As a group of 15, we specifically asked about dinner at the restaurant at check-in, because there are no other eating options. We were only told to be early since it closes at 8:30. We got to the restaurant at 7pm and were told that we needed to have pre-ordered so dinner was not available. We only got the bar menu so dinner was pizza. Really disappointing for what we thought was supposed to be a premium stay and premium experience that we selected to celebrate a social occasion. We were also disappointed that the rooms telephone to reception didn't work and wifi didn't work. After telling reception several times, we were told at 7pm, ”Look we can't fix it we can just move your room, so you decide what you want to do”. Definitely not the experience we expected nor the customer service we expected for the price we were paying.

泊車十分方便，前台職員在8:30至到下午五時服務，或是至六時？忘記了。強烈建議如果要登記入住要早點去到，否則之後過後是沒有職員的。衛生尚可，房內有廚房，可以煮食，有微波爐，沒有每天清潔房間的服務，如需要，要另外付款。另外洗衣服務亦也要付款。方便揸車的人，附近兩三分鐘就去到一個大商場。

Le strutture, la posizione e le strutture sono buone nelle stanze degli studio. La pulizia è davvero buona, l'unica cosa sarebbe che, perché non ci sono finestre nella stanza, c'è un odore di meraviglia ogni volta che entrate, dopo essere venuti dall'esterno. Il servizio sarebbe un settore per il miglioramento delle conoscenze. Quando firmai il contratto di camera, chiedevo alle receptionist le domande su come fare il checkout precoce e su cosa è il servizio di turndown ma lei ha detto che non sapeva molto sul contratto e non ci ha consigliato di ottenere una “2a chiave” che abbiamo bisogno per Scarica un app per accedere alle nostre camere, perché dovevamo usare la chiave che ci fu data per accedere alla stanza. Anche le funzioni sulla nostra TV non funzionavano, quindi abbiamo chiamato il ricevitore e ha detto che dovrebbe essere lì, ma l'opzione HDMI non era mostrata. Quindi ha finito la nostra chiamata telefonica con io non so, non possiamo aiutarvi con questo, non abbiamo un tecnico.

I reserved two rooms on points and arrived from AKL at 630am with my family of 4. I knew we were very early and had expected we wouldn’t be able to check in. We were greeted by Front desk manager Anna (sp?). She initially told us we could store our luggage and use the gym to change our clothes. After a few minutes m, she came back and said she was able to get two rooms for us to check into immediately. It was greatly appreciated. After that, check in was quick. My Diamond status was recognized and was offered free continental breakfast. We were given rooms 109 and 111 which are connecting. The rooms were well appointed and very stylish. Everything was modern from climate control to all the outlets available (including wireless charging areas on nightstands). Don’t worry if you don’t have an adapter here! The mattress is very comfortable, but I didn’t like the pillows. They made my neck hurt. Bath products are Crabtree and Evelyn and the water pressure is great. We did use room service one night and it was delivered within 30 minutes. The crispy Korean chicken was quite good. Breakfast in the restaurant is also good. $20 for continental and $30 for full. Standard options available. All the staff in the morning were friendly and welcoming. The location is about 25-30 mins from AKL, and south of CBD. It’s a good spot to base out of if you are exploring area south of Auckland. There are McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Sushi, and convenience store all across the street (5-10 min walk). This is not a place to stay if you are looking to explore CBD or are looking for a lot retail and food within walking distance. But for us, it was just fine. The entire property is new and there is a great modern style to it. All the staff were courteous and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Solo a pochi passi dal Manukau Mall, McDonalds, Wendy's, Subway, Burger Fuel, Countdown e Pak'N'Save. Noi volevamo rimanere per un breve periodo, ma un problema medico è emerso e il ricevitore ha riordino altre prenotazioni per assicurarsi che potessimo sta in una stessa stanza. Il personale, compresi i puliziatori, erano molto amichevoli. L'unico motivo per cui ho dato un 4 piuttosto che più alto è che il WiFi è stato colpito e perso.
