canali del cielo. Bella stanza con giardini bellissimi anche :). La posizione era buona - non rumorosa e non fuori strada. Grazie per averci.

Camminare circa 15 minuti dal luogo principale di Liangga, C'è un hotel auto vicino a un'oceano tranquillo. Poiché ci sono pochi negozi, si può incontrare problemi sul riso, ma se si va a Chicago Mountain, si possono scegliere molti negozi. Il personale è molto amichevole, il sorriso è buono ♪ I edifici stessi sembrano molto vecchi, ma l'interno è molto pulito, con TV, cucina e bagno molto pulito. Penso che sia comodo il trasporto perché si può guidare fino alla montagna di Zhanganui in 6.7 minuti.

Pros: posizione conveniente, timido, spazioso, amichevole, parcheggio gratuito. Puoi lasciare la macchina al motel e camminare ogni volta per cena. La stanza ha un bel bagno bagno. Ho accidentalmente lasciato il mio telefono e mi hanno mandato indietro. Cons: alcune camere familiari sono collegate alle prossime camere con una porta chiusa. La porta non è probata, quindi possiamo sentire il vicinato sgridare e tosse molto forte tutta la notte. (Un'altra volta, non abbiamo avuto questo problema perché non c'era una porta di connessione) Se volete il latte dovete chiederlo o non vi daranno. Le questioni erano minori e noi restiamo ancora.

A causa di un'emergenza familiare, sono rimasto qui tre notti a breve termine - fortunato a trovare una stanza come è in alta domanda. Gli studios dirigenti sono di buona dimensione e puliti, con nuovi apparecchi, aria condizionata e TV grande con accesso a Sky più fornitori personalizzati come Netflix ecc. La ricezione è molto accessibile, e dalle conversazioni ho imparato che il proprietario ha una grande esperienza internazionale di guidare alloggi di alta estremità. Parcheggio gratuito, e letteralmente lungo la strada dall'entrata principale dell'ospedale Tauranga. Il CBD è a pochi minuti di auto, supermercato e cibo a piedi. Non esitarei a rimanere qui di nuovo - terribile

UUtente ospiteL'alloggio è stato spazioso, recentemente ristrutturato con splendida decorazione e un bel posto per stare lontano dalla spiaggia e proprio sotto la montagna. Il checkin era semplice e il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Rimarremmo sicuramente qui di nuovo.

KKathyLa posizione era grande. Passeggiata facile verso il Monte e la spiaggia. Molti negozi, ristoranti e caffè a piedi. Il letto era molto comodo.La cucina era ben attrezzata. Poteva essere più generoso con carta da bagno, bin liner e sapone forniti in camera, ma immagino che se chiessiamo al direttore di avere più fornito, sarebbe stato fornito. Altrimenti un soggiorno molto piacevole.

UUtente ospiteHOLIDAY NOT BUSINESS TRIP After a 30 hour flight from England to NZ, we checked into the hotel exhausted and in need of a wash and relaxation. Coming up from behind the hotel, it doesn't look like much, however when you view it from the street behind (where the door isnt) it is quite something to behold. We went over to the desk to find a very enthusiastic woman called Julia. She welcomed us warmly to the hotel, was delighted we prepaid and explains everything about the hotel we needed to know in a detailed concise speech i'm sure she needs a raise for. Her whole manner picks up our mood as she enquires about us and our holiday. Julia is by far the best thing about this hotel, throughout our stay she was very helpful, ordering us a taxi (they have this button so you don't have to pre-order one) and greeting us whenever we came into the hotel. The other hotel staff were nice, pleasant and helpful enough, especially when i locked the room key in our room...but Julia stood out by a mile. We booked a twin room and had been upgraded to a twin room with double beds and a balcony! On account of us staying a full week Julia went through how how we can order more toilet rolls, products ect and new towels. Due to covid they dont clean rooms until you check out. On the balcony was a fan and inside we had a mini fridge. Not sure if these two things are in all NZ hotels due to the heat, but it was much appreciated! The bathroom was massive, a spacious place with bathtub with spa bubble option and two his and hers sinks joined with a massive mirror. The hair products were local and contained no SLS ect. and came in refillable bottles fixed to the walls. It's the first time ive actually used the products in a hotel! The hotel room itself was quite large, the NZ fern design on pillows and a large closet with extra pillows and blankets. Loads of herbal tea (jasmine green, lemon ect.), coffee and even wine glasses! A small table in the corner was a good size, I dislike when desks are too big with massive chairs that take up all the space. This was not so in our room! Beside each bed was a draws to store even more stuff in. One of the best, most spacious hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. We also got a voucher for some money off in the eatery but we never had breakfast there or dinner so i can't comment on the food. I did go into the breakfast hall and it seemed like continental with limited hot food. The usual, toast, jams, cereal, fruit ect. The hotel has an outdoor swimming, laundry facilities (which were most helpful as they supply you with powder). We asked a few times for our bottles to be refilled as no water fountain and members if staff seemed happy to do so. As the hotel is in the centre of the CBD loads of cafes and restaurants were within a short walking distance. As for transport, I mentioned the taxi button earlier, a few Lime electric scooters were always outside the hotel (hire on app) and are readily avaible nearby. The bus station is a short w

