Durante il nostro soggiorno dal 18 al 22 settembre 2024, il personale dell'hotel ha chiesto di controllare la nostra esperienza, che è stato un gesto pensiero. Tuttavia, ritengo che sarebbe più pratico incoraggiare gli ospiti a lasciare il loro feedback tramite un codice QR collegato a Google Maps. Ciò non solo renderebbe più facile per gli ospiti fornire input dettagliati, ma servirebbe anche come promozione gratuita per l'hotel, rispetto all'uso di un modulo tradizionale di feedback al check-out.

************* semuanya okay kat sini. Rumah lengkap dengan fasiliti yang basic, mudah check in check out, owner pun baik mudah berurusan. Aircond ada kat setiap bilik & ruang tamu. Master bedroom katil queen, 2nd & 3rd room ada 2 katil single. TV ada netflix, wifi pun laju. Swimming pool pun bersih & luas. Insyaallah kalau ada rezeki ke Kedah, saya booking lagi.

The room is clean but small for twin bed. Very little space to solat. Not suitable for elderly because no lift provided. Steep stairs and need to be careful if traveling with kids.

The experience staying at the hotel was amazing. The friendly staffs and good customer services. We were facilitated with complete peace and calm. The pool has three sections, which were kids, 4 feet and 4 feet 6 inch, and secured with 24-hour CCTV around the pool area. The pool were also completed with their own toilet and changing room. I love staying here, and I will recommend it to others as well. 🥰
