È un hotel molto nuovo, i mobili della stanza non hanno visto il tratto e la lacrima, ma la pressione del riscaldamento dell'acqua non è abbastanza forte. La posizione è buona vicino al ristorante di Jalan Dewa, ma troppo vicino alla congiunzione stradale, ha molta moto e il suono del camion a mezzanotte.

Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

In generale è media. Questo hotel deve migliorare le strutture di manutenzione. Il bambino di campo non può essere utilizzato a causa della sporcizia e il modello di animale è molto pericoloso da giocare. In generale è ok. Piscina OK. Spero che la gestione possa migliorare sulla questione di manutenzione. Tq

The location is great with a lot of eateries nearby. The sound proofing however is fairly poor and the amenities are basic. The check in process was okay however the front desk wasn’t the friendliest person ever.