UUtente ospiteBooked last minute as a birthday treat. Did not realise on booking that you had to check in before 6pm, I called at 5.55 to let them know we were 10 minutes alway but no answer. Arrived just after 6pm, had to call the after hours we were meet by a man, we had already prepaid the room which was $266 for a bottom floor, one bedroom apartment. He told us we needed to pay a bond which I assumed would be $50-$100. We had to pay a $250 bond upfront to stay here. That was our dinner and activities money for the night. So had to cancel our plans. The room was dated, there was no body/hair wash left. There was no milk in the fridge so couldn't make a hot drink. As others have mentioned there are signs all over the room about extra charges, if you ring them after 9pm for anything you will get charged, if you leave anything in the room you will be charged and even more unnecessary fees. Tiny rubbish bin. The room was a good size but the headboard on the double bed isn't attached so everytime you turn over it bangs and so when you are there for a child free night you can imagine how much it was banging. It was right next to the road and it was a raining miserable night and it was loud, cars driving past, people walking/running past you can hear everything, image it during the busy season. The noise from the above room you can here people walking around. We were quite disappointed so I had a look at the other reviews this morning and I really wish I had of read them before booking here :( On check out which you had to wait as they are only there at reception between 8.30-10am on weekends. I asked the man to refund my $250 bond and he said that he can't and it won't be refunded until about Tuesday but it can take 10 business days. We had said about the missing amenities and he didn't care. Then we asked about all the bad reviews and he started getting angry. My husband reliased we had left a bag in the room and wanted to go get it and as we were approaching the room my husband made a comment about no wonder you have so many bad reviews and he told my husband to shut his mouth and he locked the room door and said to get out! He was not going to allow us to go back into the room to get our things. And said to ring the police if we wanted our stuff back. By this stage my husband was really mad and I ended up needing to call the police so they could go get our stuff from the room. Our uber driver had shown up and manager/man on reception had disappeared and some other lady that was obviously to what was happening came out and I said can I just get the key and I'll go get our stuff since we don't actually have to check out until 10am and she was saying I can't, I don't know what is happening. A couple minutes later she comes back in with our bag and continued to argue. Even the uber driver heard it and he is a 70 year old man and he came in to the reception and said they should not of been treating customer how they treated us. I will be going to

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo trascorso una sola notte qui. Buono valore per soldi, le letti erano buoni, avendo un risparmio privato un bonus dopo un lungo giorno. Molto pulito e tempestivo e una comoda unità di pavimento, che avevamo chiesto. Quando non sai che Tauranga era una missione, l'ultima volta che la strada era confusa, era la battaglia del motel. Ha detto che la macchina del caffè sulla pubblicità, nessun piastrelle o macchina, ma piastrelle fornite caffè ...... così poteva essere presa. Se rimarremmo più a lungo, li avrei chiesto di questo. In tutto comodo.
