È considerato buono per il prezzo che hai pagato. Non aspettare una qualità di 5 stelle quando paghi un prezzo di 2 stelle. In generale la pulizia è OK ma non aspettare alcun supplemento come altri Hotel, cioè sapone, torcia, acqua, ecc...
Sono rimasto per 3 giorni con i miei amici. Dal primo check-in all'ultima check-out, mi sono sentito molto comodo. Il personale dell'hotel con cui ho avuto contatto erano molto amichevoli. Il colazione era anche buono. Ho fortemente raccomandato di rimanere in questo hotel.

Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying.
We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it.
Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train.
Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel.

The location is great with a lot of eateries nearby. The sound proofing however is fairly poor and the amenities are basic. The check in process was okay however the front desk wasn’t the friendliest person ever.
My requirements are a bit higher since I had been staying many hotels in kl and Johor. The hotel is a bit older. Even though the room fees are included breakfast for 2 people for each room but the breakfast not really good, for us still think that lack of choices for breakfast. Anyway it is still acceptable, may stay again future.
Worst cust service ever during check in. Was mistaken with other traveller as we had same name but different sir name. He ask me to pay for the room but i already paid via booking.com.The receptionist has no courtesy to double check my booking number even i showed him my booking details and given him my ic. I need to settle it by myself (i had to call *********** customer service). After confirmed that i already paid, the receptionist never called to check in. It's *********** who called me back.
The worst part was when i ask him to double confirm, he went to ask another receptionist (a lady) but she didnt check my booking. She said ”ha,tak bayar lagi”. What a shame.
The room was spacious but dusty. Got iron and iron board, a coffee machine with 1 coffee capsule. Got buggy service from room to the lobby.
