Hotel situato vicino al caffè Starbucks, molto conveniente per bere un caffè, ma l'hotel non offre colazione gratuita e non dispone di TV in diretta.

Il servizio è buono. Attento con trip.com come prenoto per 2 camere e pagato anche per 2 camere, ma quando arrivo all'hotel, hanno detto che ricevevano solo una prenotazione di 1 camera e mi hanno anche mostrato la prenotazione dal loro sistema. Dopo 30 minuti di discussione e sono così fortunata quella notte, qualcuno uscirà presto e ho 2 camere e il ricevitore è molto gentile e utile. Continuate a scusarmi per cose che non sono loro colpa, ma ho una stanza diversa da quello che ho prenotato, ma penso che sia tutto a posto, perché l'hotel è stato prenotato completamente. La porta ha un problema che non funziona bene, ma io rimango solo per 1 notte, quindi non c'è problema con me. Altri, sono soddisfatto del servizio e della stanza. La stanza e il bagno sono molto spaziosi e abbiamo un buon sonno. Grazie al receptionista.

Good location budget hotel in Batu Pahat, booked the hotel at last minute with affordable price. Staffs provided an excellent service, they'll place the parking coupon for guest in the next morning. The Standard Twin Room just average, cleanliness could be better, good water pressure but slightly slow Wifi. Overall, it was a good stay!

Evrything is good. It was my second accomodation and choice to stay at here, but seems my family member is not satisfied with the smells having inside the room, seems to be the cleaning detergent smells, other than that is okay.

We booked 3 rooms for me and my children. During checkout my son was accused for a missing glass in a bathroom. My son told me the glass was not there when he entered the room and why on earth my son want to take the glass ... we have plenty of better ones at home. No broken glass pieces was seen in the room. The reception keep on stating that the housekeeping said it was there. First they did not do a walk in with the guest during room entering to confirm the glass was there and not even a notice the glass should be in the room. I ended paying rm20 for a shitty glass and don't have time to argue as we are rushing to pay my passing uncle a last respect before the funeral. So my advice is to be careful with this hotel! It's not about the money but you cannot accused people without a proper SOP at the first place! NOT COMING HERE!

Just can sleep , nothing much to recommend too. Horrible service , dirty toilet, dirty corridor, only got stair case . No lift to use.

A me piace la stanza spaziale! Molto ben mantenuto vecchio hotel, mobili classici. Ho parcheggio auto privato, al contrario ha una corte di cibo e vicino ha anche un sacco di negozi. Molto conveniente posizione, andare a città come Pasar solo bisogno di 6 minuti. Viene qui di nuovo se visitate ancora Batu Pahat.
